Dear Families, Welcome to Edison’s Annual Silent Auction and Raffle. In this catalog, you’ll find a variety of gift options to take home for friends, family, and yourselves on Friday, February 13th.

An exciting addition this year is our $1 Pick-a-Prize, a cross between our auction and a raffle. Bidders buy as many $1 tickets as they‘d like, and bid on any selected item(s) by placing one or more tickets in the “box” of the item they are trying to win. At the conclusion of bidding, one ticket is drawn from the “box” beside each item, and the item is given immediately to its new owner.

Odds of winning increase by buying and bidding more

tickets on a specific item.

Your financial support allows Edison PTA to offer various campusrelated endeavors, such as field trips, assemblies, schools gardens, PE equipment, teacher luncheons, supplementary classroom supplies, and more! Proceeds will also go to SMMEF, which funds instructional assistant salaries, visual and performing arts programs, professional development, and more.

Lastly, we are deeply thankful to our families and businesses that have contributed items and services to Edison. We thank you as well for supporting your child’s quality of education at our school.

How to make an offer: 1. Place your highest offer on the bid sheet at the auction. If you have the highest value that evening, you will win the item. Feel free to bid more than once on as many items as you wish.

2. You automatically win any item offered at full value – just be the first to make the offer and pay.

3. All winners will be notified by 8pm Friday, 2/13 & payments should be made that evening, by cash, check, or credit card.

4. If payments are not collected by that evening, backup offers may be notified.
