After trying to capture the first silver case but failed, Russian terrorist leader, Dorjan Miroslav (Darren Bonaparte) and his fleet of terrorists also led by two second in commands, Kritinka (Clara Pratt) and Leena (Courtney Seymour) are hired by Katmandu to find the last case. Although not knowing who Katmandu is, the Russians take the job. As the Russians search, Plato Pusaz (Matthew Hernandez) a dim witted plumber and a new friend Blake Seto (Anthony Ma) stumble onto a hidden map that leads to the last silver case, Plato and Blake decide to go on this adventure together but find themselves in a stumbling journey as they are being chased by Russian terrorist and two cops played by Katie Holcomb and Bassem Wahbi. Li Shen is not at all willing to embrace the society he finds there, just as the beach community he moves to struggles to accept him. He finds his only solace in playing the viola his father left behind which leads to his first friendship in this new place. Mindy Smith (Lauren Delatorre) whose popularity at school does nothing to make up for the lack of attention she receives at home, tries to befriend Li Shen after she hears him playing his viola.
