As we step into 2026, it felt only right to pause and reflect on the many moments, milestones, and memories that made 2025 such a meaningful year. It was a year filled with connection, celebration, and community, values that continue to define who we are at Northshore Media Group.
One of the highlights of the year was the opportunity to come together with our Forty Under 40 honorees and celebrate the passion, leadership, and dedication each of them brings to our community. These individuals represent the future of the Northshore, and it was an honor to recognize their achievements.
We also closed out the year the best way we know how, together. Our annual Northshore Media Group holiday party was one to remember. Laughter filled the room, friendships were strengthened, and while what happened at the party stays at the party, the memories, especially from a lively Dirty Santa game, still bring a smile to my face.
In this issue, we proudly present our annual Readers’ Choice Awards, celebrating what truly makes the Northshore great. From favorite local businesses to trusted professionals, it is always fascinating to see who our readers choose. To say we could not do this without our readers is truly an understatement. Thank you to the thousands of you who took the time to vote, and congratulations to all of this year’s winners.
I would also be remiss if I did not thank our loyal advertisers. Your continued support makes this publication, and every issue, possible. As we look ahead, we have some exciting things planned for the year to come, and I am truly looking forward to another great year together.

GRADED “A” FOR PATIENT SAFETY FOR 10
STRAIGHT YEARS
For the 20th consecutive biannual grading period –a streak spanning fully 10 years – St. Tammany Health System has received an “A” grade for patient safety from The Leapfrog Group, an independent national healthcare watchdog. This remarkable achievement marks the longest streak of its kind for any hospital in Louisiana.
How do we do it? Simple: Our team’s commitment to our patients and their families through excellence, compassion and teamwork has been at the core of our mission for the past 70 years. That’s what it means to be the heartbeat of our community. It’s what it means to be a good neighbor. It’s what it means to be St. Tammany Health System.
COMMUNITY LEADER
Laissez les bons temps rouler!
St. Tammany Parish is home to one of the best, most family-friendly Mardi Gras’ in Louisiana. The krewes, marching groups and families along the route are what make Carnival so special here. I wish everyone a safe and happy Mardi Gras, and I look forward to joining you along the parade route soon!
2026 also marks the biggest celebration in our nation’s history, the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence! Our community was honored to be the first parish to kick-off America 250 celebrations in Louisiana by planting a live oak “Liberty Tree” sapling. We are honored to have our own Liberty Tree that will soon grow and spread its roots through the generations for our citizens to enjoy. I look forward to sharing with you all more America 250 festivities in St. Tammany soon!
Our Covington and Slidell communities will also celebrate the completion of two long-awaited projects this year! DOTD re-opened the Collins Boulevard and Bogue Falaya Tammany Trace bridges in Covington, providing much needed traffic relief to thousands of our families. In Slidell, the St. Tammany Fishing Pier will begin construction this Spring. Closed since its destruction by Hurricane Ida, we have worked patiently with FEMA to bring home federal funding to not only rebuild the Pier, but strengthen it so that it survives future storms.
My administration, the Parish Council and the dedicated employees of Team Tammany will continue our focus to protect our quality of life and upgrade our roads, bridges, drainage and infrastructure. I am excited to accomplish our long-planned goals and welcome new initiatives in 2026!
Serving as your Parish President remains my most humbling honor.
First, I want to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year.
While much of the country has packed away the holiday decorations and returned to everyday routines, here in South Louisiana, the celebration is just getting started. In St. Tammany Parish, we are officially in full Mardi Gras mode.
I am proud that St. Tammany krewes continue to offer family-friendly Mardi Gras parades and festivities for residents of all ages. With your cooperation, we can ensure that our Carnival season remains safe, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
To support these events, our deputies work closely with municipal law enforcement agencies, the Louisiana State Police, and surrounding law enforcement partners to maintain order and provide crowd and traffic control along parade routes throughout the parish. This cooperative effort is essential to keeping our celebrations running smoothly.
An especially vital part of this teamwork is our Reserve Division. Our reserve deputies dedicate countless hours supporting our many Northshore parades and festivals, and I cannot thank them enough for their commitment and service. Quite simply, Mardi Gras in St. Tammany would not be possible without them.
If you are interested in becoming part of our top-notch Reserve Division, you can contact our Human Resources Department at (985) 726-7700 for more information.
While law enforcement does its part, I encourage everyone to do theirs as well. Celebrate responsibly. If you drink, don’t drive. Be courteous to those around you, especially families with young children. Expect crowds, traffic, and longer waits, and remember to bring your patience. A safe and fun Carnival season takes careful planning and cooperation from us all.
Finally, while attending St. Tammany Parish parades, be sure to look for the STARC float at the end of several local parades. I am proud to once again partner with this outstanding organization, which collects beads for its clients to sort, repackage, and sell.
This program not only keeps beads out of landfills and attics, but it also provides meaningful work and funding for the citizens served by STARC. It’s truly a win-win for our community.
Laissez les bons temps rouler—safely.

2026 READERS’ CHOICE WINNERS!
Here’s to another year of community, connection, and excellence!
This issue is especially close to our hearts as we celebrate the winners of the Readers’ Choice Awards! Across East and West St. Tammany and Washington Parish, you—the readers and the listeners to our radio stations the Lake 94.7 and the Highway 104.7—have spoken, shining a spotlight on the very best our region has to offer. These awards are more than just a recognition; they’re a testament to the businesses, individuals, and organizations that make the Northshore such a special place to live, work, and play. STORY LIZ GENEST SMITH PHOTOS JERRY COTTRELL
Isn’t it nice when life gives you an “and” situation instead of another “or”? Like actually getting to have your cake and eat it, too, for a change? Or buying something fabulous and having the money you spent contribute to a worthy local cause? Well, that’s exactly what the Hospice House Community Spirit Art Project is all about. When you purchase a whimsical decorative house painted by a local artist to display outside your home or business, the proceeds will go to support a local organization dedicated to helping terminally ill people live out their remaining days in comfort and ease.
For those who aren’t familiar, Hospice House is a non-profit organization, owned and operated by the Hospice Foundation of the South, that provides resources for the medical and emotional care for both the patients and their families. The current Slidell facility, the only one of its kind in this community, is an actual house with a welcoming environment, staffed by round-the-clock caregivers at no cost to the patients or their families. Proceeds from this campaign will help to build a new Covington location, similar to the one in Slidell, which features three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and screened in porches, plus a living room and dining room for residents and their families to congregate.
While discussing the organization’s overall mission, Hospice House Executive Director Miranda Lindsay shared, “We’re here to serve the entire community. It’s important to note that needs are different for every family. It’s not always simply a financial need. Most people can’t just take off work to care for a loved one in the final stages of their life. Many of us have to work and have a lot of other responsibilities, like raising children. Hospice House takes the responsibility of caregiving off their shoulders and allows them to focus on their new normal. Our caregivers are exceptional people who become extensions of the family at a critical time.”
Miranda credits project manager, Connie Born, with resurrecting the Hospice House Community Spirit Art Project, which was initially launched in 2019, but shut down by Covid. Connie’s background as an artist, sales and marketing professional and former member of the St. Tammany Parish Tourism Commission board makes her both highly qualified and heavily invested in its success.
“Although our ultimate goal is to support and raise awareness for Hospice House while raising funds to build a second house in Covington, we’re also showcasing the talent and flair of local artists and creating a fun, new tourist attraction.”
Before relaunching, Connie and her team decided to study other similar campaigns to see what did and didn’t work. The concept of this type of public art project is said to have originated decades ago in Zurich, but was made popular by the famous Chicago Cows on Parade campaign from the late 1990s. It featured enormous fiberglass cows that were painted by artists and placed throughout downtown. They chose cows because of the old lore about Mrs. O’Leary’s cow starting the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, and subsequent campaigns have followed suit in choosing themes to represent a particular city, region or charitable cause. Closer to home, Leadership Northshore launched the Pelicans on Parade art project in 2013, enlisting over 100 artists to participate and eventually raising around $100,000 for children’s charities. (You can still spot them roosting all over Slidell, or you can visit the website to check them out at pelicansonparade.net.)
“While it’s meant to complement the existing Pelicans on Parade Project, this is meant to be an open-ended ‘living project’ with the goal of a minimum of 200 houses and an eye towards expanding to other local cities and towns, like Covington and Mandeville. We’ve even had interest from Mobile.”
Kindness On Display
There are two sizes of houses to choose from. The larger one stands three feet tall, 30 inches wide and 16 inches deep at a cost of $1500. These will be delivered and bolted onto a concrete slab in a location of the patron’s choosing. Or there’s an option to pay $275 for the smaller house. Perfect for yards and gardens, it measures 12 inches tall, 11 inches wide and six inches deep.
Matt Litchliter, a Slidell-based artist and graphic designer, is one of the many generous artists who have agreed to take part in the campaign. It’s not his first time participating in public art exhibits, however, having created the “Antique Umbrella Alley” and “Welcome to Olde Towne” installations in Slidell’s ongoing mural project, as well as two of the aforementioned pelicans.
“Connie approached me about the Hospice House Community Spirit Art Project, and I immediately agreed to do it,” he explained. “It’s such a great organization. Anyone who’s had friends or relatives find themselves in need of hospice services knows how valuable this is. It’s so comforting to know that they’re there.”
Participating artists commit to donating their time and talent to at least one house, but some volunteer for even more. Some houses will be sold after an artist has already worked their magic, but patrons can also choose to be paired with a specific artist. They can either choose to have input on the design or they can just enjoy the creative vision of the artist.
“I was so flattered to find out that Southern Smiles Family Dentistry requested me to do their house. It is such an honor. They left the design up to me, so I took my time on figuring out exactly what I wanted to do. Their building is a strikingly bold turquoise color that I just so happen to use often in my work. So, I started with that and added some personalized details and created some build-outs I’ve never tried before. It’s really cool when a client trusts your vision because it allows the creative process to happen organically.”
In order to direct the maximum amount of proceeds into the construction of the new facility, Hospice House is relying on the generosity of not just artists, but individuals, organizations and businesses who can help with the nuts and bolts of the operation. Luckily, some have already stepped up. The Krewe of Dionysus, Slidell’s oldest all-male Mardi Gras krewe, has committed to the transport and installation of the larger houses. Social Pixel Network, a local marketing agency, is creating a website that will include images of all the houses, plus a map of all their locations. And Collision Xperts auto body shop is applying the clear-coating that will protect the artists’ work from the elements.
But, according to Connie, there’s still much to be done.
“The campaign is still in its infancy, so we want to encourage more people to participate. With the dedication and support from artists, businesses, community groups, leaders and organizations, we will be able to complete construction of the new Hospice House location and create a new tourist attraction in our great city.”
There’s that wonderful “and” element again.

COMMUNITY LEADERS
The times, they are a-changing. Well, not so much the times, but downtown Covington is … with a tip of the hat to our history.
The City purchased an old service station, most recently used as a car detail shop, on Boston Street (Covington’s main downtown corridor). The plan was to use the property for much needed parking. Several years ago, the old building caught the eye of Tulane College of Architecture students as they, along with me, took an inventory of historic buildings. Known in the 1960s as Ellis’ Shell, it turns out the building was a classic “Route 66” full-service gas station … the kind that “serviced” automobiles from coast to coast. Those stations, occupying prime real estate across the country, had all but vanished. Removing the building would have provided little extra parking. Hence, we have restored the building as Ellis’ Shell and have adapted the indoor space for much needed storage – a new purpose for an old building with a nod to the past.
A portion of the Tammany Trace located between The Trailhead and The Justice Center was in deplorable shape - barely walkable, unsightly and subject to standing water. With help from our State legislative delegation, we were able to convert the former rail line into a beautifully landscaped and well-lit pathway. Adjacent to the 1920s era train depot and alongside the dining car of LOLA, this new linear park connects Justice Center parking to downtown – a new purpose for an abandoned track with a nod to the past.
Alas, our historic Star Theater was not salvageable. In its place is a beautiful, proportionalto-downtown building that will house a new John Besh restaurant. Renowned Covington author, Walker Percy, set his novels in the fictitious Louisiana town he called Feliciana. Besh, a longtime friend of Percy, has named his new French restaurant Feliciana – a new building and a new restaurant with a nod to our past.
Our downtown, it is a-changing … but always with a nod to the past.
It’s Carnival Time in Mandeville! Since 1986, the ladies of the Krewe of Eve have poured their heart and soul into one of the most fun and lively Mardi Gras parades on the Northshore. This year, Eve is celebrating their 40th Anniversary and will hit the streets of Mandeville on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 7pm. Mandeville will close out Carnival Season with the Krewe du Pooch Dog Parade and Costume Contest on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 12pm. This year’s theme is “Krewe du Pooch Goes to HOWLywood!”.
Once Carnival Season ends, Spring Concerts begin. Please join us on Friday Evenings from 6:30pm – 8:30pm for the MANDEVILLE LIVE! Free Concerts Series at the Mandeville Trailhead.

COMMUNITY LEADERS
Dear Citizens,
I hope everyone had a great holiday season and a good start to 2026. These last few months in Slidell have been filled with holiday cheer and plenty of familyfriendly events for our community to enjoy.
As we enter Mardi Gras season, I invite you, your family, and friends to experience Mardi Gras in Slidell. Grab your lawn chairs, ice chests, and king cakes, and head out to the parade route to enjoy the parades rolling through our city.
I am proud that many families choose to celebrate Mardi Gras here in Slidell. It is wonderful to see so many smiling faces of family, friends, and neighbors along the parade route. I ask that everyone be respectful and help us maintain the fun, family-friendly environment that people enjoy in Slidell.
Please remember that city ordinances prohibit animals along the parade route. The use of silly string, streamers, fireworks, and other explosive devices is also restricted. It is important that we all work together to ensure a fun and safe carnival season.
For the complete parade schedule and information on upcoming cultural events, please visit the City of Slidell’s website at MySlidell.com. You can also follow the “City of Slidell, Louisiana” on Facebook.
Come enjoy the best that Slidell has to offer during Mardi Gras season.
Laissez les bons temps rouler!
Congratulations to all the honorees in this edition’s “Best of” awards! It’s exciting to see so many from across our region being recognized for excellence in their fields, and we appreciate Northshore Media Group for all they do to make this happen year after year!
Speaking of the best, I always say that Tangipahoa is the best parish in the state, and our people make us the best! As we enter these final weeks of winter, we will have many opportunities to showcase the good our people do in Tangipahoa, and we hope you’ll join us at these upcoming events!
First and foremost on this list is our Krewe of Omega parade, which will roll on Friday, February 6, in Hammond. The Krewe of Omega is Tangipahoa’s longest-running Mardi Gras organization. Founded in 1986, the Krewe recognizes the tradition that members of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity at Southeastern Louisiana University started in developing a Mardi Gras celebration in Hammond. That tradition has rolled faithfully for the last 40 years, and we are looking forward to one of the biggest parades in the Krewe’s history!
Then on February 28, the Tangipahoa School System will hold its annual Krewe of Champions Parade through the streets of Amite. What makes this celebration so unique is that it’s a children’s parade, recognizing our students for their accomplishments. Every school in the parish participates, and it’s heartwarming to witness families lined up from the far side of LA 16 all the way down to the courthouse waiting for their student’s moment to shine! This is a mustsee and a great opportunity to cheer on our youth!
From there, it’s festival time, and Tangipahoa Parish does festival season better than anywhere else in the world! For a list of our spring calendar, check out https://www.tangitourism.com/ Events/Community-Calendar. Make plans to spend some time here in Tangipahoa. I think you’ll soon agree. We truly are the #BestParishInTheState.

A Slice of Carnival A Slice of Carnival
King Cake on the Northshore
STORY SARAH HERNDON AND SARAH COTTRELL
Just the mere mention of a king cake here in Louisiana can cause heart palpitations and mouth salivations. While the king cake has long been synonymous with the New Orleans Mardi Gras, the sweet treat tradition actually dates back to the Middles Ages of France.
King’s Day or Fete des Rois (Jan. 6th) was the celebration of the Epiphany- the 12 day journey of the three wise men to see the baby Jesus. A bean or a coin was placed inside of the cake and the lucky person who found the small trinket in their slice was “crowned” king for the day. French bakeries today still provide a gold paper crown all in fun and a small porcelain figure has replaced the bean inside of the cake.
French settlers eventually brought their cake custom to the United States where it was fully embraced by the city of New Orleans (as well as Mexico and some areas of Latin America). It was not until the 19th century when Mardi Gras revelers adopted the Christian tradition and made the king cake a prominent part of the holiday.
The look and the taste of the king cake has evolved over many centuries but there is no mistaking the traditional Louisiana onea braided cinnamon oval cake with brightly colored sugar on top. The prize bean of its European predecessor has been replaced by a little plastic baby (originally found and bought from an importer in the French Quarter). The baby is said to represent the Christ child.
Joel Randazzo Forjet, owner of the Nonna Randazzo Bakery, grew up in the business - her father and two uncles started the Hi Lan Bakery in St. Bernard Parish in 1965. That recipe has not changed to this day.
“For a king cake to be a king cake, it needs to be braided,” Joel says. All of the Nonna king cakes are hand-braided but what makes them both different and recognizable are the colored candy nonpareils that decorate the top of the icing.
As for the token plastic baby, theirs is put inside the cake. The ritual goes that whomever finds the baby in their slice has to bring the king cake to the next gathering, which is not a light undertaking. “We do hear stories that no one found the baby but more often than not, no one has claimed to have found the baby,” Joel says, laughing.
Local bakeries churn out so many different varieties of the king cake during the Mardi Gras season that choosing one can be a weighty decision. The Mandeville Bake Shop, owned by Theresa and Tom Krummel, offers customers a McKenzie-style king cake- a plain brioche dough with the colored sugar baked on top and no icing or filling. McKenzie’s was one of the

most famous commercial bakeries in New Orleans in the mid 1990’s. Many Northshore residents fondly remember going to that bakery as a child growing up across the lake.
The Mandeville Bake Shop also sells the more popular cinnamon hand-braided cakes, iced and filled with a very long list of flavors- cream cheese, raspberry and chocolate are just a few. Theresa explains that the colored sugar that festively decorates the top of the king cakes actually has meaning. “They are the colors of Rex. Purple represents justice, green represents faith and gold represents power,” she says.
Carlos Sanchez began his culinary career in Marina del Rey, California, washing dishes at Shanghai Red’s before quickly advancing to a prep cook position. His dedication and talent led him, in 2007, to accept a role as Sous Chef under Dominique Rizzo, the original owner of La Boulangerie on Magazine Street. There, Carlos managed and produced artisan breads and pastries that would become beloved staples of the New Orleans dining scene.

When La Boulangerie was acquired by the LINK Restaurant Group in 2015, Carlos continued to oversee the bread program, remaining Head Baker and Sous Chef until 2020. Over his 13-year tenure, he further refined his craft, including traveling to the King Arthur Baking Company headquarters in Vermont, where he studied with renowned baker and author Jeffrey Hamelman.
In 2020, Carlos left the LINK Restaurant Group to pursue his long-held dream of owning his own bakery. Alongside his wife, Linda Sanchez, he opened Tournesol Café & Bakery in Covington in June of that year—at the height of the pandemic. Despite the challenges, Tournesol flourished. Today, Carlos continues to create crusty artisan breads, flaky, awardwinning croissants, and his irresistible Galette des Rois, the French predecessor to the King Cake. The traditional French version is made with puff pastry and filled with frangipane, a rich almond cream.

SugarLOVE
Across the Northshore in Slidell, SugarLOVE Bakery tells another inspiring story. Founded by Sierra Zeringue, the bakery grew from humble beginnings in her mother’s kitchen into a cherished local favorite. Sierra’s baking journey began more than 16 years ago as she crafted custom birthday and wedding cakes while raising her family as a stay-at-home mom. When her daughter started pre-K, Sierra faced a defining choice: return to work or fully pursue her passion for baking.
Guided by faith, determination, and a belief that God would work it all out, she took a leap of faith and opened SugarLOVE Bakery.
It was during her time baking from home that Sierra dreamed up a truly original idea. While walking through a street festival and watching crowds enjoy chicken on a stick, she thought, “Wouldn’t it be neat if everyone had King Cake on a Stick?” She held onto that idea for five years, determined to bring it to life before anyone else. Once SugarLOVE Bakery opened, she introduced this playful new Mardi Gras tradition. Today, King Cake on a Stick can be found at parades across the Northshore and in local businesses throughout the Carnival season.
Another novel twist on King Cake arrived last year from baker Meiko Ditta, who relocated the familyowned Creative Cakes Bistro and Bakery from the West Bank to Mandeville in early 2024. In addition to longtime West Bank customers making the drive, Meiko quickly developed a loyal Northshore following. During last Carnival season, she debuted musical King Cake boxes—a fun, whimsical addition that added an extra layer of celebration to Mardi Gras festivities.
King Cakes have become the ubiquitous confection of Carnival season, varying from bakery to bakery in history, shape, and flavor. Yet, at their core, they all represent the same thing: camaraderie, laughter, and celebration shared with friends and family.
“You get excited about everything around here. You even get excited about Mondays with red beans and rice,” remarks Theresa. “It’s just what you do. It’s a tradition—you bleed purple, green, and gold.”

I had been to Keith Young’s Steakhouse probably five or six times before, but it had been a little while since our last visit when my wife and I decided to dine there with my general manager and his girlfriend during the holidays. The restaurant is located on the stretch of Highway 21 just outside Madisonville, and I love how it’s always easy to park, unlike a lot of restaurants in busier areas.
We had reservations for 6:30 on a Tuesday night, and were able to be seated promptly. It’s always had a very inviting traditional steakhouse vibe, but I immediately noticed that the new bar remodel looked amazing, and their Christmas decorations created a really festive environment. Their overall menu is carefully curated with a nice selection of seafood and hand cut prime steaks and chops. They also frequently offer creative specials, as they did on this particular night. And the service is always impeccable. Our waiter, Dylan, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to describe various dishes in detail and to answer all of our questions.
They have an extensive wine list and cocktail menu, and an impressive selection of bourbon, which we saved for after dinner. My wife and I ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir and our friends had cocktails. For appetizers, we started with an Eggplant Napoleon special and Seared Ahi Tuna. My wife is a huge fan of eggplant and it’s something that not everyone can cook. If it’s done poorly, it can wind up mushy, but they did an outstanding job. It was served as crispy medallions with a signature tasso cream sauce and sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms.
The Seared Ahi Tuna was like a cross between a salad and Asian-style nachos. The tuna was fresh and high quality, marinated in a rice wine reduction and cooked perfectly with a light sear and served at room temperature. It was topped with spicy mayo and sesame seeds, along with an Asian slaw, cucumber and crispy wonton strips.
We also ordered Lobster-Cargot, which is a clever take on classic escargot. Served on an escargot plate, every pod contained a lobster knuckle that was sautéed in a tarragon-sherry cream sauce and topped with bubbling melted Havarti cheese, which is an incredible combo. The lobster was fresh and tender, and we were glad to have the homemade crostini bread it was served with to sop up the sauce.
I always order turtle soup if it’s on a menu, and theirs didn’t disappoint. It was a really good, traditional style, served with classic diced egg and the sherry, which makes it next level. It had a smooth texture, great flavor and was a generous portion.
For our entrees, my wife and I decided to share. She ordered the sea bass, which was panseared and topped with jumbo lump crab meat and drizzled with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over pureed cauliflower. The fish was really fresh and cooked to perfection. It was flaky and a little briny from the sauce, which I love.
I chose the Filet Tchefuncte. It’s a petite, center-cut filet mignon that’s served with seafood crepes filled with jumbo lump crab, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms, and topped with seafood cream sauce. It was also plated with micro greens, which added to the incredible presentation. The filet was perfectly medium-rare, pink and warm on the inside with a nice crust. I have to admit, I sort of regretted having to split it!
For our sides, we had creamed spinach and potatoes au gratin. They were both delicious and the portions were large, so perfect for sharing.
We were all way too stuffed for dessert, but my GM and I decided to order after dinner drinks from their impressive bourbon menu. We chose Eagle Rare 17 Year, a limited release Kentucky bourbon that is very difficult to come by. I can’t get it allocated myself, so it was a perfect way to end an amazing dinner.
We really enjoyed the whole experience and, in addition to the food quality and generous portions, we appreciated how attentive our server was and how well paced everything was. Our water and wine were always refilled and the overall service was just perfect for the occasion.
We’d definitely recommend Keith Young’s, especially for special occasions and date nights, as it’s a higher-end experience. The renovated bar scene made me want to come back and just hang out there sometimes, too. It is truly top-tier, ranking among the very best steak restaurants on the Northshore.
