Growing up in New Jersey, my upbringing was anything but conventional. We had a unique way with words, and let's just say, sports were more about the social scene and free snacks for me. School was a battleground, where I constantly battled my demons, from being shushed for my outspoken nature to grappling with anxiety that left me stuttering and uneasy.

High school was a mixed bag. I threw myself into sports and theater, seeking solace and a sense of belonging. Theater became my sanctuary, a place where I could unveil my emotions without judgment. But the path was fraught with challenges, from facing backlash over roles I earned to navigating the cutthroat world of entertainment in New York City. Each setback felt like a personal failure, a reminder that perhaps I wasn't cut out for this world.

But then, life took an unexpected turn. At my lowest, working in a diner back home, a chance encounter with a group of customers changed everything. They saw potential in me that I had long since forgotten, offering me a job that reignited my spark.

A Journey to My True Self

For a huge chunk of my life, I struggled with knowing who I was. Sure, I had the basics down – my job, my hobbies, and being a proud dog dad – but digging deeper? That was a whole different story. It was like I was just going through the motions without really understanding the plot.

Then, in 2017, my therapist threw me a curveball that I didn't see coming. He hit me with, "Who are you, really?" and boy, was I floored. I threw back my usual lines about my job and what I like to do for fun, but he wasn't having any of it. He was on a mission to get to the heart of me, not just the stuff I did.

That moment was a real eye-opener, and I realized it was high time for some quality me-time, minus all the noise. I dialed back on everything non-essential and dove headfirst into meditation. It was like trekking through an unknown jungle, discovering parts of me I hadn't even known existed. Suddenly, the labels I'd been wearing – marketing pro,

That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter. I dove headfirst into the world of networking, leveraging my unique skills to carve out a niche for myself. It was a bumpy ride, filled with self-doubt and countless obstacles, but it taught me a crucial lesson: I am enough, just as I am.

Celebrating Each Other’s Genius

The New Era of Higher Consciousness has arrived! Are you feeling it? What are you noticing as Old Era ideas, beliefs, and paradigms infused with oppression, entitlement, and greed are exposed yet not going down without a fight? The transition is a messy process.

We are turning it around. My book Living From the Center Within: Co-Creating Who You Are Becoming invites us to contribute positively to the emerging New Era. All choices we make personally and collectively reflect transparency, interconnectedness, collaboration, sustainability, honor, and respect. All systems have the opportunity to evolve and support everyone in realizing their full potential. One way I am experiencing New Era embodiment is by celebrating each other’s genius.

Increasingly, more of my conversations, relationships, partnerships, and collaborations are committed to calling each other into our highest capacity. We are engaged in mutually beneficial activities where we hold each other accountable in unconditional positive regard as we live our most empowered, authentic lives. We have courageous conversations when necessary.

People can become triggered by the Old Era mindset of scarcity, blame, or dominance when relating to one another, personally or professionally. Have you noticed a negative reaction from people if someone is too happy, satisfied, or successful? Once the fight and flight reaction takes over, we may project jealousy, despair, insecurities, envy, fear, judgment, or pain. It requires high social, emotional, conversational, and spiritual intelligence levels to navigate optimally in the New Era. Where do you find support in cultivating joy in living, serving, and loving?

I recently had the good fortune to travel to a sunny beach. While in line going through security, a man commented he was disappointed the weather in Minnesota would be unseasonably warm while he was on vacation. His Old Era comment was, ‘I enjoy thinking about other people suffering in the cold while I am away in the warm sunshine.’ There is a continuum of interest, from none to lots, in manifesting New Era principles in everyday thinking and living. I choose to believe this man is doing the best he can. It is not mine to judge his soul’s contract. I, too, am a work in progress. Turning it around starts with inner awareness. Listening to his statement, I reaffirmed my commitment to celebrating another’s genius every chance I get.

As humanity turns around, engaging in a supportive community is important. The Edge Magazine is a fabulous place to connect with like-minded, like-hearted people who are co-creating who we are becoming in the New Era.

I have also been involved in the Community for Higher Consciousness for over two decades. The relationships and programs we have created and nurtured have significantly accelerated and amplified my integration and embodiment of the New Era energies. Exploring the Akashic: My Quest for Self-Discovery and Healing

The Akashic Records is the ethereal library containing the collective knowledge and experiences of every soul throughout time. It's believed to hold the records of past, present, and future events, serving as a repository of cosmic wisdom. The “google to your soul” if you will. Accessible through deep meditation or with the guidance of practitioners, the records offer insights into one's life purpose, past lives, and spiritual growth. While not empirically proven, many find value in exploring the Akashic Records as a tool for personal and spiritual development.

Delving into the Akashic Records for self-healing has been an extraordinary journey, but its impact doesn't end with personal transformation; it extends into the realm of healing others. My exploration of the Akashic Records began as a quest for self-discovery and healing, but it evolved into a profound practice of service and compassion, where the insights gained were not only for my benefit but also for the healing of those around me.

Through meditation, prayer and focused intention, I learned to quiet the chatter of my mind and attune to the subtle frequencies of the Akashic Records. As I delved deeper into this sacred space, I was met with a profound sense of expansiveness and interconnectedness, as if I was tapping into the very essence of existence itself.

Within the Akashic Records, I encountered a rich tapestry of my own soul's journey, spanning lifetimes and dimensions. TURNING IT AROUND THROUGH MANIFESTATION

"You have an amazing ability to manifest," a psychic tells me many years ago. "You're an alchemist, so create whatever you want in life." I'm taken aback.

I don't know what this means, but am in awe, so nod and smile and say something stupid like, "Oh, of course."

I don't ask any questions. I don't get any explanations. I don't have any idea what to do with this information. Also, I don't really know what manifest means (I don't think it was an SAT word).

I look it up in the dictionary. Manifest (verb) means "To make evident or certain by showing or displaying." Okay, so to make something real. Perfect. This does describe me, as I create all of the time. Making something real through study, hard work, and creativity is NOT the same thing as manifestation.

But I've misinterpreted it, of course. (It's circa 2000, no internet, no new age wave, pre-The Secret publication, prior to any Law of Attraction talk, etc.) So, YEARS go by. YEARS before I get a clue. And then that clue is tiny – it's only an inkling. It takes more years for me to really gain awareness of what manifestation means.

I don't want you to have to go through my same wondering path, so here are some helpful tips:

1. Believe your thoughts create reality.

This seems obvious these days, but I run into enough people who say YES but don't really believe it. When I say believe, I mean expect it – in the absolutely, of course, kind of way. Not the – OMG – it actually happened kind of way. If you're still looking for clues, searching for evidence, and surprised when it happens – that's not really believing. That's crossing your fingers, closing your eyes, and hoping. It's okay when you first start manifesting, but I'm talking about STEPPING into it. So, breathe. You've got this. You can manifest – seriously. It's a universal law. It's physics.

2. Step into your manifestation power. People give up when they say their mantras or affirmations, and nothing happens. The biggest reason they didn't work is the heart wasn't involved. Your power to manifest requires your heart and mind. Open your mind AND your heart to align your thoughts and your emotions. Emotion is energy in motion. Your thoughts gain energy from your feelings. Here are all of the steps:

• Clear your mind of doubt and confusion to focus intently on an outcome, goal, or desire.

• Stir your heart and feelings to charge your intention.

• Let go of expectations of how, when, and the exact way it's going to show up in your life to allow the manifestation.

• Accept it gracefully and gratefully when it shows up in your life.

• Repeat.

3. Use the stars!

You can power up your ability to manifest by using the cosmos. The star configurations serve to help you create the life of your dreams. Follow the stars and lean into their influence to level up your intentions. The New Moon is the beginner's tool as it's filled with pure potential, so start there. Here we go, the second quarter of 2024! April, May, and June are the perfect times to come alive! Spring represents a new day. The sun is warmer, life is waking up, and your spirit feels ready to make a fresh start. Spring is packed full of powerful energies that help us grow on all levels of the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Are you feeling a nudge to come alive – more alive than ever before?

Now is the time to look over the winter dreams you had and determine which ones you want to magically create in this powerful energy of spring. This is a time of illumination. Spring brings clarity. It is a time to get really clear on what you want to plant, watch grow and see bloom in your life.

What are you craving? Something new, a feeling of excitement, maybe find a new tribe of amazing souls, want to feel less stuck, feel freer, go on a new journey? Spring is a time to make some space in your life for new. Clear out the old so you can bring in the new. We are all surrounded by "stuff." This stuff is packed full of energy, energy that can impact us on multiple levels of our Body, Mind, and Spirit. We can't grow and bring in the new when we are constantly surrounded by the old. Purging is freeing. It creates room to bring in the new – new energy, new life, new adventures, new you!

I have heard a recurring theme in the readings I have been doing for my clients. Celebrating You!

Do you remember the moment your soul chose to incarnate? Do you remember the souls who were with you and the promise they made to stay with you as you journeyed into a body and the 3rd-dimensional world?

Most of us have no memory of that moment because as we came into a body, we forgot where we came from or even that we actually CHOSE to be here! Many are now starting to connect with their Soul Team, their Spiritual Teachers, Angels, Spirit Guides, and Nature Spirits, and it's very reassuring to know that we are not alone on this journey!

We are not only NOT alone, but we are also celebrated for the choice we made to incarnate. And the best celebration happens on our birthday.

I first found out about birthday celebrations in 2007 from my spiritual teacher, Marie Diamond. My birthday was approaching, and she encouraged me to spend some time in meditation to receive the gifts the Universe was giving me for the coming year. As I sat in meditation, it felt like an invitation had been sent out, and a party was already happening the moment I arrived.

Guests came bearing gifts, just like a birthday party. Except these gifts weren't physical gifts but gifts that would support me throughout the year – gifts of insight, support, encouragement, and wisdom. The guests were my spiritual teachers, soul team, spirit guides, and lots and lots of fairies! It was colorful, uplifting, and magical. I have looked forward to my party each year!

What I have learned since then is that all of our spiritual teachers, guides, and angels gather each year to celebrate and honor each of us! It might seem strange to realize as we go through the day-to-day routine of our lives that there are actually souls continually supporting us and celebrating us just because we made the decision to be born. Amazing, isn't it?

So, what do you need to do to become conscious of the celebration happening for you on your birthday?

First, find some time in your day, at least 30 minutes, to quiet yourself. If the weather is good, go to your favorite place in nature. If not, light a candle, close your eyes, and picture yourself in your favorite place or imagine yourself anywhere you would like to be to celebrate your birthday.

Next, consciously release any energies from the past year that you do not want to take with you into your new year. Visualize a shower of light above you and ask it to cleanse your aura field, releasing the energy to the earth to be recycled. This is your energetic shower. As you connect with your heart, ask what color you would like to wear for your party. My favorite colors are peach, orange, bright yellow, and blue. Visualize yourself filled with whatever color you're attracted to. You are now ready to be the guest of honor at your party.

Connect with your heart and visualize walking into your favorite place in nature and 'see' all the beings waiting to celebrate with you. If you are in nature, open your heart to receive your guests. Allow yourself to trust what you are seeing or feeling and be open to receiving all the love and gratitude from all the souls who have come to celebrate you. Receive all the gifts into your heart as they are presented to you, and they will continue to support you throughout the year.

When you are ready to leave your party, send a "thank you" to those who came to celebrate YOU on your special day.

We found this magic with Eric and Bert from 2 Guys in the Know. On March 2nd, 2024, our first collaboration resulted in over 1,000 people joining us at the Delta Hotel in Minneapolis for the Edge Life Events Reawakened holistic expo. It was a powerful day, including 4 tracks of 30 speakers, over 75 vendors and experiences, and concluding with a Medicine Buddha sound bath.

With it's huge success, we immeditately started brainstorming ideas for 2024 and beyond. Stay tuned for new opportunities in new and unique locations!

Mastering the Self to Turn Life Around

We play a crucial role in taking charge of our lives. Self-mastery refers to the intentional and disciplined development of one’s personal path in life that includes the cultivation of skills and habits that contribute to a purposeful and fulfilling life. It also involves gaining control over one’s thoughts, emotions, and actions to navigate challenges with resilience and adaptability. It is the transformative process of redirecting one’s life, mindset, and/or circumstances toward a more positive and empowering course.

Our mindset acts as a lens through which we perceive life’s challenges. It shapes our interpretation of events and influences our responses. Whether we hold a fixed or growth mindset determines how we approach obstacles.

FIXED MINDSET: This perspective sees abilities, intelligence, and qualities as unchangeable traits. Challenges are often avoided, and effort seems futile. Success hinges on innate talent.

GROWTH MINDSET: Here, we believe in the power of effort, learning, and dedication. Abilities can be developed. Challenges become opportunities for growth.

ADAPTIVE MINDSET: The bridge to transformation lies in adaptability. An adaptive mindset combines growth principles with resilience. It acknowledges the dynamic nature of selfdevelopment and embraces challenges as stepping stones toward continuous learning and goal adjustments.

Limiting beliefs can act as invisible barriers, hindering personal growth and empowerment. Consider these common self-imposed limitations:

I’M NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This belief fuels self-doubt and erodes confidence.

I’M TOO OLD/YOUNG. It restricts the pursuit of new experiences and learning.

I DON’T HAVE RESOURCES. A scarcity mindset limits exploration and positive change.

I’M GOING TO FAIL. Fear of failure paralyzes risk-taking and aspiration.

PEOPLE DON’T LIKE ME. Overemphasis on external validation stifles authenticity.

Recognize these beliefs are self-imposed constraints. By challenging them, we open doors to growth and embrace new possibilities.

Mindfulness and self-awareness emerge as powerful tools for challenging and shifting these constraints. Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It allows individuals to observe their thoughts and emotions objectively, promoting clarity and reducing reactive responses. Through mindfulness, individuals can break free from automatic pilot mode, where they react impulsively and instead respond thoughtfully to situations. This heightened awareness empowers them to make intentional choices aligned with their values.

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize and understand one’s own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It involves introspection and a deep understanding of personal strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Individuals with high self-awareness can make more informed decisions, set realistic goals, and build healthier relationships. It is a cornerstone of self-mastery, as it proves a foundation for intentional personal development.

In the ongoing journey of self-mastery, each mindful step and heightened self-awareness contribute to a continuous path of growth, resilience, and empowerment, turning us towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life. Turning Things Around

from a Feng Shui perspective

A seminal study done in 1979 by Harvard psychologist Ellen Langer entitled "Counterclockwise" explored the question of environments and how they can impact people. As you'll read, she unknowingly was exploring the Feng Shui principle that someone's space can impact their life.

Langer created an environment that reflected 20 years prior (1959). The decor, furniture, magazines, television programs, and music all reflected that of the '50s. She then placed eight men between the ages of 75 and 85 into this environment. Some were using a cane or a walker; some were just slowing down or a bit forgetful. They could bring no current newspapers, books, or recent photos, and she had them wear clothes from that timeframe.

There were no mirrors and no outside contact with friends or family unless an emergency occurred. Photos were taken the first day they arrived, along with an intelligence test. They began their time living back in the '50s.

One week later, the participants returned home. Before leaving, the men re-took their intelligence tests. Without fail, they were ALL vastly improved. Additionally, the photos showed remarkable positive changes; some no longer needed their canes, and some used their walkers less. It was as though there had been a reversal in age during that week.

The Counterclockwise study documented that a person's surroundings can project a powerful message which can, in turn, transform behavior. This experiment is not an endorsement of re-creating your space back to earlier times, but it is an argument that a space can influence how you live and how you perceive yourself – the platform on which Feng Shui is based.

When someone calls me who is undecided about a move, a job, or whether to get married, I advise them to re-arrange their furniture. Initially, this doesn't seem like useful advice. What I'm encouraging is a change in brain activity, which can result in a new way of approaching an issue – a turnaround in their thinking.

If re-arranging furniture isn't a reasonable action to take, paint a wall a different color, move artwork around,

or declutter an area. Any of these simple actions are important. Because not only will you perceive your space (and yourself) differently, like the men who were living in the '50s, but there is also the added element of surprise. Expectations are jolted into a new reality because you expect to see one scenario and, instead, there's another.

You may have been the one who painted the wall or removed the clutter, but it takes a while for the brain to remember those changes. The surprise is the brain catching up to what your space is telling you. In that process, new thoughts, ideas, and solutions can arise. There's a turnaround.

Turning a desk around so you can face the office entry is an empowering action. You will have full control of the space (and life). Sitting at the head of the dining table does the same thing – very important if you need to lead the discussion. Cooking at a stove with your back to the kitchen is a vulnerable position – you can "turn around" with a mirror on the back of the stove.

According to Feng Shui principles, if you change something around in your space, there's a high probability that something in your life will also turn around. You could perceive yourself and your situation in a whole new way. You might even become younger. a

Troubleshooting Common Cannabis Growing Problems

Whether you're an enthusiast cultivating a few plants for personal use or an industry professional overseeing a large-scale operation, the act of nurturing a cannabis crop from seed to harvest is not without its challenges. Much like any garden, cannabis is susceptible to issues that can hinder its growth and overall success. Still, there are plenty of ways to turn your growing experience into a successful one.

Cannabis requires a precise balance of nutrients to flourish. When it lacks critical elements, visible clues appear on the plant. Stunted growth, discoloration, and odd leaf shapes are telltale signs of nutrient deficiencies such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, or trace minerals.

Pests like spider mites and aphids can quickly infest a cannabis garden, wreaking havoc on your plants. Some pests feed on the leaves, causing damage that resembles nutrient deficiencies, while others target the buds, potentially lowering your yield and potency.

High humidity and poor air circulation can lead to the development of mold or mildew on your cannabis plants. White powdery mildew is a common culprit, often necessitating the removal of affected plant material to prevent spread. Extreme temperatures and humidity can also stress plants, suppress their immune systems, and slow growth.

The first step in troubleshooting any issue is to closely observe your plants. Understanding the normal growth patterns and appearance of a healthy cannabis plant is key to noticing when something is amiss. Keep an eye out for changes in leaf color, shape, or development, as well as any unusual patterns or spots on the leaves or buds.

Once you've spotted abnormal symptoms, it's time to figure out what's causing them. Nutrient deficiencies can be identified through a process of elimination, ruling out each nutrient until you pinpoint the one that's lacking. Pests will leave clues, such as tiny bite marks or webbing, usually near their preferred feeding grounds. For mold and mildew, the location and appearance of the problem can often provide clues as to the underlying issue, such as poor air circulation or excessively moist conditions.

With the cause of the problem identified, you can then implement the appropriate solution. This may involve adjusting your nutrient mix, using organic or chemical treatments for pests, or altering your environmental controls to keep temperature and humidity within acceptable ranges.

Remember, the solution you choose should be tailored to the specific issue and your preferred cultivation methods.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and nowhere is this more true than in cannabis cultivation. Use a well-balanced feeding schedule and monitor your plants' responses to the nutrients you provide. Implement an integrated pest management (IPM) strategy, which combines several control methods to keep pests at bay. This can include regularly checking your plants for signs of infestation, introducing beneficial insects, and using pest-resistant cannabis strains.

Lastly, maintain an optimal environment for your plants by controlling temperature and humidity. Consider investing in a good ventilation system, dehumidifier, and/or heater to keep your grow area's climate stable and within ideal range.

Troubleshooting common cannabis growing problems is not just about reacting when something goes wrong; it's about being proactive in the first place. By staying observant, understanding the root causes of common growth issues, and implementing a well-thought-out prevention plan, you can elevate your cultivation game and produce high-quality cannabis yields.

Face Your Fear with Sacred Fire

I walk a path of fire like my ancestors of the Cherokee before me. The fire purifies, transmutes, and alchemizes what no longer serves into beauty, grace, wonder, and awe. The fire is composed of three flames: the electric blue light of Truth, the rose light of Compassion, and the golden light of Energy and vitality. The fire is our most ancient ally, and we have been taught to fear it.

Like many false beliefs we hold, the fear of fire is a primal fear buried deep in the cells of our bodies where ancestral memory resides, memories of when fire was misused, like power has been misused for centuries, and caused harm to our ancestors. When misused by fear, fire becomes a weapon. When honored with love, fire becomes sacred.

When we turn to face our fears, and we walk through the Truth, Compassion, and Energy of the Sacred Fire, we are purified, and the upside-down world of fear turns right-side up into love and truth.

Since fire is the first thing we are taught to be afraid of as toddlers, when the fear of fire is destroyed, all other things we believe are now suspect. Like a game of Jenga, removing the fear of fire is like removing a block way down at the base of the Jenga structure. The entire structure topples, and along with it topples fearful conditioning.

What replaces the fear? Curiosity, exploration, questions, and trust in the unknown. The world ceases to be a place with fearful monsters around every corner and becomes a garden of delights to explore through synchronistic connections and mystical revelations.

I love introducing people to Sacred Fire and inviting them to face their fears as they bravely walk barefoot across 1300-degree coals. The experience forever changes how they think of fire and Life.

Following the tradition of my ancestors, we call forth the winds of the south, the west, the north, and the east. We call forth Mother Earth and all of our relations. We call forth Father Sky and the Great Spirit. We experience sacred space, some for the first time in our lives.

Within this context of sacred space, of having invited the holy within us and around us to be present, we experience Sacred Fire. Because Sacred Fire is built on the building blocks of all creation – Truth, Compassion, and Energy – it easily vanquishes fear, which is an illusion.

When you meet fear with Sacred Fire, it dissolves away into nothing. People who come to the firewalk workshop filled with fear, doubt, worry, confusion, and heavy emotional loads learn how to invite the Sacred Fire to transmute all those energies into nothing. Transforming Guilt & Unforgiveness

We are all interconnected via a complex, intricate geometric based grid system that we can call the Divine Matrix. All souls, all planets and stars, all living consciousness in all timelines, dimensions and universes are a part of this Divine Matrix.

As an interconnected Divine Consciousness, we have all agreed to see what it’s like having many experiences – from hate to love – in many dimensions or realities. We have agreed to take on different roles with each other to see what it’s like to be in different bodies, and have different experiences in different eras. We tend to come back with the same troupe of actors that are in our soul group. We may also enlist other troupes of actors that are in other soul groups. Sometimes we play the hero and sometimes we play the difficult lesson giver, as well as every role in between.

The challenge with the human experience is that our bodies hold onto guilt and lack of self-forgiveness even after making amends or learning from the experience. (We are defining forgiveness as letting go of the past.) The guilt and unforgiveness is etched into the soul as something to work through, since resolving them is the key for freedom and love.

You’ve had many lifetimes with various themes where guilt and unforgiveness are unresolved. Therefore, before you were born, you met with a council of loving spirit guides who helped you review the unresolved themes connected to guilt and unforgiveness that you didn’t resolve in other lifetimes. You and the council decided which themes would be most beneficial to work through. These unresolved lifetimes are now set up to influence your current lifetime, much like an astrological configuration that stays in your energy field guiding you towards resolution.

You pick an ancestry with similar themes to the unresolved lifetimes to come into. You are then born into a collective era that also fits the themes you need to work through. You also select the gifts and talents that will help you to resolve these themes. This provides you with the framework for your life journey.

We are now in a time in history where you can resolve these themes connected to guilt and lack of self-forgiveness thus the past. This is because the vibration is raising on the planet to help us do so. The higher vibration is what we’re calling Ascension.

How do you move out of guilt and unforgiveness?

On a daily basis: Intention and enlisting your Higher Self/Spirit to be in charge of this process, with your spirit guides assisting, helps you let go of the past.

Your intention can be to transform any unhelpful beliefs, thoughts, and feelings so you can let go of guilt and unforgiveness. You can then ask for a major insight that changes your body’s way of holding onto the past thus guilt and unforgiveness. You can ask for the people around you to help you do this through obvious signs, including something you read or see.

You can also ask to disconnect yourself from the collective shadow part of the Divine Matrix that connects you and others to your issues. You do this by asking that any unhelpful and outdated issues, patterns, beliefs, memories, emotions and behaviors are disconnected between you, them, and the matrix so you can connect through full resolution, forgiveness and love.

Paying attention to your body, as you ask to let go of these issues from the past, helps your body to know that you are serious about no longer carrying them within you. Many times,

staying present to your body will lead to a release right away. However, sometimes the body is resistant and doesn’t want to let go of what’s familiar or it may need to know more about what it’s holding onto. Stay completely open to a new way of thinking and feeling about yourself and your life and you will find your way to a brand new you!

We are in an era of change. Each of us doing our inner work helps to make the shift into higher consciousness or Ascension, which is a happier, lighter place to be. Let’s join hands and do this work together! As the Hopi Indians say, “We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.”

In the journey of self-discovery and personal growth, triggers often serve as valuable signposts pointing toward areas of our lives that require attention and healing. Rather than viewing triggers as unwelcome disturbances, we should consider them treasures that hold the key to unlocking profound insights and promoting holistic well-being.

Triggers, in the psychological sense, are stimuli that elicit strong emotional reactions rooted in past experiences. These experiences may be buried in our subconscious, manifesting in unexpected moments of discomfort. Rather than shying away from these triggers, we should see them as opportunities to embark on a journey toward self-awareness and healing.

To understand the concept of triggers as treasures, it is crucial to recognize that they act as messengers, delivering powerful insights into our unresolved past experiences. These triggers often arise when we encounter situations reminiscent of past traumas or unhealed wounds. Instead of avoiding discomfort, embracing it can lead to a profound understanding of the source of our unease.

Consider a scenario where a seemingly innocuous comment, action or situation sends shivers down your spine. Instead of dismissing it, take a moment to reflect on why such a simple thing triggered such a strong reaction. These triggers are like mirrors reflecting the shadows of our past, urging us to explore and understand the root cause of our discomfort.

Embracing the uncomfortableness is a brave act of self-love and acceptance. It requires a willingness to delve into the depths of our emotions and confront the scars that linger beneath the surface. The discomfort associated with triggers is

not a hindrance but a guide, leading us toward the path of healing and self-discovery.

When we confront our triggers head-on, we provide ourselves with an opportunity to release pent-up energy that has been blocking the free flow of life force within us. Just as a river encounters obstacles but continues to flow, addressing triggers allows our energy to move freely, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Understanding triggers as treasures is akin to unearthing hidden gems within ourselves. As we navigate the uncomfortable terrain of our triggers, we gain valuable insights into our thought patterns, belief systems, and emotional responses. This self-awareness is the first step toward dismantling the barriers that prevent us from living authentically and joyfully.

People often find themselves exclaiming, "Oh, that's why I was so uncomfortable before!" as they connect the dots between triggers and past experiences. Recognizing the correlation empowers individuals to take charge of their healing journey. It prompts them to release the emotional baggage they have been carrying and make room for growth, resilience, and self-love.

In essence, triggers are not roadblocks; they are invitations to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Embracing the discomfort they bring allows us to unravel the mysteries of our past, dismantle self-limiting beliefs, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace. A CHANNELING with ECHO BODINE

I was recently a guest speaker at the Edge Life Events Reawakened expo on March 2nd. When I walked in to begin my presentation, I had no idea what I was going to talk about. Recently my work has changed and I'm channeling more and more often. I asked the crowd if anyone had a question, and a man raised his hand and asked how we are going to get balance back into the world.

I waited for about ten seconds and in came my new spirit team and I began channeling their answers. They are a male spirit named Robert and an Angel named Lilli who has been with me for years.

Here is what they said: Things have been out of balance for quite a while, and the balancing started with Ukraine. And what we have been watching on TV, the radio and the internet is destruction everywhere. And what it has done is open our hearts. He says that is actually a good thing, because we are still recovering from the pandemic. We have all learned how to adapt to something like that and even though more people have gotten on with their jobs, and we can go to the neighbors’ again and we don’t have to wear masks if we don’t want to, we are still being affected by the pandemic energy.

And so, when the war started with Ukraine, that kind of shook all of us up, because we couldn’t believe that this was something we were watching, being a part of seeing families and all the pain that they’re going through. It’s like we’ve been through so much, even if we’re not there in Ukraine and Russia. We are still very connected to them because of the pandemic and ALL of us need healing.

There was a new energy that came into earth from the angelic kingdom since last October. We, the angelic community, have taken a deep interest in earth. We have been very concerned about all of you since you went through the pandemic. We know that you lost loved ones.

We know that you lost jobs. We know that you ran out of money. We know that behind everything, there is still fear inside your hearts, and you’re doing your best to move ahead.

We had a meeting, I guess you would call it, with the higher-ups; and we said we want to go to earth. We want to bring in new energy. These people need new energy. They need to feel hopeful because when they turn on their TV and computers, the hope goes away. These people are struggling every day and the higher-ups agreed that Earth needs new energy.

Now, Lilli is saying they started to send energy in at the end of October. The actual date was October 24th. That’s when we started to bring in new energy. We had to do it slowly to not overwhelm you. It sounds funny to say we don’t want to overwhelm you with love, but that’s exactly how it is. We must bring it in a little bit at a time. We just can’t flood you with hope and love. We must do it a different way. We worked on you, and tried to send it again, and tried to work through the media to try to bring in positive information.

And that can be hard to do because many media spots that we found are determined to scare you – to bring you to your knees so to speak; and we’re sorry we have to say it that way. It’s very unfortunate, but what’s behind it is money. And again, we’re sorry we have to say it. There are many, many, many good people in the media, don’t get us wrong. But we have bumped into resistance bringing good news to you...
