I am Angela Zabel, teacher, coach, medium, speaker, mentor, and the new host of The Edge Talk Radio. Edge Talk Radio has been on hiatus, waiting for a new beginning.

Cathryn Taylor created an amazing knowledge-sharing platform full of her unique energy. Her recent passing inspired me to pick up the baton and continue her legacy with this new chapter.

As the new host, I'll be bringing new information to listeners to help them understand this world and beyond on a deeper level through interviews and discussions about our personal and collaborative journeys. I look forward to answering questions, dialoguing, piquing your curiosity, and expanding your understanding of our world in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

I work with a team of Spirits, who I call They or Them. These Spirits are constantly changing depending on which of Them is the most knowledgeable or helpful to the people I am working with at the time. Some of you have already had the pleasure of working with Them. I am forever grateful for Their compassionate, sometimes blunt, fun, and exceptionally pertinent guidance. They are so excited to share information from Their perspectives with you in this forum. I can't wait to give Them a voice on this platform.

After many readings as a psychic medium, I have discovered that the Spirits are grateful we reach out to Them. When we make a connection, acknowledge Their presence, and invite Them in, we feel joy and love. The Spirit also recognizes our efforts to stay connected, and Their joy and love grow too.

When I have connected to those on the other side, whether they be loved ones who have passed, angelic or earthly realms, star nations, or the field of knowledge, I found that I felt joy the majority of the time. Because of this, I realized we are not alone and are always supported by Spirit. Love and compassion that reside in the heart emanate from Spirit.

We are intricately connected. When we tap into Spirit, everything feels brighter. The day feels more alive. The happiness you feel inside continues to grow and expand in ways you could never have imagined. Love from the universe is available to us all the time.

Every time we connect, we add our joy and love to the universe, which allows everyone, including those who have not yet made the connection, the opportunity to expand and feel joy in our lives in ways we may not have thought possible.

The energy in the world has shifted. Our journeys are coming together. Let's be curious together.

When you were young, do you ever remember being unruly and your mother sternly saying, "Take a breath"? Perhaps her words made you stop in your tracks. Maybe you knew that you would get in trouble if you didn't stop. Perhaps you followed her orders and breathed deeply for a second and felt better. Your mother probably didn't understand the science behind her important words, but somehow she intuitively knew they worked.

Breathwork is one of the most valuable self-help tools we can use to live a more empowered and joyful life.

The diaphragm is a dome-shaped fibrous tissue underneath the ribs and is the primary muscle used for breathing. The longest of the cranial nerves, the vagus nerve, starts in the brainstem, goes through the diaphragm and into the abdomen, and is in charge of the relaxation response in the body.

Deep diaphragmatic breathing stimulates the vagus nerve, which works through the parasympathetic nervous system to lower our cortisol levels (the main hormone produced in stress). This slows our heart rate, decreases our blood pressure, and can shift us from fight, flight, and freeze to a place of rest, relaxation, and safety. When our cortisol levels are high, our feel-good hormones such as serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin are suppressed. When we breathe properly, we become calmer, our feel-good hormones increase, and we can access more joy. a

Tapping into Joy BY

For the last month, I've been sitting here racking my brain thinking about HOW I can talk about "Joy" with everything we're still dealing with without appearing inauthentic, out of touch, and dismissive. I hear almost daily of someone within my family, friend, or acquaintance circles having a stroke, being diagnosed with some cancer, some heart/blood clot issue, or finding out someone died by suicide. It's overwhelming at times.

Tonight, I was sitting here watching the opening credits of the final episode of Season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Race, and the song's lyrics inspired me. It was something Ru often says, "If you can't love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?"

I realized it isn't just about Joy - it's also about Love and tapping into that. Depression and suicide are HUGE in the LGBTQIA+ community, even before the pandemic, and we are constantly looking to find not just Joy, but really, Love that ultimate Joy.

What is Joy? BY

Like all feelings, joy is present, just waiting to be felt. Sometimes you find joy easily in your life, and at other times, it seems to totally evade you. You may wonder, "where has the joy gone, and what is this heaviness that seems to have replaced it?"

Some say that to intend life to be joyful is foolish and unrealistic, yet some of the most influential people of all time did exactly that. Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and Oprah Winfrey come to mind.

In purely energetic terms, we'd have to agree that joy is a high vibration. Think of the dear butterfly flitting throughout a summer garden. It's nearly impossible not to feel a sense of joy when we encounter one of these beautiful creatures. Yet, if we are preoccupied with past and future and choose to stay immersed in heavy thoughts and feelings rather than let them flow through us, we may miss the joy right in front of us.

Being present and appreciating the magnificence of life all around us has great power--and fully awakens our joy sensibilities.

Try this. Go on a "joy journey," seeking out joy in new ways and places (starting right where you are). Place a smile on your face–even if it feels silly to do so--because when you do, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides that help fight off stress. Say hello to joy as it bubbles up. Welcome it and thank it.

Joy, like all feelings, is fleeting. So, the idea is not to cling to joy or any other emotion but instead relish or acknowledge each in the moment. Then allow the next feeling to emerge within you. This is freedom, its own kind of joy! a

My middle name is Leticia, and the meaning of my name is "joy." But exactly what is joy? Maybe we can't truly describe it. Instead, we can share its lessons. There are three "joy lessons" in my life that taught me its meaning.

Several years ago, I went through one of the most difficult experiences of my life. It was the day after my dad's funeral, and we were finding the location for his ashes. I went to the church, sitting there like a gloomy cloud was over me. Then, a 90-year-old priest I didn't know sat next to me.

His warmth and gentleness were welcoming and helped me feel safe and at ease. He said, "The secret of life is to stay joyful." He looked at me deeply and repeated, "Stay joyful," then left. First lesson: Stay joyful.

Next, a few months after my dad's passing, I asked a person close to me, "Why aren't you upset about my dad's death?" She replied, "I am at peace, and I am choosing joy as I move forward into the next chapter of my life." The second lesson: Joy is a choice.

Lastly, I discovered that even when I was doing something well in my career, I would disconnect from joy if I didn't find any meaning in what I was doing. Third lesson: I could connect to meaning and purpose in my work and find joy since there is joy in alignment.

Beloved author and healer Cathryn Taylor, respected worldwide as the “Mother of Inner Child Work” for her seminal Inner Child Workbook (Jeremy P. Tarcher, 1991) and integrative healing process, passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2022, during a short visit to the hospital after not feeling well, leaving family, friends and the Twin Cities holistic community in shock.

“She had so much love to share and will truly be missed by all,” said Kim Eisen, a Life Breakthrough Coach, Master of EFT and one of Cathryn’s closest friends and colleagues. “What I’ll remember about her was her tireless energy.

And one of the things I appreciate and will never forget about her was that she never made you feel wrong for feeling the way you felt.”

Cathryn was a transformative integrative healer who helped people resolve tension, trauma and conflict related to relationships with others — and with the inner child — by addressing the body, mind, heart and soul.

A Nebraska native, Cathryn worked in the San Francisco Bay area before coming to Minnesota in the 1990s. She was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She was trained as a Personal Life Coach and was a certified practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®). She also acquired training as an Akashic Records Consultant to provide the soul’s perspective on issues needing resolution.

She published several other books and recorded a series of lectures and YouTube videos on the stages of recovery, issues of the children within, and holistic healing. Cathryn coordinated The Edge’s Blog Talk Radio podcasts for many years.

Cathryn ran a marathon at age 55. She was extremely connected to her dogs: Max, who traveled the country with her in an RV and was the subject of her book Maximized; and Kelly and Avery, dogs that were always by her side or waiting for her in the car.

Cathryn was preceded in death, among others, by her brother John, with whom she had a strong connection and established a dialogue following his passing that became her book, I Think…I Like You Better Dead.

Survivors include her husband and soulmate Arthur, her stepchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. Cathryn was especially close to her niece and namesake Cathy, nephew Sean, godchild Lily and great-nephews Taylor and Thomas.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life around her birthday on June 9. Details will be forthcoming. a

The Gut/Brain Connection

The world we live in today keeps people so busy they don't have time to know why they are feeling anxious, sick, tired, and depressed.

Let's put a little joy back into your life.

Did you know the food you choose to eat every day can determine how you feel? The food and supplements you select could be the number one answer to why you don't feel like yourself.

The digestive system is where it all begins. If it isn't working, nothing else is. Just because you can't feel discomfort doesn't mean everything is working correctly. All other body systems rely on the digestive system to get what they need.

Digestion starts from the first bite of food you put in your mouth, where food comes in contact with a starch-digesting enzyme called amylase; in the salvia. Proteins from there get broken down into amino acids due to hydrochloric acid and pepsin in the stomach.

Digestion of fats does not begin until the small intestine, after being mixed with bile salts from the liver and gallbladder. This chemical change makes fats water-soluble.

The first problem usually lies in what we

choose to eat. The body has a terrible time digesting fried foods, artificial sugars, GMO foods, and ultra-processed foods. These foods are empty-calorie food that doesn't offer much nutritional value. Our bodies never were designed to process synthetic foods. Our bodies struggle to know even what to do with them.

A bacterial population lives in your intestine called the gut microbiota. Your gut consists of tens of trillions of microorganisms, and amazingly enough, this can weigh up to six pounds.

We acquire much of these bacteria during birth as we pass through the birth canal during delivery. Still, other factors, such as antibiotic use or babies born by Cesarean section, can influence bacterial levels. A healthy gut contains bacteria and immune cells that protect your system against harmful bacteria, nasty viruses, and unhealthy fungi. Healthy gut flora also communicates with signals to the brain. Sending messages through nerves and hormones helps maintain overall wellbeing.

The gut microorganisms may affect behavior and emotion. The probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus contains a GABA neurotransmitter that helps regulate brain activity and calms anxiousness. Because of the reactions of the mice fed Lactobacillus, researchers concluded the bacteria were affecting their brain chemistry. Altering gut bacteria through the diet and supplementation may help stress-related issues. Neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism and hyperactivity, have also had positive results.

A healthy balanced diet supports a healthy gut, which communicates with the brain through what is known as the gut-brain connection. Microbes in the gut help produce neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, which regulate our mood and emotions, and gut health has impacted mental health outcomes. What we eat, especially foods that contain chemical additives and ultra-processed foods, affects our gut environment

and increases our overall risk of diseases. The gut, which is home to hundreds of millions of neurons and about 25 neurotransmitters, sends messages to the brain. Serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins are famously happy hormones that promote positive feelings like pleasure, happiness, and even love. Hormones and neurotransmitters are at the center of many essential processes in the body, like heart rate and digestion and mood and emotions.

The powerful medicinal qualities are lost on some because they think it is a weed!

Dandelions tell us Spring has arrived, are the first flower the bees have access to and is important early nectar for them. So, if you harvest them, leave some for the bees.

Dandelions are not native to North America but were brought over from Europe in the 1600's. They spread across the continent rapidly, reaching the West Coast long before the Europeans ever did, and became well-known by many Native tribes as a food item and medicine herb. The name dandelion comes from the French dents de lion because the leaves were thought to resemble the jaws of a lion showing it’s teeth. It’s botanical name is Taraxacum officinale.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES: It’s nutrition, abundance and many medicinal uses makes the dandelion's flowers, leaves and roots a favorite for many herbalists. It is a wild and free medicinal!

As a food, the young leaves are high in nutrition and can be added to salads or y Katelyn Mariah cooked like greens. Some people roast the roots as an excellent alternative to coffee. A priest, a rabbi and a cat walk into a bar. The priest orders a Virgin Bloody Mary on the rocks. The rabbi orders a Manischewitz Red Wine Slushy. The cat orders a bowl of milk with a dash of tuna, plus a sprig of catnip. As the bartender is mixing drinks, the cat requests a few chicken treats be added to the bowl – not turkey but chicken – and not white meat but dark meat. When the drinks come, the priest and the rabbi hold up their glasses for a toast. The cat looks at the specially prepared bowl with disdain and disgust, and walks out.

Those of us who love cats, know this scenario all too well.

It’s what we love about them – they’re not afraid to speak their minds or change their minds.

Caring for Cats is a shelter in North St. Paul that caters to the every need and whim of cats and kittens – and has been doing so for 23 years. Their motto is that they “pre-spoil” the cats and kittens for prospective adopters. And every volunteer, board member and donor supports this behavior. Why? Because they love cats.

In 2020, Caring for Cats was the recipient of a large endowment enabling the organization to expand in unimaginable ways. A building was purchased and renovated, designed with the cats’ best interests in mind, of course.

The building was laid out with Feng Shui principles; dowsing revealed the placement of both positive and negative vortexes.

Low VOC paint was used on the walls; LED lighting was installed throughout; and a sound system plays calming cat music (yes, there is such a thing).

The building has a special HVAC system to keep infections from spreading throughout the shelter. One of the two isolation rooms assures that contagious diseases are contained; the other provides time to heal and recover after a medical procedure.

You won’t see many cages at the shelter but rather rooms– nine to be specific. Cats are profiled according to whether they like other cats as companions or whether they prefer to be alone. Kittens are placed in the “Kitten Room” (which now has a 24/7 live-cam if you want to watch the action) or the Shy Room where there are other shy kitties or a Private Room where a cat will enjoy the quiet and privacy of being alone.

If a cat seems to have a behavior issue that the volunteers can’t resolve, an animal communicator is called in to “talk” to the kitty. Getting to the bottom of the feline’s issues can help a cat adjust plus the volunteers can then help resolve whatever issue the cat may be experiencing.

Since 2015, a team of Reiki healers work with the cats formally twice a month. Many of these healers are already volunteers at the shelter so are often doing healing work whenever they are with the cats, not just on the formal Reiki evenings. Nothing short of miracles has happened during these Reiki sessions.

Two years ago, Caring for Cats earned international recognition Donations are for their literacy program called accepted on-line at Cat Tales: Kids Reading to Cats. caringforcatsmn.org.

Long-time volunteer Karen Brown Sponsorships are put together a twice-a-month available if you want Sunday afternoon program where children who are struggling to to support one of our learn how to read come to the felines. Rest assured that reading skills have vastly increased due to this program.

Caring for Cats is an all-volunteer, no-kill shelter. Over 200 cats are adopted out each year, only after they’ve had complete medical care (vaccinations, spay or neuter procedures, dental work, etc.) and have been profiled (as mentioned above). The organization relies totally on donations.

You may visit the shelter by appointment where someone will be happy to give you a tour to see how all the cats are loved.

Community is becoming more and more important as we raise our vibration to create inner and outer optimal changes. This shift in vibration is what many refer to as the Ascension process. Ascension is defined as raising our thinking and feeling state to one aligned with love, kindness, acceptance, and unity consciousness.

The reason why a strong sense of community is becoming more deeply valued is that our human reality is changing rapidly. This can feel scary when left on our own. However, it can feel like an exciting adventure if we are surrounded by a loving and supportive community.

Many of us have dreamed of being in supportive and enjoyable communities where we can continue to grow and evolve.

Some people have found their community(s), while others are still searching. There are many kinds of communities to connect with including the friendly voices of change at “The Edge.” These types of communities are often inspiring and can help us think differently along with confirming that we’re not so different after all!

Community can be found within the workshops we take. Over the years, a large and active community has formed from taking my workshops and gatherings. The participants have created strong bonds of friendship where some talk daily and many have created professional collaborations and projects together. One such project is the “School for Higher Consciousness” which will more formally launch on the Summer Solstice - June 21, 2022.

The old has been rapidly breaking down as people think about and create new ways of living, working, and being together. The best kind of communities uplift each other so that we can all be our most optimal self, living our happiest life.

I’ve found that moving into higher levels of consciousness, the ascension process, can be challenging because we need to let go of outdated issues, patterns, beliefs, memories, and emotions. This makes room for something new and better to come in. Letting go can be difficult because, even if the mind is ready for the new, the emotions and body may not be ready. Typically, the body is the most resistant to change. The body is like a child who wants things to stay the same. However, Higher Self (our spirit that never dies) is all about expansion and growth and is our very best guide. The more comfortable we are with our Higher Self being in charge, the less resistance our mind, emotions and body will have with change.

A community of support, to affirm you are on the right track, is also very helpful!

Many times, the spiritual community I am in, will check in with each other on a question or problem to see if others are getting the same answers. We all believe that the best answers come from our Higher Self. They have all practiced, for many years, on connecting with their Higher Self. Sometimes it’s helpful to have others double check something when feeling blocked. One way to assure you are connected to your highest guidance is to remember that the Higher Self’s answers never feel stressful or have a forced feeling to them. They feel free flowing and effortless.

During one of these check-ins, someone wanted to see if a potential new office was a good fit. She was ready to sign a lease. I get really distracted when I’m meditating, and I hardly ever get time for it. My children interrupt me every time I sit down on my cushion, it’s like they know I’m going there.

Wishing I could run away to the monastery, Sandwich Generation Dear Sandwich Generation, It’s tough! Acknowledge yourself for all you’re doing as a caretaker! There are two categories of meditators: monks and householders (laypeople). You are a householder with many obligations and commitments.

Both Eastern and Western meditation practices developed in monasteries.

With some exceptions, men taught meditation to men. While teaching and practicing, monks didn’t directly care for children or parents. Some monasteries hired cooks. Or the collective of monks shared cooking duties. When we read about practices such as sitting for an hour in the morning and another hour in the evening, we can feel discouraged. We need to scale them down to “what’s possible now.” For today, don’t even plan to sit on your meditation cushion.

Instead, stand at the sink, the gas station, or in the parking lot. Take one full breath. Feel it all the way through you, from head to toe. One fully-felt breath is more effective than attempting to get to the meditation cushion, not making it, and then feeling frustrated and resentful.

This is an important season in your life. Please don’t judge your householder’s practice by a monk’s standards. Monks were living in circumstances very different from yours. Give yourself a big hug and lots of credit. Be proud of the path you’ve chosen to enlightenment.

CONNE CONNECTING WITH LIFE EXPERIENCES, MESSAGES FROM ANGELS, UFO’S & CORINA SAEBELS

As I was trying to figure out the connections and the patterns with my various experiences of having sightings of UFO’s, the connections with the SSP’s, and what all of this meant I had received a message from the angel Seraphina who had given me four clues to explore in order to connect all the dots for my experiences.

Serephina had told me to look at UFO sightings for July 17, 2017 other then my own sighting of the green triangular TR-6 craft that had materialized above my house in the evening. I was shown a vision to go look on a worldwide UFO reporting website called UFO Stalker and indeed I had found another person who had reported having a similar UFO sighting to mine on the same day close to the time that I had my sighting. The message from Serephina was to pay attention to the signs connecting my various experiences together as this would show me the answers from the patterns of the events that had been happening in my life that would make the connections between the experiences to tell the full story. Next Serephina suggested that I investigate a woman named Corina Saebels who had seen sightings of a triangular grey craft in the sky several cities over from Surrey, BC, I was told that this woman has a unique energetic soul heritage and ancestry lineage of helping to awaken people and not to be afraid of their paranormal or supernatural experiences of what happens beyond the 3D world. The third sign that I was told by Serephina is that I am a powerful creator being and that I can energetically manifest anything that I would like to attract in my life so I had actually called forward the TR-6 to appear above my house in order to prove to myself that the SSP exists in 3D reality and beyond it in outer space.

My other message from Serephina was to watch the UFO movie that had come out in 2018 about a gifted college mathematician college student that had a UFO sighting as a child and was now investigating several UFO sightings at US airports in order to find the patterns for communicating with the UFO’s and the beings that were sending him binary codes through frequency encoded messages in the math numbers. Serephina said that I would find many of my answers from this UFO movie and indeed I did.

I have learned that Serephina is the angel that reminds us that the universe is full of

potential opportunities so if we tap into the signs and the signals that the angels are sending us along with their wisdom guidance then we can reach those opportunities that are waiting for our soul to explore them on our life paths.

The soul journey is never limited by anything unless we are limiting ourselves from reaching our highest potentials on the soul path within ourselves which actually reflects the external progress in our lives depending on how we chart our soul progression from within to our external existences. It we choose to turn things in life around to be happy and successful then we can make it happen as the universe offers us multiple variations of opportunities if we choose to see them and try something new that is right in front of us to explore.

Serephina is the angel that can show us happy changes that can occur in our lives as our universe is extensive and expansive. So notice the celestial energy that is behind the angel Seraphina as she is one of the angel messengers as with all divine beings but her energy is the divine creation that is supporting the universal consciousness and trying to guide you on your most optimal life path journey that she brings with her messages.

Let us remember that the divine is unlimited and Serephina is the angel of unlimited and even yet unimagined positive energy that is surrounding your home and family. When she sends us messages it is always for positive changes and blessings, so be on the lookout for those opportunities.

If we notice the pink and green coloring of the wings on Serephina then these are colors of representing the heart chakra and they remind us to keep our hearts open to the possibilities that heaven might bring our way something beautiful and unique for us to explore for happiness and success in life whatever that may be it starts with the message from the angel(s). I have learned that the change or blessing may not be exactly what you are expecting, so we keep our heart open to all possibilities. PALMER HOUSE: Minnesota’s mosthaunted hotel

The Palmer House Hotel in Sauk Centre MN is one of the most haunted sites in the state. But what makes the Palmer House Hotel so haunted? The Palmer House Hotel was built back in 1901 to replace a similar building that had burned down. Today, it's still a hotel, restaurant, and pub. There are paranormal claims going back over fifty years from hotel guests, and staff of the hotel. You might have seen the Palmer House on the following tv shows My Ghost Story, Dead Files, and Ghost Adventures on the Travel Channel.

Before the current hotel was built, there was another hotel in the same spot, the old Sauk Centre House. This hotel was the first hotel in Sauk Centre that was built in 1863 but burned down on June 26th, 1900. Ralph and Christena Palmer built the Palmer House in 1901 on the same site as the Sauk Centre House stood. This hotel and the current hotel is located in the heart of the business district.

It was a good location for a hotel in the 1900s because it was just a block from the train station so there was access to transportation for guests who were traveling for work. When the Palmer House was built, it was the first building in the city to have electricity which was a big pull for people back in those days. It was known as the city’s “first-class hotel.” This hotel was a place for people to gather for business, social, and even relaxation. The Palmer house had 24 rooms when it was first built but in 1916 the hotel was expanded to 38 rooms. During prohibition, we were told that the owners would sell liquor in the basement. It’s said there were some tunnels in the basement to other buildings around town to help transport liquor without being caught by authorities.

Sinclair Lewis, author of Main Street worked at the Palmer House during the summers modeled his Minniemashire House on the Palmer House. There are some stories that Lewis had a hidden room in the basement where he would hide some of his original 18

writings within the walls. To this date, no one has been able to find those poems. In 1993 the hotel was remodeled to what you see today, a beautiful hotel that has 19 guest rooms with their own bathrooms, stained glass windows throughout the first floor.

Kelley Freese, bought the hotel in 2002 which is the longest time one person has owned the Palmer Hotel. Kelley has restored Palmer back to its roots. When you step into the Palmer House Hotel you feel like you are stepping back in time to when the hotel was built. When you arrive at the hotel you will see a beautiful mural on the side of the parking lot of Sinclair Lewis to pay tribute to the author. Kelley was told by a psychic that stayed in the hotel one day that there were bones hidden in the basement under the stairs.

Kelley went digging for those bones, she had found some bones, boxed them up, and then got a phone call and when she came back for the bones, the box was gone. So the question is where did the bones go and who took them?

Many paranormal investigators while investigating the basement have picked up EVPs, and information regarding the bones but still to this date, no one has found the bones again. I personally have done the Estes method (this is a technique when the investigator has a blindfold over their eyes, headphones on and listening to the spirit box so they can't hear anyone else in the room, and the other investigators ask questions and the investigator with the blindfold and spirit box will say anything that comes through the box) and have got a lot of responses about the bones in the basement that they are down there needing to be found again.

Now you may be wondering, what makes the Palmer House haunted? Kelley bought the hotel and while working on the hotel before they opened the doors with her husband she had experienced a few odd things but really didn't think any of it until one local resident told her that the hotel was haunted. There is one documented suicide in the history of the hotel throughout the years of being built. This suicide took place in what we know as the bar today. There have been some deaths in the hotel. So many people have come through the doors of the Palmer House since it opened in 1901 and some decided to stay around.

Mr. Palmer and Mrs. Palmer are known to visit their hotel on a frequent basis. Kelley believes they are just checking to make

sure their hotel is still being taken care of all these years later. Some known spirits in the building are Raymond, Annie, and Lucy as well. There are many experiences of a little boy, who is believed to have died from the flu in the hotel that plays with a ball in the hallway or also seen on the 3rd-floor steps. Raymond is more of a grumpy man spirit throughout the hotel. Rooms 11, 17, and 18 are three of the most haunted rooms in the hotel beside the basement. But you can experience activity in any area of the hotel when you visit, even in the pub or the lobby.

When you stay in the hotel, at night you may experience sounds of children playing, footsteps in the hallway or in the hotel rooms, shadows, knocking on the walls/floor, or you may hear disembodied voices throughout the hotel when no one else is there. The staff has also experienced activity in the pub and in the dining room throughout the years of silverware/plates and cups moving, seeing apparitions, hearing people talking when no one is around or in the hotel. There are claims of bartenders taking orders for some drinks only to find out when they turn back that person is gone and no one else saw them.

The basement in my personal experience has been the most active location in the hotel. I have heard dogs in the basement when there have been no dogs in the hotel itself. It is known that in the past, they had kept dogs in the basement. I have personally picked up children in the basement as well who want to play with any balls or toys that investigators bring.

Many EVPs are caught in the basement along with shadows and hearing of movement.

THE PROCESS: This is a self-empowerment process for the transmutation of your Brain waves.

Touch your Pineal with your Index finger. Your Pineal is located one inch (2.5cm) above the 3rd eye position. Note that it is not necessary to hold your index finger on the Pineal space the entire process. Once you have aligned into your Pineal doorway you can release that physical connection. Remember this position is simply the doorway to an expansive multidimensional space.

1) Hold your awareness on your Pineal for 10 seconds.

2) Take a Conscious breath and place it, like a soft wind, within the space of the Pineal that you see sense or feel. NOTE: The Conscious breath is a breath taken in the mouth and released out of the mouth. A rule, wherever your awareness is being focused the Conscious breath automatically flows within that space.

3) Wait until you see sense or feel an opening, or something being switched on. This is the conscious process of you realigning your awareness within a different framework of your brain function.

4) Place the sacred sound, AHNNN… (pronounced ARN) within the space and feel see or sense an activation, alignment to an alternate frequency setting, a flow opening within your brain. Utilize this sound until you experience a completion energy for now.

5) Place another Conscious breath within the space, which allows you a further deepening of alignment within this changing frequency or flow.

6) Choose to let go within this space by opening your awareness deeper within the space of flow that you feel see or sense.

7) Bring in the sacred sound, AHNNN… into the flowing waves you see sense or feel.

8) Within the space you find yourself begin to see sense or feel the flowing waves, and then the Spheres of light that are being transmitted from the Universe into you, re-aligning you, repositioning you within the shifting brain waves.

9) When this process feels complete for now bring your awareness back to your Index finger on your Pineal position. Align back into your body and integrate.

NOTE: You are launching yourself into an aspect of the flow, part of your authentic Being. Don’t try and assess and understand this process with your Ego mind. This process is not to be understood from a 3rd dimensional perspective. Rather work with the process and let go. Choosing not to understand. There will be a gradual unravelling of the old and a gentle shifting of your perspective which will unfold you. Do this above process daily.

Through the changes created within your brain waves you are now being enabled to move away from the Ego mind’s limited perception You are being empowered to activate ‘another turn of the wheel’, setting in motion a next step phase within your evolution as you work through your Pineal.

Summer Solstice Event The Ego mind can only operate through the 3rd dimensional illusion of fear worry and lack. During this upcoming time frame within the energetic shifts on Earth an aspect of the illusion of human perfection can simply fall away from you, like a cloak being untied and slipping off your shoulders. You are destined to immerge from the cocoon of illusion at this juncture and to take flight like a butterfly, setting yourself free.

An essential aspect that supports your evolution is the process of self-acceptance of who you are now in your life and all the roles you have played as a human being. This is a time to honor your unique idiosyncrasies as a human being. And as you choose to let go of the illusion you can begin a process of self-introspection by witnessing the zig-zag path of your journey here on Earth as a human being.

One individual experience is not more than another. You simply claim all that you have created in your life. You are moving into a very different time of experience than ever before as the Earth shifts dimensionally. This is a process of self-discovery as you move through the unravelling of your old, limited self while reopening into a vast aspect of your unlimited potential of sacred consciousness.

We continue to hold the energetic blueprint of the ultimate profile of your new Earth’s multidimensional transmutation. This can be likened to holding an energetic mirror steady while your planet moves through this metamorphic shift. This mirroring enables the planet to constantly upgrade, adjusting itself as it aligns to these higher vibrational light platforms of consciousness.
