The God Light flow within your Heart A PLEIADIAN MESSAGE

by Christine Day Beloved ones, we greet you. Your Earth plane’s potential experience is continuing to unfold through the constant shifting energetic landscape that is birthing. A new dimensional terrain is being revealed on the planet in which you are able to align. These shifts have opened a new reality container, like a womb allowing you to open into the full expression of your multidimensionality.

Like a curtain being raised on a stage, the planet is being elevated back into its multidimensional potential. Simultaneously you are being naturally repositioned, and being realigned, beyond the veils that have held the illusion fully in place. This illusion has kept you playing in a restricted arena within your Earth plane experience, and sometimes the illusion has been your only reality.

Beyond this illusion there has existed an expanse of pure form, untapped energy with which you are aligned. This formless energy is a natural part, an extension of the full makeup, of your sacred Higher Self consciousness. This flowing energetic force has always been an aspect of you and now it is fully accessible to you. This is the time to begin to reconnect and draw from this pure form of your energy source.

GATHERING MOMENTUM Because of the new dynamic energy that entered your planet in March, there has been a gathering momentum within your heart to allow this light flow to be made manifest consciously by you. Your God light is interacting fully within your heart cells, opening up your creative flow. There has been a shift, a movement that has taken place within your heart’s sphere, to enable you to begin to develop a working relationship with the God light flow within your heart.

We have been presenting to you the basic framework of your full makeup, describing to you the two main aspects of yourself. Through this dynamic between your humanness and Higher Self, we bring support to enable you to come to a fuller understanding of the Truth of your

complete heritage — to bring to your attention the inner aspect of your power, which is sourced through your heart.

In Truth, your power is vast. You are a magnificent being and you have an ability to energetically command your force of light that is accessible within the tool of your multidimensional heart. You have an unlimited consciousness, which interacts through your force of light. You have the innate ability to flow and interact within the communion of God consciousness light, which is interwoven within all life force energy throughout our full resident Universe.

can now utilize and tap into your unique signature life force energy to manifest your heart’s desire. Remember: your heart is a natural multidimensional tool, and through your heart you can begin to create by utilizing what we call your “command energy.”

The power of your life force naturally extends from the very center of your energetic heart. This life force energy within your heart builds from the central place and then moves outwards, generating a potent and compelling life force flow.

This flow is set in motion by activating a conscious intention of your own heart’s desire. The flow is first activated by an intentional thought. You must open into a focused intention of what you want for yourself for the creation element to open. There must be a feeling of purpose, joy and/or excitement for that which you choose to manifest for yourself. Remember: this is your expression of creation energy being felt by you. This is what you desire for yourself and it is building in momentum within you. The building of the feeling is the essence of the energy building within your heart. This depth of passion is an essential building block for the birthing of the creation energy for that specific desire to be created.

PASSIONATE RECEIVER This birthing of light energy within your heart can be likened to an enlivener, for you to be a passionate receiver of what you are creating for yourself. This is the energy

2nd Annual Maple Grove Holistic Expo returns August 4 Edge Life Expos & Events will host the second annual Maple Grove Holistic & Psychic Expo on Saturday, August 4, at the Maple Grove Community Center, 12951 Weaver Lake Road. The event begins at 10 a.m. and doors close at 6 p.m. Admission is $5 and parking is free.

The day will feature a broad spectrum of opportunities for visitors to learn about the world of spirituality and psychic phenomena. The spotlight of the event will be the 40+ exhibitors. Intuitive readers, wellness products, healing resources, animal communicators, aura photos, jewelry, crystals and other unique gift items will be featured.

“Many of our exhibitors and attendees mentioned to me that they enjoy having a summer event with intuitive readings and healings,” said Gary Beckman, executive producer of Edge Life Expos & Events. “The big reason we put this show together was

Peace Lantern Ceremony returns to Rochester For the 33nd year, the community of Rochester, Minnesota, will gather at twilight on Monday, Aug. 6, to remember what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 and what we are capable of doing. Those in attendance will recreate the Peace Lantern Floating Ceremony, which originated in Japanese folklore to symbolize the release of ancestors’ spirits to the ocean.

Participants will gather at 6:30 p.m. at the picnic shelter at Silver Lake to make lanterns, and at 7:20 p.m. letters from Hiroshima and Nagasaki will be read and a speech will be given by Rochester Mayor Ardell Brede, member of Mayors for Peace, followed by the floating of lanterns at dusk. Music will be provided by DKM and Omni Drummers. In case of rain, the event will take place at Peace United Christ Church.

Edge Life Expos was created in 2000 to offer the public an opportunity to come together and explore cutting edge ideas and thoughts, Beckman said. He and his team have produced annual shows in Minneapolis, Fargo, St. Cloud and Des Moines.

Beckman said the transformative energies now taking place globally have inspired him even more than before to offer a place where people can come and share their experiences and learn how to cope with the change. “The United States of America and the human race are experiencing one of the most difficult times ever, with all the lying, cheating and killing taking place and people not sharing the truth. One exhibitor coming to the Maple Grove Holistic Expo has studied the changes taking place and will offer insight on what is happening now. John DeSalvo, Ph.D., a biophysicist and author of 10 books, will be displaying ancient artifacts, including a red quartz crystal skull dated to 2000 B.C., and a necklace from the Laveau family mansion, home of voodoo priestess Marie Laveau.

Dr. DeSalvo has studied the paranormal for more than 20 years, including extensive research on the Shroud of Turin. He has been featured on “Ancient Aliens,” “The Nostradamus Effect” series and “America Unearthed” on the History channel.

Timothy Hass to present ‘Altaring’ Your Life: The Secret Life of Miracles workshop at Spirit United Miracle making is really a kind of science, co-creatively blended with mysticism. We all have the capacity for this. For the last eight years Timothy Hass has been working behind the scenes with an international environmental organization facing challenges in some of the most difficult and, at times, most dangerous situations in the world. Enjoy Summer Snacks using Basil, Peppers FOOD FIRST

by Nutrition Julie One of my favorite things about summer is all of the fresh basil and peppers in the garden or at the local farmer’s market. It’s a great time to use these fresh garden ingredients to make simple, quick dishes that don’t heat up the kitchen too much. The lentils are a great source of protein that is easy to digest and packed with iron for energy.

I love to make a big batch of these and have them on hand for a quick lunch or snack throughout the week. Enjoy!

RED LENTIL BASIL PATTIES

1 cup red lentils 2-1/2 cups vegetable stock 2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup chopped fresh red pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh yellow pepper 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup finely grated cheese, (6 Italian Cheese blend works well) Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper to taste Rinse and drain lentils and place in a pot with the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until lentils are mushy and all of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from the heat and set aside.

In large skillet, sauté garlic and onion in 1 T. olive oil until soft (about 3 minutes). Add the red and yellow peppers and sauté an addition minute or so. Remove from heat and transfer mixture into a bowl. Add lentils, fold in basil and season with Himalayan salt and pepper. Gradually fold in the cheese and breadcrumbs. Set aside for 2-3 minutes to allow batter to thicken.

Drizzle skillet with remaining 1 T. olive oil.

Scoop batter and roll into 1-1/2" balls. Flatten into patties that are 1/2-3/4" thick and place in skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove from pan and keep warm on a baking sheet until finished rolling and cooking all of the patties. Makes about twelve 2-1/2" patties.

Optional: Serve on a bed of greens. July Horoscope: Celebrate, Activate MERCURIAL MESSAGES THROUGH THE ZODIAC

We have three jobs in July: celebrate, rethink traditions, and appreciate our intuitive connections.

Our first job is to renew the wells as we celebrate life to the fullest while Mercury and Venus run through extroverted, creative, heart-centered Leo at the beginning of the month, and when the sun enters Leo on July 22. Leo encourages us to be the hearth-fire for our family for our community, to be the warmth where people gather. Step away from the Leo shadow that says, “I am the center of the universe and you are not,” and engage the Leo gift that says, “I am one with the center of the universe, and so are you.”

The second astrological assignment is to rethink our political, religiou, and family traditions. Notice which ones feed us and which traditions need to be challenged and changed. This is part of a several-year work assignment from Saturn in Capricorn, now exacerbated by tough Mercury transits in early July, through a partial solar eclipse on July 12 and a lunar eclipse on July 27, and as Mercury retrogrades July 26 through August 18.

Our third assignment is to appreciate our intuitive connection to all sentient beings while still holding healthy boundaries, encouraged by a grand-trine with Jupiter, Neptune and the sun, all in water signs as the month begins. We can be compassionate about people’s troubles, but put that into action rather than feel their pain and just double the world’s woes. We can infuse the collective psyche with our hope and vision for a better world and follow that up with sacred activism.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)…Grow confidence that is real, not bravado, by doing your inner work and inventorying your accomplishments through July 21. Work behind-the-scenes for the common good, then step in front of the camera after July 21.

Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 19)…Keep lines of communication open, especially when busy.

Notice tension between love and creative process on one side, and community responsibilities on the other; don’t choose, instead create balance, particularly around the eclipses.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)…When in doubt, be tactful. Don’t get caught in unnecessary conflict. Keep your eye on your chosen outcome.

Be spontaneous, but avoid sudden long-term decisions around July 12. Use the second half of July to improve working relationships, because it will make your life easier.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)…Be thoughtful with material resources as July begins; practice adulthood now, and life eases later on. Watch arguments with neighbors or siblings around July 5, deal with old memories but do not get hooked on them mid-month, and kick back when Mercury retrogrades.

The Evolution of an End of Life Doula Movement

by Tarron Estes When I look back on how I came to teach “Sacred Passage: End of Life Doula” education, I see a beautiful pattern of connections and relationships, events and places. All playing unique roles. All touching. All connected. A long steady stream of connections from early childhood to now creating a beautiful life design.

I can see myself as a small child with my mother going to homes or hospital rooms of people who were sick and dying. My mom was a non-medical, natural-born caregiver whose healing gifts were intact, I suspect, from the moment she was born. Caring was her calling.

I see my mom caring for people so tenderly, confidently and with love. Feeding sometimes. Cleaning sometimes. Sitting sometimes.

Cooking. Just sitting. Wetting the mouth.

Touching the forehead. Just being there.

I see the small town I lived in. 1,200 people. A town square. Court house. School. And churches.

Lots of churches. Our social events were simple: Marriage, birthdays, graduations, christenings, funerals. These normal life celebrations provided a close up view into the lives of our town and families. Nursing homes, funeral homes, and churches were very impactful to me. I knew at an early age I was witnessing important sacred transitions and felt very comfortable and called

The Edge took a moment to check in with jewelry designer Deb Amon about what motivates her to create her designs for the community.

How do you describe what you offer your community?

I describe what I offer as unique, handmade gemstone jewelry that can be custom made for each individual.

What or who inspired you to begin creating jewelry?

My inspiration comes to me when I am meditating. If it is a piece that has been ordered for an individual, I simply think about them when I am meditating and I am guided as to what stones and/or pattern

to use unique to that person.

Sometimes I just get impressions, and other times I will see exactly what the piece should look like.

What is your personal relationship to the gemstones?

I meditate and pray over the stones and each piece that I create. I put love and healing energy into each piece.

Where can we find your custom jewelry?

How do you feel when you are working on a piece, and overall, why do you do what you do?

When I am working on a piece, I feel a connection with the stones and with the person that I am designing it for, whether it has been ordered as a custom piece, or one that I just feel impressed to create. The main reason for continuing this work is the joy and healing that it brings the people that receive it, and that in turn makes me joyful. It’s just so rewarding and inspiring when someone receives a piece and loves it so much. a

of you in the action of creation. This feeling of creation always arises within your heart first, then it moves outwards, anchoring within your energetic field. Then it flows out further to activate and anchor within your world.

Know that the cells within your heart, and within the entire physical body, will carry this creation frequency energy. This energy feeds the cells of the body as it generates light. This energy is generated completely within the heart and never generated through the ego mind. Know that the ego mind will not understand or even believe in this process of creation.

The ego mind does not even believe that you necessarily deserve or can ever have your heart’s desire fulfilled. So it is essential to realize ahead of time that your mind will not play any role within the creation process. Most importantly, understand that the ego mind cannot interfere within the creation process. The good news is you do not need the consent or assistance of the ego mind to be successful in creating your heart’s desire.

Work towards opening up to receive that which feeds, nourishes and touches your heart. As you open deeper into the layers of your own heart’s desire, there is a building up of the light flow energy for your creation.

The light flow enters your life on so many levels as it begins to create a living form of your heart’s desire creation. This action of you creating the light flow is a powerful self-realization process that opens the manifestation of the Higher Self and makes it active within you. This action, as you utilize your creation expression within your heart, shifts your ability to be the co-creator of your world.

ROLE AS CREATOR This is your time in your evolutionary process to claim your multidimensional ability, to begin to open up into this aspect of your role as creator. The doorway is open for you to discover this higher and more complete aspect of yourself — to find liberation within the vast sacred action of your Higher Self through the taking back of your power, and taking ownership of the responsibility to your creation ability.

Your heart is your multidimensional tool for you to come Home. Now is the essential time to claim this Truth and come into a full ownership and receivership of your heart.

Your heart has been underutilized up to this point in your life, and by claiming your multidimensionality you move into a whole new expression of yourself.

of the role of the heart is to be a container for the light flow to form, and with your thought form you become the generator for the light flow. You work in unity through your focused intention within your creation God light to fully activate the creation.

This activation is initially created simply from your own conscious intent. You have to choose a moment to claim and reconnect to your unique light flow. This is a sacred choosing unto you, because the flow contains aspects of your God light frequency. This flow can only be utilized by you, for you, and it is unlimited in its form.

As you take back your power, you move as one with this flow in your life.

Once you have a forged alignment with the light flow and it is established, there will be a moment where there is no separation between you and your creation God light.

You become one essential essence in action and, in actuality, you align your consciousness to the flow. You become one with the flowing form, which is the creation force in that very moment.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE HEART’S DESIRE CREATION ENERGY: This is your moment to begin to access your creation element within your heart.

Take your time to complete this process of activation: 1. Open to your heart’s desire. Take the time to discover and experience what that desire feels like within you. You must allow a building of your passionate connection to that which you wish to create for yourself.

Do not limit what it is you wish for yourself.

2. Bring your hands to your physical heart. Feel the physical connection to your hands on your full chest. The palms of the hands need to be physically connected to the chest. Use the conscious breath (breathing in and out of the mouth). Bring your breath into where your hands are connected to the chest. Allow a connection to build where the hands meet the heart across the entire chest area.

3. Begin to bring in the energy of your heart’s desire within your heart. As you do, the heart will begin to be activated with small ripples of light flow. Bring the different elements of the desire within the heart. See, sense or feel how you are building layers of light flow as you allow your desire to build within the heart. Use the conscious breath into the desire within the heart. Allow the building of the desire and keep letting go.

4. When you feel the layers of the desire are complete, bring the sound, SAHN, within the activated energy in the heart.

Feel, see or sense how the sound expands the light flow, and feel it move from the heart outwards into your energetic field and outwards into your world. Use the sound as many times as needed.

Walking in Humble Spirit The Edge Interview with Intuitive Jenny Lee

by Tim Miejan Every now and then, one comes across a person whose very existence is dedicated to serving Spirit. Jenny Lee (online at JennysSight.net) is one such soul. Her earliest memories predate birth in this incarnation, and the arc of her life has been a delicate interplay between receiving information from Spirit and using that highdimensional communication to benefit the lives of those she is called to support.

Psychic. Medium. Automatic Writer.

Angel Reader. Remote Viewer. Healer. These are categories of gifts used by Jenny to assist others, but she defies categorization.

She’s a mom and wife living on a beef farm in rural Minnesota near the White Earth Reservation. She’s a nature lover. And she’s the author of a book, Walking In Humble Spirit, that she didn’t want to write. “Spirit told me, ‘I want you to do this book for people who are starting out, so they can understand energy and spirituality in a basic way and not feel frustrated.’ The book wasn’t for me. It was what Spirit needed me to do.”

That’s Jenny. She listens to Spirit. She presents information where it needs to be heard. She moves on to the next task at hand.

“I’m not doing this for entertainment,” she says in a recent interview with The Edge. “I’m doing it because I was chosen and this is my path. Whether it’s a hard road or an easy road, I’m going to continue to do it until they tell me to stop.”

And she rarely stops. She works tirelessly as a multidimensional intuitive, not just to relieve deep-seated mental and emotional pain in others, but to use her gift at remote viewing to find missing children for parents who grieve painfully every second their loved ones are not with them. And she knows this is a challenging time for everyone on the planet. Echoing other intuitives, she says the frequency of Earth is rising vibrationally, causing those energies and beings who thrive in the lower vibrations to fight back to maintain the status quo.

Her intention when revealing that these next eight months will be incredibly transformational — expect a “major, major earthquake” — is not to scare people, but to encourage them to connect inwardly with Spirit for peace of mind.

“I tell people, don’t be surprised about anything,” she says. “You just have to trust in what is protecting you and guiding you.”

In your book Walking in Humble Spirit, you write about being aware of a familiar vibration since birth. What was this vibration and why did you pay attention to it?

The first frequency sound I remember as a soul was when I was in my mom’s stomach.

It was weird, because it was the sound of a vibration, a frequency of tone — and it made me aware. It was a frequency that my mind was supposed to remember.

I remember hearing my mother’s tone outside as she was talking to my aunt, and I verified it later with my mother. That aunt was around her all of the time. She was living with her, actually.

So there was this tone frequency that was different from my mother’s. It would come in at different pitches and you could literally feel it down in the soul. It actually moved me.

I had these intuitions or dreams, and they always told me, “The priority is not the humans around you. It is our presence.

I need you to follow that.” Once I understood that that was the priority, I didn’t fear it.

I just followed it, and it led me to discovering and adventuring. When I was very young, my mother could not keep me around at all.

What were you searching for as a child?

It felt like I was searching for something familiar that I felt in a different lifetime.

I remember being in such an enlightened place and having such a secure feeling, as in the ultimate sense of feeling this greatness And then when my soul woke up here, I kind of woke up and said, “What am I doing here?” I couldn’t understand where I was now. So that memory of where I came from stayed in my brain, and I kept trying to connect to that energy again. My soul wanted that energy again.

It didn’t matter what kind of situation or limitations my mother tried to put me in, because if I felt that energy leading me, I would follow it. I didn’t care about the consequences. It was something driven from the soul, so I just stayed focused on that. So I just kept following the energy and getting into situations and developing and seeing things.

Vocally, I was a very raw child at a young age. If I saw something, I would say it and then I’d be done with it and moved on to something else. I didn’t care whether there were consequences for saying something or not. I knew that if information was presented, then I needed to shift it. That

was what I was supposed to do.

When I was about 5, I got into a bad accident and almost severed my whole leg. I remember being in the emergency room and feeling pretty distraught. But at the same time, I was paying attention to another child’s soul. And even being in my own pain, I could feel that this other child on the other table, about the same age as me, died. Despite my own pain and suffering, my initiative was to pay attention to what was going on over there.

Is it because you sensed that frequency over there?

Yes. It’s hard to convey to people that sensing that frequency and following it was the greatest desire I had over anything.

I had the knowledge and I had to verify it, and I learned that the child did pass on.

Situations like that happened frequently, all the time. When I started to understand about death at age 6 or 7, I took a doll and used it as a vessel and put it in the ground.

That was how I dealt with it. When another girl down the street passed on, I went and buried that doll. It was a way of understanding, and it felt better, and it was a way of releasing.

I always wanted to figure out a way to make the soul feel better. And then I would move on to another situation. Everything with me has been how things are presented.

I never looked for it. It just presents itself to me. It’s not energy that is forced. It’s just, here it is, what are you going to do about it, how are you going to take this on, and how are you going to deal with it? That’s how it’s always been, since I was born.

You talked about needing to shift the energy.

When you were burying the doll, were you giving permission for that soul to move on and not stay earthbound?

Yeah, and giving it a name. Recognizing it and saying, “I remember you.” There was no one around me who understood me, so I made my soul feel better by using the doll as a spiritual vessel to give it a sense of peace in some way. To acknowledge it.

Were you working directly with the spirit that passed, or were you working with your own energy?

I was working to help the spirit that passed.

But it wasn’t just me. I have a force behind me, more than one or two spirits. On the cover of my book, I have illustrated the main spirit who has always been with me.

I’ve always seen that. It’s the spirit sitting on the bench. It’s always been with me.

It serves as a filter to allow all these other guiding spirits to come in and out of my presence. It keeps things at peace and brings forth the information.

That gatekeeper, which is what I call her, filters everything. It will bring in a spirit that is trying to get a message across. So in this instance, I would be talking to both, the gatekeeper and another spirit, and there would be a full-on telepathic intuition conversation going on between the three of us. So that guide, the gatekeeper, has always been there. I feel it has been with me forever.

Does that guide have a name?

I call that guide Nakota. And what I see are large presences, and what I feel is the enlightenment and presence of it is pretty big, larger than our human size. I feel the presence and the enlightenment of it.

What led you to become a professional intuitive?

Experience. I decided after 20-something years of getting information and things happening over and over to go to a spiritual group and just sit there and see what happens. They were sitting in a circle together. When I walked in, I didn’t know what I was supposed to do. I just came in there very raw. So I sat down, and I started seeing things. I’m a type of person who has to either say the information or get out of the energy.

I noticed the psychic who was leading the group was becoming uncomfortable with me, because I was asking questions and saying what I was seeing behind her.

I thought I had done something wrong, and she was saying, “I don’t want you to come back.”

From her point of view, she probably felt you were taking control of the group.

Right, but I was just relaying what I saw and

trying to understand it. But in the process, I began to understand that I knew more than I thought. My life was full of these experiences that were teaching me, and they were downloading all of this information to me. And they were telling me, “Jen, you know all of this information that we’ve been showing you forever.” So the puzzle was coming together.

Here’s another example of information coming to me. When I was 13 my grandfather passed away. I was very close to him.

I’ve never been to a funeral, because my guides have told me never to go. I’ve never been to one my whole life. So my grandfather passed on and my grandmother decided to get remarried. So this guy she married came to the home and I really didn’t feel good about it. I felt tensions about why he was there. And he sat down on my grandfather’s chair. I just looked at him, and with a very clear voice I said, “If you sit in that chair, you’re going to die in that chair.” And I just walked off. That’s what I did. I would say things, present it and leave. He eventually had a stroke while sitting in the chair and died.

So me saying things and then moving on to something else was no big deal. It was a part of me.

So since you were born, you receive information, you present it and then you move on to the next situation.

That’s right. It’s not about me at all. It’s about me giving the message. It’s not personal for me. It’s me moving the message on to who needs to hear it.

In your book, I believe you wrote that the information would come to you from a group of beings?

Yeah. I see them working together. The energy is amazing. It comes in such a subtle way. It comes from them to me, and I present it, without any ego. It’s awesome!

How do you describe the intuitive abilities that you have to somebody who asks?

I have the main gatekeeper who filters all of the information coming to me. And there is the spiritual group that I had mentioned. So how it works, for example, when I am doing remote viewing one spirit guide comes forward and gives me the information for the remote viewing. There’s another one that steps forward to help me with mediumship. It’s very in sync. There’s not just one soul that helps me. When I do automatic writing, I feel a subtle energy that sits down with me and I get the download on the right side of the brain and just let the information flow as I am writing.

So I feel that for each ability that I have, a different spirit comes in and teaches me and helps me through that. I resisted remote viewing for a long time. I have gone through periods of saying, “Nope.

I’m not doing that. I can’t do that.” I’m my worst critic. So what happened was, I was a project coordinator, a safety coordinator, and I would see things and say them and sometimes people start listening. And then I was told, “You keep saying stuff, and then I keep seeing it in the paper.” I would look at cases, do an interpretation, put it out there and then it would be in the paper.

When you start seeing the results in black and white, over and over, it becomes clear that it is working. Spirit would say, “Jen, this is your path. I don’t know how many more newspapers or documentations we need to show you.”

With remote viewing, you don’t want to waste anybody’s time. It is very valuable where you put people in missing persons cases, for example. It takes time and effort to verify your results. So I am very careful with the information. When I do cases, the information is shared with the officer and the family. It’s not detailed to the public.

What I give are targets that are used to analyze whether it leads to a missing person or the situation at hand.

With remote viewing you are working with police departments?

Yes, but I almost always contacted first by the family. I never see a report of a missing person and contact the family myself. If a case is for me, it will be presented to me. Someone will contact me if I need to be involved. That’s how things have always worked. You can’t force a door open when the energy is not there.

information I am given. I don’t do that. I stick with what Spirit gives me. I never change it.

My information comes from Spirit. All I want is the missing person’s report and that is it.

I don’t want anything else. I stick by that, and it has upset other remote viewers because I will not change or alter it. Because it’s not about me. It’s about sticking to what they give me.

What is your personal mission in this lifetime?

My personal mission, based on what Spirit has told me, is to get as many people as possible to be aware and understand that everything they need is within their soul — to heal, to be guided, and to be humble about it. It’s about walking in this soul information. If you use the light, if you use healing, if you use the tools that Spirit gives you, I don’t feel that we need anything else.

The flesh needs and desires go away. And the control of it goes away.

I’m here to be a filter and say, “Your information is going in this direction.” My students get irritated by my number one quote, “Spirit wants you to figure it out.”

This is your journey to figure it out. You’re not going to get instant gratification. You have to do the work. So I’m just a filter that sits in these dimensions of information and pushes people in the direction that Spirit needs them to go. And I’m okay with that.

As long as I keep doing that until they tell me, “That’s enough,” that’s what I’m going to stay on target doing.

I don’t think there’s anything on Earth that feels better than healing energy. It’s addicting to be in the light and feel that, because you’re getting a taste of the Creator and the knowing that there is something so amazing beyond all of this.

In your book you write, “Digging deep into their souls and asking what’s missing in their life would serve every person on Earth.”

Many people come to intuitives asking for that missing component. How can someone discover it on their own?

In my life, if I have an issue or a problem I don’t understand, I take it off Earth and bring it to the light — and release it. Humans think they need to hold onto things, but by releasing them, we’re setting things free so

our soul can do more things in our life that are meant for us.

Being constantly bundled up in worry blocks everything. If you learn how to filter and push things out and move things right away, there’s always room for new things to come in and be enlightened. If you hold onto past seeded issues and recycle the damage, that’s all you’re going to get. So I help my students recognize where those seeds are sitting in the soul, how to lift them and how to take them up to the light and release them.

After that process, people say, “I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with my time now.”

I say, “Do something that serves, that makes you feel good about helping someone else. Your journey could help someone else’s journey. So that changes people. I don’t feel there are mistakes, but lessons that we go through and learn.

In your book you also emphasize the importance of spirituality in one’s life. How do you define that and what tips do you have for our readers on how to integrate spirituality into their lives?

Spirituality is an everyday consciousness.

When you wake up in the morning and have your coffee, it is something you check in on consciously, and it’s the last thing you check in on at night. It is not something to pull out of the closet only when we need it. When you put more effort and faith in Spirit, that support system is solid — and it’s always there.

Acknowledge it every day. Have that question in your mind and trust the answer you are getting, and don’t doubt it. At the millisecond that you get an answer, it’s having faith in it and following through with it. That changes you, because your mind starts to see your Self evolving and the answers are evolving. It changes the soul when you really start to trust and walk in it.

But I tell people that as you change, the people you are around change. As you search for more knowledge, you go through stages with people. They may be at a different frequency and may not accept the changes they are seeing. But you still go on your journey. Your lesson may be through with that set of people, but you’re moving on. A soul is always supposed to move on to another level of understanding.

Spirituality is the everyday experience of listening. Nature, animals and the whole experience of Earth is in tune with us, if we want to listen. That’s why I love living out on a farm.

You can go outside and be completely in tune with the environment, and then you can go inside with a completely different sense of balance and can handle things easier.

What final message would you like to leave with our readers?

I really feel it is important to get more people involved in doing remote viewing, because we do need more people to do pro bono work, to help families find missing loved ones. It’s hard work, but the reward of helping families is worth it. I think that’s what we’re supposed to do. I’m trying to make a difference, person by person.

I’m teaching remote viewing classes and spiritual classes.

The more people we help, the more law enforcement officers are opening up to it. I’d like to see everyone work together and be more open.

The need to find missing people right now is huge.

Minnesota is the second-most targeted area by human traffickers. I try to teach everyone to be aware and acknowledge it and not turn your back on this issue. You have be careful, because it’s happening everywhere. You have to teach your kids to be aware.

I find that some people are afraid to do remote viewing even though it can change someone’s life, between finding them and not finding them. I work about 50 to 60 hours a week at times,

and it’s been driven in me that it is a priority with regards to what Spirit needs me to do. And I do burn out, because there’s not enough of me to go around.

You can’t say no. How do you say no? I don’t take on every case, but I do what Spirit says I can handle.

I wish people can understand that we need more serious, dedicated people who want to do the work. Forget about the entertainment side. Let’s do this to help people. It is really amazing when they get results from our remote viewing.

I did a case four months ago involving a runaway. Her mom contacted me. They had no results. Nothing was going on.

I knew she was coming back.

Spirit told me she was coming back in two weeks. Her mom contacted me and said, “I have her. She came home.” Those are good results.

There are other cases where the parents have been looking for their kids for three years.

In one case we’re going to have to go in boats and go into a lake and look for bones. The agonizing pain is every day for that mother not knowing.

Inhabiting Joy SPIRIT LEAVES

by Janet Michele Red Feather Joy and positivity do not result from wishful thinking; their manifestation requires focus. Daily practices for me begin at sundown. I meditate before I go to sleep to clear the flotsam of the day and make way for guides and helpers to impart wisdom. A lot gets processed while I sleep and dream, with the self-centered, demanding ego out of the way!

My way is Wangi, or Ghost, which means seeing the heart or spirit of a person. I sleep with my head in the West. West is the place of wisdom and knowledge. In my bookcase-style headboard are cubbyholes full of objects that foster a good dreaming environment. Alongside mint green bears and bunnies is a wooden bowl containing sage and sweetgrass to attract positive, protective spirits. There’s a small Buddha and Quan Yin in another cubbyhole, and atop the headboard is a beautiful piece of driftwood with healing stones placed in its nooks and crannies. Stones like selenite, lapis and amber provide healing, protection and connection to higher guides.

Each morning, arising from dreams, I remain seated on the bed for just a moment facing North. I take time to thank the Grandfathers for another Holy Day of life.

In the Ghost way, North is a place of power — not in the sense of control and dominion over others, but power over negatives, both without and within.

In the shower, I bless the water and allow it to heal parts of me that need healing. I utter positive words to change the crystalline structure of the water: love, peace, beauty, truth, harmony, trust. To give words substance, we must come from the heart; rituals in themselves are empty forms. Used in the right spirit, water becomes an agent for healing and transmutation.

While drinking coffee, I think of the fresh day ahead of me in all its possibilities. I pray I will have a positive influence on all whom I encounter. I often forget having done this and am then amazed by all the brilliant interactions and moments with people during the day. I ask for safe travel. Entering a zen-like flow state while in traffic is crucial, particularly when my beloved Minnesota drivers forget about side mirrors, traffic signs, red lights and turn signals.

I carry loving intentions everywhere. I use a gentle, even tone with the JC Penney cashier who’s just been chewed out by a 30-something shopper who was kept waiting in line too long. I muster compassion for the blue-haired woman behind me who laments the “good old days” when “saleswomen stopped to help customers.”

Self-absorption is our legacy, and it’s compounded by absorption of negative emotions and intentions of others around us. We lose our sense of care and concern and become cranky like everyone else.

Nature provides an unconditionally loving sanctuary. Birds, clouds, trees, plants

and planets are living beings with whom we have an affinity. They love when we acknowledge and communicate with them.

Clouds offer ideas and images. Birds add a high vibration. While waiting by my roommate’s blue pickup yesterday, something made me glance at the sky. There, above a tree line about 50 feet away, a large bird circled toward me in an arc. As he came closer, I saw the characteristic crooked neck, straight thin legs and broad, soft slate blue wings of the Great Blue Heron.

What a blessing! That bird is sacred to the Mandans, the tribe whose spiritual culture has meant so much to me in this lifetime.

A Cherokee friend used to say, “Positivity attracts positivity.” That seems simple, as most profound truths are, but actually works. Beginning the day with a flow of positive thoughts produces a day of positive outcomes. It helps to keep a strong fortress of inner calm and peace, no matter what is happening around us. It really helps to go beyond self to consider the happiness of others.

Are you happy?

The question, “Are you happy?” is usually answered quickly with a “yes” or “no,” or a long period of hard thinking about “am I” or “am I not?”

Either way, there is an important point missed: If answered really fast without thinking or feeling — no matter if it is a yes or no — your commitment to choosing, practicing and being happiness is very loose. The point here is that you are missing out.

If you are thinking hard and long about your answer, you create loads of expectations about how happiness has to BE — and if your happiness does not match those expectations, you create resistance: a state that is far

from being happy.

Let me explain.

If I ask you, “Are you a physical body?” you would automatically and consciously become aware of — and feel — your physical body.

You would laugh and say, “Of course, can’t you see?” That is because there is no doubt in your belief that you are a physical body — besides being a mind, soul and consciousness — experiencing your physical life through this body.

You would never get up in the morning and search for your physical body. You would never think, “Am I or am I not a body?” because you know and believe that as long as you are experiencing this physical life, you and your body are  see HAPPY on p. 22

one and the same. You are a body.

That is the same with happiness. You are happiness and happiness is you! You two are never separate — but always one.

Happiness is not something you do, think or search for.

It is something that you already are and can feel and experience. Happiness is present in every cell of your body — and in every cell of the universe and beyond — and it is always with you and in you. It is given to you, just like your physical body, as a part of the package deal for you to experience this physical life right now.

All you have to do is start believing that you are happiness, the same way you believe that you are a physical body, and then make it your normal way of being.

So, believe that you are happiness!

Commit to being happiness! Choose to feel happy anew and anew! Practice happiness again and again! Then be and live it — just like you are and live in your physical body!

The result is that reaching the state of being happy loses any pressure or resistance. The search for happiness, especially when searched for on the outside, can end. The stress to reach happiness is nonexistent.

Everyone can simply just be what they already are. Happiness.

So, I want to ask you, “Are you happy?”

I bet your answer will be very different.

That is happiness! a

As we grow and deepen in our own authentic presence, and become intimate with end-of-life desires and wishes, we are more able to inquire, understand and offer what is most important to others.

Conscious Dying Institute is an endof-life doula education and health care training organization that expands the innate healing presence of frontline caregivers, medical and non-medical, instilling confidence to have end-of-life conversations, while preparing them to offer multi-dimensioned healing care to patients in hospices, senior communities and large healthcare systems across the United States and Canada.

The End of Life Doula movement is a grassroots movement like the natural birthing movement was decades ago. It is a movement to elevate the current unsatisfying and long suffering experience of death. As we become less afraid of dying, understanding all life moves through cycles or regeneration, we have the potential to leave the body, the Earth, being more complete, with less baggage, less pain and suffering. We learn to die in a less costly, more natural, and more sustainable way.
