ARI KOALA GOES TO SLEEP
Mommy Koala, soft and gray, Held her Ari, snug that day. In the tree, they made their home, High above, where breezes roam.

Ari Koala, wide-eyed and small, Loved to cuddle, loved to call, “Mama,
mama, stay with me, I’m too scared to sleep, you see.”

Mommy kissed her baby’s nose, “We’re safe here, beneath the bows. Stars will shine and moon will glow, In our hollow, warmth will Flow.”

But Ari’s eyes were wide and bright, Fearing shadows of the night.
“Mama, what if I have a dream, Of scary things that make me scream?”

Mommy smiled, so calm and sweet, “Hush now, Ari, feel my heat. Dreams can come, but they’re not real, I’ll be here, my love to seal.”

Ari yawned, and snuggled tight,
Feeling safe throughout the night.
Mama’s warmth, a gentle song, Lulled the baby, all night long.

“Sleep, tiny Ari, dream so dear, Mama’s always, always near. In the trees or on the ground, Love will always wrap around.”

And as the moon climbed high above, Ari slept, surrounded by love. Mommy watched the stars so bright, Guarding Ari through the night.

In the grove where love is found, Ari’s lullaby’s the sweetest sound. For in the heart of every tree, A mama’s love will always be.

So sleep, little one, and know this true, Mama’s always watching you. In the trees or on the ground, A mama’s love is always around.
