This month it’s the turn of James Day, sales and marketing director at Durable, who is celebrating the end of a challenging year with Christmas festivities with his colleagues and looking forward to a new year full of opportunity.

“Durable UK has had a really positive 2022 and, as we look back, we remember how much we’ve achieved. One of the things we focused on this year was rebuilding our team culture since COVID-19 hit the nation. We

listened to our staff and continued hybrid working whilst also ensuring the team communicated effectively by implementing a new chat software.

“In 2022, Durable UK introduced three new staff members and invested in development training for our ever-growing team. We reintroduced our team socials, and company dinners, with our colleagues from the German HQ. We also started quarterly ‘town halls’ to discuss how the company is getting on and keep the team up-to-date with what’s to be expected for the following quarter.

“To celebrate Christmas this year the Durable team are heading to a games bar in Bournemouth, to play shuffleboard and augmented reality darts, before heading to a luxury hotel to enjoy a well-deserved three course meal and dance the night away.

“The short break over Christmas will ensure our team are re-energised and ready to take on 2023! As a team, we are looking forward to seeing what next year has to offer for Durable UK and we have big plans in store.” Sounds great! Dealer Support hopes everyone at Durable UK has a brilliant Christmas celebration and our FINAL WORD is to wish all our readers a happy and restful holiday break. See you all next year!
