We are excited to begin early access to RaiseRight, a fundraising program that allows families to earn tuition credit through everyday spending. This spring, Eden will be inviting a limited number of families at each campus to participate ahead of the full launch next school year!
In case you missed it in the November Development Bulletin, RaiseRight allows families to earn tuition credit by purchasing electronic or physical gift cards for things they already buy—groceries, gas, dining, retail, travel, and more. Every participating retailer provides a rebate percentage for each purchase, which they then remit to Eden. In turn, Eden will apply a portion of each family’s earnings to their tuition balance.

What can an average family earn?
Based on typical household spending, many families can earn at least $1,000–$2,000 per year simply by routing routine purchases—such as groceries, gas, dining out, and online shopping—through RaiseRight. Families who use the program consistently across multiple categories often see the greatest benefit. That can make a big difference in your tuition!
As part of this pilot, 80% of each family’s earnings will be applied directly toward their tuition, with the remaining 20% helping to support Eden’s mission and programs.
Interested in learning more so you can be among the first families to participate? Click
We will begin with a limited number of families per campus. If you would like to be considered for early access, simply email Jamie or complete the brief interest form.

This experience has been more than a blessing for my family The day before receiving the financial aid, I started to question if I would be able to continue paying the tuition I was asking God, ‘How can I manage all of this?’ And the next day, I got the email I immediately thought it wasn’t real and there was no way this was happening
I cried so hard and thanked the Lord because, even in my doubts, He came through and provided He always does I’m trying to remind myself don’t doubt, give it to God and always trust in the Lord Thank you for this tremendous blessing! God is good all the time!

Eden is currently updating and strengthening our Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) materials as we prepare for expanded outreach to local businesses and supporters As part of this effort, we want to share a brief overview of how the EITC Program works and why it plays an important role in supporting Eden families
The Pennsylvania EITC Program allows eligible businesses and, in some cases, individuals to redirect a portion of their state tax liability to support scholarships for students in need. These contributions help make a Christ-centered Eden education more accessible for families while allowing donors to align their financial stewardship with their values.

To help you learn about the program in a clear and practical way, we invite you to watch a short informational video featuring Brandon Haynes, parent of Eden alumni and Managing Partner at Allegheny Financial Group Additional details and opportunities to participate will be shared as we move forward The EITC Program is highlighted again in the How You Can Help section of this bulletin

We are grateful for the generosity of our Eden community and are pleased to share a snapshot of gifts raised and received during the first half of the fiscal year 2026. These totals reflect philanthropic support designated to key mission priorities and are shared to celebrate the collective impact of our donors. Through this generosity, Eden has been strengthened across our learning environments, need-based tuition assistance, academic programs, and day-to-day operations that sustain our mission.

Please note, figures reflect gifts raised and received during each fiscal quarter and may differ from formal accounting revenue. For example, pledges to the EITC program may have been made, but will not be reflected until funds are received by Eden.

Many Eden supporters generously give through DonorAdvised Funds (DAFs), and we are pleased to share a small but important update to make that process even smoother.
In addition to receiving DAF grants by check, Eden is now working with DAF sponsoring organizations to accept Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) when available EFTs allow for faster, more efficient processing of charitable gifts.
If your DAF sponsor offers EFTs and you do not yet see Eden listed as an electronic recipient, please let us know. We are happy to work directly with your sponsoring organization to ensure Eden is properly set up
If you would like to learn more about Donor-Advised Funds including how they can simplify giving, support thoughtful charitable planning, and maximize impact we welcome you to reach out to our Development Office with any questions.
Responsible stewardship extends beyond how gifts are used it also includes how donor information is protected and respected Across the philanthropic sector, safeguarding personal information has become an essential component of ethical and professional fundraising
At Eden Christian Academy, we regularly review and strengthen our technological systems, internal controls, and data-handling practices to ensure donor information is managed with care, professionalism, and integrity These practices reflect our commitment to honoring the trust placed in us by our supporters
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to share that Eden has added the Donor Bill of Rights to our website. This globally recognized framework for ethical fundraising outlines the standards donors should expect from nonprofit organizations. By formally affirming these principles, we seek to ensure that every supporter feels informed, respected, and confident in their partnership with Eden.
We invite you to review the Donor Bill of Rights section on our Support Eden page
Click Here to Review the Donor Bill of Rights.
A new Federal Tax Credit Scholarship Program presents an additional opportunity for individuals to expand access to education If Pennsylvania participates, eligible taxpayers could redirect up to $1,700 of their federal tax liability toward scholarships benefiting students at eligible schools, including Eden
This is a federal tax credit for donors not federal funding to schools and does not require schools to relinquish autonomy. It is also additive, expanding scholarship access alongside existing state programs. However, Pennsylvania must opt in for families and supporters to participate. We encourage you to respectfully contact Governor Josh Shapiro and your state legislators to express support for Pennsylvania’s participation.

Year-end giving statements have been distributed, with most delivered electronically for the first time and a small number sent by mail. If you have not yet received your statement or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

One meaningful way individuals and businesses can support Eden is through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. Eligible businesses may be able to redirect a portion of their state tax liability to support scholarships that help Eden families access a Christ-centered education.
If you are a business owner or know of a business that may be interested EITC can be a powerful way to align financial stewardship with lasting impact. Our Development Office would be happy to share additional information and help determine whether EITC participation may be a good fit

“Hello, my name is Benson, and I'm in 3rd grade at Eden Christian Academy. My favorite part of Eden Christian Academy is that all the teachers and students are kind.
Secondly, I like that we're allowed to learn and talk about the Bible freely and openly. Those two reasons are why I feel safe and confident to be myself at Eden Christian Academy.”
