OUR HISTORY

Viro Clean, aquired in Cape Town 1993, rebranded as Ecowize. Company rebranded & first open-plant low-pressure system installed.

1997

2000

Ecowize chemical products achieve a 5-log reduction against EU standards.

Ecowize takes its first steps in Australia & New Zealand.

2001

Acquires rights to sell and distribute Elpress automated washing systems.

Acquires Pest Control company to expand offering.

2004

Ecowize takes its first steps in the United States of America.

Obtains the licencing & distribution rights for information leader.

2009

Acquires rights to sell & distribute Foamico low-pressure equipment. Ecowize Chemicals launched.

Ecowize first to receive ISO 22000 accreditation for cleaning and sanitation services.

Ecowize is added to Woolworths Approved Terminal Disinfectant List. Ecowize acquires rights to distribute food plant brushware in SA. Begins collaboration with the University of Stellenbosch.

Ecowize obtains level 2 B-BBEE contributor status.
