Biographical Synopsis

The Reverend André Miguel Boggerty

Pastor Andre Boggerty is a visionary with a multi-faceted entrepreneurial, educational and service background. He is a down to earth community leader devoted to encouraging people on the path to their destiny. Mr. Boggerty is a native of Detroit, Michigan who relocated to Dover, Delaware in 1992 by way of the United States Air Force. Andre, now a citizen of Dover is the At-Large City of Dover Councilman.

He is the author of “The Dangers of the Safe Place” who holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington College. He has worked in the feld of Human Resources for both state and federal government with a primary emphasis in Employee and Labor Relations for over 20 years.

He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Pastor Boggerty is the Founder and CEO of The Life Source Foundation, a not-for-proft geared toward youth and community development.

A man of faith and a servant leader at heart, Pastor Boggerty shares his hope for a better community by teaching faith to those who never had it and restoring the faith of those who have lost it. He is committed to building a better city by building and empowering its citizens. He is the Pastor of the WELL Church located in Dover, Delaware.

Pastor Boggerty is happily married to BishopDesignate Carol E. Boggerty, founder of The WELL Church. The love of their lives is their beautifully blended family of seven children and six grandchildren. Pastor Boggerty lives by the scripture Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto Him who is able to do exceeding, abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that worketh in us”.
