TELEVISION GUIDE Wednesday January 9, to Tuesday January 15, 2013 Highlights this week 1. Mickey Rourke is superb as The Wrestler (ONE HD, Saturday, 8.30pm), directed by Darren Aronofsky, he of the equally emotionally charged Black Swan. Rourke plays an ageing professional wrestler who continues to wrestle matches in an attempt to cling on to his 1980s heyday despite his failing health. 2. There were few singers with the power and charisma of Jim Morrison in his prime, and his band The Doors hardly had a bad track in their catalogue at the time. In Mr Mojo Risin – The Story Of L.A. Woman (SBS2, Sunday, 8.30pm) we learn about The Doors in the context of their final album, L.A. Woman, which was released in April 1971 – shortly before Morrison’s untimely death.
