This annual publication will have an elegant, easy-to-follow design and will allow people who are planning a function to find the venue that perfectly suits their needs.

The publication will be promoted on Instagram @byronvenue and will be advertised in the publisher’s news publications (The Byron Shire Echo and Echonetdaily).

The publication will be an A5 book (148mm x 210mm) minimum of 52 pages on matte stock 110gsm with a 250gsm cover.

Target readership: • Corporate and international conference organisers.

• Local business looking for a venue to hold business functions, workshops, information sessions etc.

• Individuals planning private events.

Distribution: • 5,000 printed copies.

• A digital book – to be emailed, available on Echonetdaily (echo.net.au) and Instagram.

To capture the corporate market for venues in the Byron region, the publication will be distributed twice (October and June) to the conference and event organisers of: • Key companies in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.

• Key businesses in the Byron Shire and the Northern Rivers.

• The Professional Conference Organisers Association.

To capture the private market for our venues it will be distributed twice across the year (October and March) to: • Individuals expressing an interest to receive it (either hard copy posted or digital copy emailed).
