Summarize your career path. I was blessed in my early 20s to have the opportunity to be mentored and gain the knowledge and leadership skills that have contributed to my success as a business owner. I initially started my career in nursing, but quickly learned just how rewarding it was to grow and lead teams and moved into various management positions throughout my 20s. I have owned my marketing and sales consulting agency for the past seven years and work with a talented team of eight individuals to help businesses generate leads and improve sales volume.
Community and volunteer efforts.
I strongly believe in contributing to your community. I have been a firefighter for several years and am also a first responder and Emergency Medical Response instructor. In addition, I have been on the West Central Area School Board for six years. I seek opportunities to volunteer and have loved passing this down to my children who enjoy spending their time at the fire hall rolling up hose or at a benefit cleaning tables. CEO/Founder Elite
Michelle is someone who leads by example. She encourages everyone on her team not only to grow professionally but on a personal level as well. Family and interests.
My husband and I are homegrown locals. We have four boys between the ages of 11 and 16 and love spending time outdoors whether it be camping in the summer or ice fishing in the winter.
