We know how valuable your time is and how important it is to feel prepared. With EC Online you can access materials and start learning as soon as you book with us. You can also test your level, and share your goals and motivations, so we can prepare too.

If you have booked Homestay accommodation, you will arrive to a warm welcome from your host. If you choose a residence option, an EC representative will be on hand to make sure you are fully settled.

You will feel 100% at home before school on Monday.

You can join in with a number of activities on the Sunday before school begins. These could include brunch, a city tour and a typical local dinner – all while getting to know the EC team and your fellow students.

You will receive your invite to the activities two weeks before you arrive.

We give the best possible welcome. Refreshments, music and 100% of our team's attention creates a comfortable VIP environment on your first day. A short orientation talk is followed by lessons introducing learning at EC and local life.

- В случае перенесения даты заезда на более поздний срок в связи с задержкой в получении визы, ЕС не может гарантировать размещение, подтвержденное при бронировании.

- ЕС не несет ответственность за решения, принятые посольствами или иммиграционными службами стран в отношении предоставления или продления визы.

- Консультации по вопросам получения визы имеет право давать только соответствующее Посольство или Консульство. Студентам рекомендуется обратиться в Консульство или Посольство по месту жительства для получения информации о процедуре получения визы. Студенты могут проходить обучение только при наличии действующей визы, в случае, если виза не действительно, курс будет прекращен. Студент несет ответственность за соблюдение новых правил относительно получения визы. ЕС не несет ответственность за любые визовые изменения, которые происходят после того, как бронирование было подтверждено в соответствии с существующими правилами.

- Только в США: В соответствии с федеральным законодательством, ЕС может принимать на обучение иностранных студентов, получивших визу на временное пребывание в США. Согласно закону, для выдачи формы I-20, в ЕС необходимо предоставить следующую информацию вместе с регистрационной формой: домашний адрес студента, копию паспорта студента, подтверждение наличия достаточных средств для покрытия платы за обучение и расходов на проживание (актуальная выписка по банковскому счету) или письмо из банка спонсора студента (спонсором может быть, как физическое, так и юридическое лицо). Спонсоры также должны предоставить письменное заявление о поддержке. ВОЗВРАТ СРЕДСТВ И ШТРАФЫ ЗА ОТМЕНУ БРОНИРОВАНИЯ - Для произведения возврата, необходимо предоставить письменное уведомление об аннулировании программы/ проживания. Возврат осуществляется обратно на счет плательщика, с которого была получена оплата.

- Если программа аннулирована после регистрации по вине ЕС, студенту будут возвращены все ранее оплаченные средства.

- Студенты, которым для обучения нужна виза/разрешение на временное проживание, не всегда могут сократить курс обучения в связи с условиями предоставленной им визы/разрешения на временное проживание.

При отмене заказа на размещение в гостиницах или апартаментах, которые не включены в ценовое приложение EC, но были забронированы через ЕС, уведомление об отмене бронирования должно быть получено ЕС не позднее чем за 30 дней до заезда. В противном случае взимается штраф за отмену, размер которого может достигать полной стоимости размещения. По этой причине, в случае бронирования размещения в отеле или апартаментах, необходимо внести полную оплату за один месяц до даты прибытия. ЕС сообщит Вам об условиях бронирования при подтверждении заявки. АННУЛИРОВАНИЕ РАЗМЕЩЕНИЯ ПОСЛЕ ПРИБЫТИЯ

Все центры ЕС в праздничные дни будут закрыты. Уроки, пропущенные в праздничные дни, не компенсируют.

Если 4х-недельный период уведомления не был предоставлен, взимается штраф в размере стоимости 4 недель размещения.

РОЖДЕСТВЕНСКИЕ КАНИКУЛЫ 2017/2018

АННУЛИРОВАНИЕ РАЗМЕЩЕНИЯ ДО ПРИБЫТИЯ

ЕС оставляет за собой право сократить количество уроков по программе курса по причине недостаточного количества студентов в группе. Сокращение количества уроков производится на следующих условиях:

Все школы: -При отмене курса или размещения за 14 дней до заезда, а также в случае отказа в визе, ЕС возмещает всю стоимость программы за исключением невозвратных сборов: регистрационный взнос, плата за подбор проживания, курьерские сборы, стоимость медицинского страхования.

-Стоимость этих сборов варьируются в зависимости от страны, согласно ценовому приложению для каждой школы ЕС.

- Возврат денежных средств осуществляется в течение 45 дней ОТМЕНА КУРСА, СОКРАЩЕНИЕ ПРОДОЛЖИТЕЛЬНОСТИ КУРСА ПОСЛЕ ПРИЕЗДА СТУДЕНТА В ШКОЛУ ИЛИ ПО ПРИЧИНЕ «НЕЯВКИ» -Курсы, длительностью до 4 недель, не могут быть отменены. Плата за обучение не возвращается.

Исключения составляют индивидуальные уроки, которые будут проведены в другой день. Стоимость пропущенных уроков не возмещается.

Школы будут закрыты во время государственных праздников. Уроки, пропущенные в эти дни, не компенсируются. СОКРАЩЕНИЕ КОЛИЧЕСТВА УРОКОВ

- Общий курс /Подготовка к экзаменам /Академический год - 20 уроков в неделю/Полуинтенсивный курс - 24 урока в неделю: 1-3 студента в группе - количество уроков сокращается до 10 в неделю; 4-6 студентов в группе - количество уроков сокращается до 15 в неделю - Минигруппа/Деловой английский в минигруппе - 20 уроков в неделю: 1-3 студента в группе - количество уроков сокращается до 15 в неделю - Интенсивный курс/Подготовка к экзаменам/Академический год – 30 уроков в неделю: 1-3 студента в группе - количество уроков сокращается до 15 в неделю; 4-6 студентов в группе - количество уроков сокращается до 20 в неделю.

- Минигруппа/Деловой английский в минигруппе - 30 уроков в неделю: 1-3 студента в группе - количество уроков сокращается - студенты должны уведомить ЕС до пятницы о прекращении курса до 20 в неделю со следующей недели. Клуб 50+: 1-3 студента в группе – курс заменяется на США: Стандартный в Минигруппе 20 уроков в неделю, программа Студенты, которые въезжают в США по форме I-20, выданной мероприятий незначительно изменится. -На студентов, проходящих обучение в школах ЕС в США, в зависимости от Штата, при бронировании или отмене курса

TРАНСФЕР

ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЕ ИМУЩЕСТВА

Для предоставления транспорта из аэропорта, за 7 дней до даты заезда студент должен предоставить следующую информацию о рейсе: дата и время прибытия, номер рейса, название авиакомпании и место отправления. Возврат платы за трансфер не производится, если информация о рейсе не была отправлена ЕС как минимум за 7 дней до прибытия студента. Плата за трансфер из аэропорта включает ожидание в течение 1 часа (максимум). В случае задержки рейса более чем на 1 час со студента в школе взимается дополнительная плата.

Студенты обязаны в полном размере компенсировать любой ущерб, нанесенный имуществу. При бронировании определенных типов проживания со студентов взимается депозит, который оплачивается по приезду в школе. СТРАХОВАНИЕ В ЕС можно приобрести студенческую страховку:

- Уроки проводятся с понедельника по пятницу утром и/или во второй половине дня. Конкретное расписание не может быть гарантировано заранее.

-Для получения более подробной информации об этих страховых полисах обратитесь к вашему контактному лицу в EC или посетите сайт партнеров EC.

- Специальные занятия в фокус-группах, бесплатные семинары и мероприятия могут меняться в зависимости от центра и расписания занятий.

- Для участия в любой из наших программ студенты должны иметь соответствующую медицинскую и туристическую страховку, а также страховку от несчастных случаев. В школах EC в США и Канаде в первый день обучения студенты обязаны предоставить свидетельство о наличии страховки. При отсутствии свидетельства студенты обязаны немедленно приобрести страховку ЕС сроком как минимум на одну неделю. ЕС оставляет за собой право потребовать возмещения этих расходов от студентов, не имеющих страховки; в течение этой недели студенты должны приобрести страховку на весь период обучения в школе. Студенты, не имеющие страховки, не могут посещать занятия, пока не предоставят подтверждение наличия страхового полиса. Стоимость пропущенных уроков им не возмещается.

- Расписание для индивидуальных занятий составляется в зависимости от наличия свободного преподавателя и классной комнаты. - Запросы на специальное питание, по возможности, будут удовлетворены (по запросу и в отдельных случаях, за дополнительную плату).

- Для подбора размещения в принимающих семьях ЕС пользуется услугами проверенных партнеров.

- Студентам рекомендуется заезжать в принимающую семью не позднее 22:00. Студентам, прибывающим после 22:00 рекомендуется забронировать альтернативное размещение в отеле на первую ночь. Это относится к семьям во всех странах, за исключением Мальты. ПРИСМОТР Пожалуйста, обратите внимание, что ЕС не осуществляет присмотр за студентами, забронированными на программах для взрослых. ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕ ЕС оставляет за собой право исключать студентов за неприемлемое поведение или прогулы без возмещения стоимости. Возвращение в страну постоянного проживания производится за счет студента. Минимальный уровень посещения должен быть 80% или больше. ФОТО И ВИДЕОСЪЁМКА ЕС оставляет за собой право без согласия студентов использовать, хранить и передавать в другие международные центры ЕС или третьим сторонам любые фото-, видео- и другие работы, иллюстрации, а также устные и письменные отзывы для последующего использования в рекламных целях, включая печатные и онлайн материалы, а также в социальных сетях. ЕС уважает желания студентов, поэтому от участия в фото- или видеосъемке можно заранее отказаться. СОСТОЯНИЕ ЗДОРОВЬЯ При бронировании студенты должны указать сведения о психических или физических заболеваниях, наличии аллергии, инвалидности или серьезных хронических заболеваниях, которые могут стать препятствием для успешного завершения курса или предоставлять опасность для здоровья других студентов или сотрудников школы; потребовать наблюдения, специального лечения или применения срочных медицинских мер в период прохождения курса, а также специальных условий проживания. ЕС оставляет за собой право отказать студенту в зачислении или досрочно прервать его курс, если пребывание студента в школе может представлять угрозу для собственного здоровья и безопасности, а также для здоровья и безопасности других студентов или работников школы, или, вне зависимости от иных причин, по мнению ЕС, физическое или психическое состояние студента делает маловероятным или невозможным его успешное окончание курса. Возврат оплаченных средств в таком случае предоставляется по усмотрению ЕС.

- Страхование ЕС является обязательным для студентов, обучающихся на кампусе. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ ЕС и сотрудники и представители компании не несут ответственность за потерю, нанесение личностного или имущественного ущерба или вреда, по какой-либо причине, кроме случаев, когда ответственность предусмотрена законом. ЕС не несет ответственности за непредоставление услуг согласно контракта в случае, если их предоставление является невозможным по любой причине или любой причине вне контроля ЕС. НЕСОВЕРШЕННОЛЕТНИЕ БЕЗ СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЯ

ЕС оставляет за собой право исключать студентов за неприемлемое поведение, включая потребление спиртных напитков и наркотиков, курение в недозволенных местах, нанесение ущерба собственности школы или места размещения, угроза безопасности для других студентов, нарушение законов страны пребывания, неуважение правил школы, прогулы. В этом случае никакие средства не возвращаются. Возвращение в родную страну — за счет студента.

Выдача любых документов для оформления визы производится после получения депозита в размере 285USD/285CAD/200GBP/200EUR. Если мы получим письменное подтверждение отказа в предоставлении визы, а также Ваше оповещение о любых изменениях в бронировании ранее, чем за 14 суток до даты прибытия, оплаченный аванс будет возмещен. Если ЕС получит положительный ответ на прошение о получение визы менее, чем за 7 рабочих дней до прибытия студента, ЕС оставляет за собой право предложить другое жилье. ЕС может предоставить консультационную поддержку и ответить на вопросы, связанные с процедурой получения визы, действующей на момент оформления заказа, однако ЕС не может нести ответственность за информацию, представленную на веб-сайтах, посвященных получению виз, так как она постоянно обновляется. Поэтому ответственность за соблюдение новейших действующих нормативных документов/процедур несет податель заявления на получение визы. ЕС не может нести ответственность за любые изменения процедуры и правил получения визы, которые происходят после того, как бронирование было подтверждено в соответствии с правилами, действующими на тот момент.

Стоимость данной услуги можно найти в ценнике ЕС. При бронировании программы, пожалуйста, оповестите школу о том, приезжает ли студент без сопровождения или нет. ПИТАНИЕ Размещение на полном-пансионе включает завтрак, обед и ужин.

Во время участия в любой из наших программ студенты должны иметь соответствующую медицинскую и туристическую страховки, а также должны быть застрахованы от несчастных случаев.

8 лет – студенты должны быть рождены в 2009 10 лет – студенты должны быть рождены в 2007

ЕС оставляет за собой право взимать административный сбор в размере 150 USD/65 CAD/50 GBP/80 EUR при каждом изменении студентом курса, жилья или центра или переносе времени зачисления на курс после подтверждения ЕС первоначального зачисления. Сюда также относятся запросы на изменение курсов, поданные студентом уже во время обучения.

13 лет – студенты должны быть рождены в 2004

Чтобы вернуть плату за обучение, студент обязан в письменной форме уведомить ЕС об аннулировании курса. Все средства возмещаются первоначальному плательщику. Аннулирование размещения до прибытия для индивидуальных бронирований Студентам, которые аннулируют заказ на размещение более чем за 14 дней до прибытия, ЕС возместит оплаченную сумму в полном размере.

ЕС не несет ответственность за утрату, повреждение или причинение вреда людям или имуществу. ЕС может фотографировать и снимать студентов видеокамерой в рекламных целях. Если студенты не желают участвовать в таких съемках, ЕС не будет их к этому принуждать, однако они сами должны позаботиться о том, чтобы не попасть в кадр.

ЕС не выдает денег на карманные расходы для студентов. Родители должны позаботиться о том, чтобы их дети имели достаточную сумму на карманные расходы в течение всего срока пребывания студента на программе. Если студенты требуют деньги на карманные расходы во время их пребывания, родители могут перечислять средства посредством международных платежей.

Студент должен сообщить ЕС информацию о рейсе, в том числе: время прибытия, номер рейса, название авиакомпании и место отправления за 7 дней до прибытия, чтобы ЕС могла обеспечить трансфер из аэропорта.
