Katie Hoffman-Abby brings her executive experience to Dean Taylor Randall’s team as leader of Business Career Services. Katie began her career in the healthcare staffing industry, co-founding VISTA Staffing Solutions. When VISTA was acquired

by On Assignment, she joined their executive team. She has served as a key member of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) and sits on the board of Reef Conservation International. Prior to joining the University of Utah, Greg spent eight years in the finance industry working with institutional and individual clients. In his current role, he utilizes his finance, project management, and client management experience to work with employers and guide Master of Real Estate Development and MS Finance students with their career choices. While at the U, Greg has been instrumental in garnering national recognition for the MS Finance program.

A former upstate New York marketing executive from the fields of banking, higher education, and public broadcasting, Diana works with employers from the healthcare industry while leading an enthusiastic team of student ambassadors who provide promotions, peer coaching, and corporate outreach for our BCS professionals. An experienced secondary and college educator with a Master’s in Teaching from Union College, she inspires her team to live by the motto: “We change lives every day.�

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR PMBA/OMBA PLACEMENT With an MBA in Marketing and an MS in Higher Education Leadership, Debora brings a diverse blend of experiences to the BCS team. Most recently, she led outreach and career development for the Quantitative Sciences department at Emory University in Atlanta. Prior to that, she worked as a counselor in both admissions and financial aid at RIT in Rochester, New York. Her business experience, both domestic and international, includes brand management, product development, entrepreneurship, management training, and investment management. MOLLY COUGHLIN

Prior to becoming Manager of Corporate Outreach, Molly was the lead intern for the BCS student team, where she was pivotal in shaping the student team and expanding its outreach. An alumna of the Eccles School with a marketing major, Molly’s social media, marketing, and event management experience includes PR for The Gateway and for a prominent sales organization.

In her current position, she serves the interests of multiple employer-partners, connecting them to resources in the Eccles School and beyond.

Before joining the Corporate Outreach team, Matthew earned a degree in Linguistics and English Language and worked as a project manager at a patent translation company. As a Technical Support Analyst on the BCS team, he serves as a jack of all trades, with a focus on event and relationship management, coordinating interview schedules, and acting as technical support for his team. Hallmarks of his work are attention to detail and proactive service.

JANE DOWER EVENTS MANAGER

A consummate manager of corporate relationships, Jane collaborates with employer partners to assure maximum student engagement for events and career fairs. She is an expert in maximizing both in-person and virtual opportunities for companies.

Prior to joining BCS, Jane spent 10 years in the physician staffing industry. You’ll detect the accent she acquired while living in New Zealand and Australia, where she held account management roles in international logistics and healthcare.
