An experienced secondary and college educator with a Master’s in Teaching from Union College, she inspires her team to live by the motto: “We change lives every day.”

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR PMBA/OMBA PLACEMENT With an MBA in Marketing and an MS in Higher Education Leadership, Debora brings a diverse blend of experiences to the BCS team. Most recently, she led outreach and career development for the Quantitative Sciences department at Emory University in Atlanta. Prior to that, she worked as a counselor in both admissions and financial aid at RIT in Rochester, New York. Her business experience, both domestic and international, includes brand management, product development, entrepreneurship, management training, and investment management. MOLLY COUGHLIN

Prior to becoming Manager of Corporate Outreach, Molly was the lead intern for the BCS student team, where she was pivotal in shaping the student team and expanding its outreach. An alumna of the Eccles School with a marketing major, Molly’s social media, marketing, and event management experience includes PR for The Gateway and for a prominent sales organization. Before joining the Corporate Outreach team, Matthew earned a degree in Linguistics and English Language and worked as a project manager at a patent translation company. As a Technical Support Analyst on the BCS team, he serves as a jack of all trades, with a focus on event and relationship management, coordinating interview schedules, and acting as technical support for his team. Hallmarks of his work are attention to detail and proactive service.
