360 Management Achievements

Creativity. Persistence. Commitment. These values drove 360 Management’s success in 2022. With expertise in compliance standards, funding source regulations and traditional property management — plus their partnership with Glendower’s aggressive pipeline of mixed-finance development — the team’s capacity to meet families’ needs grew considerably this year.

Highlights include:

• Completing 11 distinct investor file audits without findings to ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, a major federal initiative to encourage the development of affordable housing.

• Successfully completing investor physical inspections for Chatham, Eastview Terrace II, Twin Brooks, CB Motley, Prescott Bush, Katherine Harvey and Newhall Gardens to ensure proper care of housing assets.

• Passing Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) file reviews and physical inspections without findings for Eastview Terrace, Waverly, Fulton, Stanley Justice, McQueeney and Celentano to ensure individuals and families have quality housing in compliance with all regulations.
