The Glendower Group Achievements

Glendower started 2022 at The Shubert, where Executive Vice President Ms. Shenae Draughn was honored at the Greater New Haven NAACP’s Annual Freedom Fund Event.

Over the summer, they proudly sponsored two events close to our hearts: the Christian Community Action’s New Hope Development for homeless families and the Christian Community Commission, Inc.’s Gospel Fest.

Glendower and their construction team at Haynes Construction were honored with the CBC CT 2022 Excellence in Construction Award for the Mill River Crossing development. This victory in the industry’s leading competition highlights Mill River Crossing as one of the state’s most innovative, high-quality Merit Shop construction projects.

In November, Glendower was a supporting sponsor for the Connecticut Affordable Housing Conference’s Partnership for Strong Communities. 2022’s theme, Building Stability, speaks to their mission: to make a positive difference in the lives of New Haven residents by creating affordable communities of choice and promoting self-sufficiency.
