Connect the appropriate test cable or adaptor to the tester via the phono connector at the top of the device. Connect the cable to the potentiometer being tested. Turn on the tester, press select button to scroll through vehicle/potentiometer choices. Press and hold select button to choose potentiometer. If no potentiometer is connected a failure message will appear; failure please attach potentiometer, this means either no potentiometer is connected or a faulty one is connected. Observe pad wear % and voltages from potentiometer being tested and adjust to suit your requirements by turning the potentiometer.

BRAKE CHAMBER ALIGNMENT TOOL EBS.BCAT To compliment the EBS range of rationalised brake chambers available we have produced the EBS.BCAT tool assisting you further. This tool can be used on both disc brake chambers and cam brake chambers. Benefits: - Assisting the correct re-assembly is performed when replacing brake chambers with the EBS rationalised versions. - Ensures that the orientation of the replacement chamber matches exactly with the unit being replaced. - Reduced downtime ensuring your vehicle is back operating as fast as possible. If it is the case whether you are replacing a chamber with an EBS rationalised version or simply servicing the unit it is advisable to take note of the positioning of the clamp band and the air ports of the unit being removed and replaced.
