REMANUFACTURING PROCESS O ld core is sorted and graded. We only recycle components that pass our strict inspection criteria. Non-conforming components are scrapped and recycled where possible. O ld core is disassembled and inspected further. Once passed it is routed to our surface treatment section. Castings are powder blasted, cleaned and coated. A ll products are passed via another quality assurance inspection, ensuring only suitable units enter production. B earings, seals, hardware and other components are always replaced with new parts, regardless of condition. Critical dimensions are checked against OE (Original Equipment) specifications. Units are assembled by our highly trained technicians. I ntensive testing is performed on the newly built units and function checks are performed in accordance with OE guidelines.
