The programme's focus on holistic entrepreneurship development has resulted in it adding elements that go above and beyond its training and coaching services.
These features include business visits that allow the entrepreneurs the opportunity to experience one-on-one business coaching from Africa's #1 Business Coach: ActionCOACH Thabo Pitse, the CEO of the Institute. Additionally we offer a unique and fun business simulator game that allows entrepreneurs to master their businesses in real time.
The hallmark of the EBL programme has been its generosity. From entrepreneurs winning books, data and R 1000.00 cash prizes during monthly events, to competitions during the year such as the 90 Day Goal Setting Competition which saw entrepreneurs win their share of R5000.00, The EBL programme has invested not just knowledge into entrepreneurs but cash injections into their businesses. The programme is structured but not rigid.
With the experience of the entrepreneurs being at the core of our offering, the programme will continue to improve upon the offering to ensure it remains the leading business training and coaching programme in the country.
