1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar

STEP 1
Gather all ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 Bags Milk Chocolate Kisses, Unwrapped

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

Cream together shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, and 1 cup white sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar

1 Package Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Bourbon
2-1/2 Cups Crushed Vanilla Wafers
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
Granulated Sugar (for rolling)

Gather all ingredients.
STEP 2
Melt chocolate chips over double boiler. Remove chocolate chips from heat once melted
STEP 3
Stir in corn syrup, powdered sugar, nuts and bourbon. Mix well.
STEP 4
Let stand for 30 minutes.
STEP 5
Once rested, roll into 1" balls.
STEP 6
Roll balls into granulated sugar.
Chewy Ginger Cookies
Ingredients
2 Tbsps White Sugar
2-1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tsps Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Butter , Softened
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 Tbsp Water

Gather all ingredients.
STEP 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Set 2 tablespoons sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
STEP 3
Sift flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt into a bowl.
STEP 4
Beat butter and remaining 1 cup sugar in a separate large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, then stir in molasses and water.
Gradually stir the sifted ingredients into the molasses mixture until well combined.

Use floured hands to shape dough into 24 walnut-sized balls. Roll each ball in the reserved sugar until coated.

Coconut Macaroons

5-1/2 Cups Flaked Coconut
2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 (14 oz.) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tsps Vanilla Extract

Gather all ingredients.
STEP 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
STEP 3
Stir coconut, flour, and salt together in a large bowl. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla using your hands until well blended.
STEP 4
Use a small ice cream scoop to drop coconut mixture onto the prepared cookie sheets.
