We would like to extend the warmest of invitations to you to attend our Nebraska Platinum Standard Female Sale. We couldn’t be prouder of our genetics in terms of what they have done for us and you, our valued customer. The cattle will be on site at our sale facility for your inspection all week, culminating with a video auction at noon on Sunday, December 14th. Whether you choose to attend in person or be with us online, we look forward to extending our hospitality to you on sale day!
We are proud of this year’s offering! They fit our motto well…”performance cattle with a touch of style.” The good news is that it doesn’t stop there! These cattle are also bred for calving ease, maternal traits, fertility, and have a tremendous set of EPD’s backing them.
We’ve never been so optimistic and excited about the cattle business!! We have never seen times like these in history. These are the times we strive for and want to take advantage of. With that being said, it’s time to keep improving your cow herds with better genetics. This is where we come in to assist you with what we feel are super solid genetics that will help you improve your herd and the value of your calf crops in the future.
As our operation continues to evolve, we continue to breed cattle to keep up with the times. Our goal is to make them very easy fleshing and moderately framed, but not too small. We aim to accelerate that growth curve and peak it faster and longer to the point that when these cattle have reached 14-15 months of age, their growth curve flattens and the ones being harvested do so at optimum time and weight. The female counterparts still mature to be moderate, functional cattle. We feel our cattle do this as well as any.
Today’s world is busy, and everyone needs efficiency, as time is money. Our current cow herd is bred to calve easy, have solid udders, and breed back easily. It is important to us to produce low input, high efficiency cattle. Why? Because it is not just a choice, it’s the only way to survive in today’s world! As we continue to evolve and change with the times, one thing stands true…Trauernicht Simmentals was built on a handshake, and that, my friends, will not change! We will continue to work with our loyal customers to provide an offering that is right for the times. Once again, thank you for your interest in our program – don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or let us know how we can be of assistance. Watch our Facebook page for pictures, announcements, and updates!

Bailey’s Madonna 720E
My daughter had tears in her eyes when she found out Suzie was on the sale, but we needed a real cool sale feature...so here she is! She is just so deep at the center part of her body and yet has a lot of pin width and top in her, while still being sound as a cat and elegant in her front third. She is a decendant of the Bailey’s Madonna cow family that was a sale feature in Denver in the Embryos on Snow Sale...well deserved after landing several offspring as highlight in the Hartman Cattle Compay’s bull and female sales. The best part? She is already writing her own storyline by making it in the top 20 in the Bred and Owned show at the AJSA National Classic, and then coming back home and landing Champion Simmental at the Nebraska State Fair - 4-H division. True donor potential here. We reserve the right to 2 flushes at seller’s expense and buyer’s convenience with a minimun of 12 transferable embryos.

all that, she is in the top 25% or greater in CE, BW, WW, YW, API, and TI!
This female comes from one of the longest cow family lines and one of our favorites going back to 177G. All of the females we have had from this cow family have held their own and been producers! Don’t let the opportunity to take home a piece of this exceptional line go!
This female is one that is worth looking at. She is a bold ribbed female that comes from a cow family that is worth the extra look. We are excited to see how she will compare to her mother who has had many good calves for our operation. Look no further than this Husker female!

This Gold Strike daughter carries the best parts of both parents. When you combine two of our favorite female making bulls, Cowboy Cut and Gold Strike, you get beautiful females like 446L. We are sure that she will take after her mother and be a great cow.
LHT MS WAR PAINT 451L
This war paint daughter has all the best parts of her sire. She is good at the ground, bold through her middle, and an overall good quality female. Like her sire, she gets out and moves well.
This Tecumseh daughter has all the right peices from her sire. She is one that is clean in her front end, good through her shoulders, and good from the ground up. She is one that puts all the parts together fluidly and balances up well.

When looking for a sale feature in the red department, this one jumped right out at us. She is what we look for in a female...exceptionally deep bodied, easy fleshing, smooth pattered, but just a little ruggedness. Exceptional Red Angus female!

Talk about a gorgeous baldy female! When I think of this gal, the main thing that comes to mind is wow! Exceptional phenotype, great pedigree, and top notch growth numbers, she has it all. What more could you ask for!
Pasture Sire: LHT Mr Dutton 239M (6/2 to 8/2/25) A bigger framed red female that comes from a lot of power in her background and is an outcross to most red genetics. To top that off she is bred to our new red herd sire, Electrify.

Fire Power has delivered exactly what we had in mind when we bought him with this female. Bringing together phenotype and genotype into a marriage that is the best of both worlds. You really can’t go wrong with female that makes you stop and stare at her in the hoof and on paper.
This female brings together best of the Simmental and Red Angus to make a very versatile heifer. She combines power and stoutness with that soft sided, maternal look. She is one to keep an eye on!
Big, Broody, Sound are the first three words that come to mind to describe this half blood heifer. Natural calf out of our consistent I’m a Flirt donor, she’s a maternal sib to last year’s high seller on this sale. Her dam stamps all her calves with tremendous rib dimension and brood cow style, and this Follow Me daughter should do just the same. She was campaigned successfully this past summer by our daughter, and would expect her progeny to have the same eye appeal.
High end performance female here with a different twist to her pedigree. She stems from the old Belle of the Ball Donor that has been the cornerstone of many top cows in our herd.
Paint will go down in history as easy fleshing, thick made progeny, with added look and power. This female does all of

Outcross black pedigree here that will put any operation in the driver’s seat. She is a female that has a tremendous future ahead of her! With her being bred to the up and coming Mega Million bull, look for her to help advance your herd genetics.

One of my personal favorites here! She is a deep bodied, attractive made female with all sorts of power and growth. Her mother has produced more top selling bulls in our sale than almost any other cow. Make sure she is on your list come sale day.
Very well balanced female here. She is sired by LRS Dutton, who keeps gaining populatity in the Simmy breed. When you see this heifer, you will understand why. She also has several traits in the top 20% of the breed.
CCR Fire Power 8081J1, Pasture Sire
When we bought Fire Power, we were really excited for his daughters. He stamps them just the way he looks... moderate, deep, and easy fleshing with a lot of structural integrity. I believe this will end up being someone’s favorite cow in the future, if she follows mother’s footsteps and breeds early every year and weans a big calf.
Fire Power 8081J (6/17 to 8/1/25)
This female is extremely attractive and well balanced. From her femininty, to her structure, to her rib, this heifer packs to many things together that will work exceptionally well for making all types of calves from the donor pen to the show ring.
A real royally bred female here. Being a Fire Power x Teardrop, this female has no option but to turn into a magnificient cow. Her granddam always puts one of the top bulls in the bull sale. Her dam is a

I should have my head examined to let this heifer go! Her mother knocks it out of the park with anything we have bred her to in the last 12 years. She might be a little younger and bred a little behind some, but that is all due to her birthdate. I promise if she is like her mother she will earn her spot and throw heavy payweight calves!
Gold Strike is a bull that continues to impress me! We love them for calving ease, growth, mass, phenotype, and fertility. When you analyze this gal, you will find all of these traits in a nice package.

Attractive package with this one for the cattleman that likes a little more frame than your average Simmental these days. She performed tremendously this year on washy grass and out grew the rest of her group. With the pedigree she is out of, her calves should have that same kind of performance.

Eye catching red baldy’s like this one continue to be hot! She’s an eye catching heifer that goes back to one of the better donor’s we’ve had, and one of the most consistent baldy makers in the breed on the top side. This one has brood cow and herd longevity written all over her.

It’s with a lot of hesitation that I’m selling this female. Her 2 full sib brothers were at the top of the bull sale, selling for $10K and $17K respectively. You just have to love the depth of body and stoutness of bone she possesses. All the while, she is refined in her joints, yet massive topped and hipped. Her mother is our lead donor cow and looks to stay that way for a long time. I know she may have some extra chrome, but with the right bulls, that become a blaze face. Take her home and ler her start making her own storyline.

Beautiful cow and heifer calf pair here. Huge middled, big boned and super sound this cow has a great foundation to breed off of. She comes with an extremely attractive Boogeyman heifer calf that could definitely make it as a show heifer or in the replacement pen.
you go wrong with this awesome female that goes back to Tear Drop on the bottom side? The Tear Drops have been great cows for us and 432L is no different. Plus you have a great second female in her Pontiac heifer calf.
