今年香港逸東酒店的驕傲月活動以「擁抱圓缺 Eclipsed Bodies, Embraced Pride」為主題，以「星體圓缺」 這種天文現象為靈感，反映性 / 別小眾及身心障礙社群被順性別異性戀霸權及健全主義所遮蔽的身體 和生活經驗，挑戰主流社會上對完美和殘缺的身體二元分類，走出社會建構的陰影，顯露自身耀眼的光 芒。是次驕傲月將連結 LGBTQ ＋ 與身心障礙社群，共同面對彼此社群發展的挑戰，關注社群不同安康 和福祉的議題，以社群創革、藝術創作、學術研究去除對酷兒、跨性別、受障者、殘疾（crip）、瘋狂（mad） 等刻板印象，重新想像美好生活的過去、現在與未來。

自近代科學的開端，LGBTQ ＋與身心障礙社群均曾納入西方醫學系統領域，並將不同非順性別、非異性 戀和障礙病理化，視作先天缺陷、後天損傷、不良習慣導致的「疾病」，並需接受專業醫學機構的治療 和管理。這種醫學模式將 LGBTQ

＋與身心障礙社群簡化為公共衛生議題，將兩個邊緣群體所需的社會 資源集中在治理「疾病」，忽視這兩個邊緣群體的整體福祉的支援；並錯誤地將這兩個邊緣群體與順性 別及異性戀者、非受障人士劃分有病與健康的人污名化的二元分類，並進一步加深社會上對同性戀和 跨性別恐懼、健全主義的相關偏見和歧視。因此，是次驕傲月活動將聚焦 LGBTQ ＋與身心障礙社群的 全人發展，探討這兩個群體由出生、成長、戀愛、婚姻、成家、衰老、生病、死亡等在生命周期中遭受不 同困難、傷害和壓迫，他們如何透過藝術、社會行動、法律等角度抵抗和展現韌性，一個由生存到綻放 的過程。

多個多元化的活動和體驗，包括座談、會議、放映、工作坊、展覽、導 賞、表演、派對、書展、婚禮、彩虹雞尾酒和住宿體驗等，並與一眾來自本地、澳門、中國大陸、台灣、澳 洲、瑞士、德國、英國、美國的合作伙伴共同呈獻，包括同行、腦舍、c.95d8、實現會社、香港瑞士領事 館、殘疾藝術駐留、DragJam、流性香港、大同、性別空間、HASS Lab、香港藝術學院、香港同志遊行、 香港中學生性別研究學會、女角平權協作組、澳門國際酷兒影展、性別製造、Next Chapter LGBT、Nn̄g Project、North Preston Lifesaving Club、論電影院、跨青時刻、流動閱酷、Queerest、香港彩虹、澳洲皇 家墨爾本理工大學、Shimai Tribe、Something To Aim For、Un 腳不敗旅團、春暉學社以及個別藝術家、 創革者、學者。是次驕傲月所籌集的部分資金將直接捐贈給兩個本地 LGBTQ ＋ 與身心障礙社群平台， 無性群象 和 c.95d8，為發展和培育社會的性 / 別和障礙的認知、支持、平權工作。

ECLIPSED BODIES, EMBRACED PRIDE

The theme of Eaton HK’s annual Pride Month this year is "Eclipsed Bodies, Embraced Pride", a title that draws inspiration from the celestial phenomenon of eclipses. Our programming aims to illuminate the experiences of our LGBTQ+ and disability communities, whose narratives and contributions are often overshadowed and undermined by cis-heteronormative and ableist values and views.

“Eclipsed Bodies, Embraced Pride” seeks to foster connections between the LGBTQ+ and disability communities, inviting them to jointly address the challenges they face in their daily lives. We invite everyone to challenge the binary classification of bodies as perfect or imperfect, normal or abnormal, and to dismantle stereotypes associated with the labels “queer”, “trans”, “disabled”, “crip”, “mad” and with other marginalized identities. Through community innovation, artistic creation, and academic research, we strive to reimagine a more inclusive past, present, and future, where everyone can lead authentic and fulfilling lives.

Since the advent of modern science, both the LGBTQ+ and disability communities have been unfairly subjected to the Western medical system. In most societies, they are labeled as public health issues—as problems instead of identities and communities—leading to a diversion of resources for managing their “illnesses” without prioritizing their comprehensive well-being. This flawed approach has perpetuated biases and discrimination against homosexuals, transgenders, and people with disabilities, falsely categorizing these communities as sick or abnormal in comparison to cisgender, heterosexual, and nondisabled individuals. “Eclipsed Bodies, Embraced Pride” focuses on the holistic development of these communities instead, exploring their unique challenges throughout their life cycles, from birth to aging, illness, and death. We aim to highlight and celebrate their resilience, resistance, humanity and unique personal experiences through various forms of art, social, and legal perspectives.

Eaton HK's Pride Month will feature a lineup of over 30 diverse activities and experiences, including discussions, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, performances, and parties. We’ve partnered with organizations and individuals from Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, Taiwan, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including Alongside, Brainfood, c.95d8, The Coming Society, Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong, Crip Art Residency, DragJam, FLUID HK, Gay Harmony, Gender Empowerment, HASS Lab, Hong Kong Art School, Hong Kong Pride Parade, Hong Kong Secondary Schools Gender Studies Club, Les Corner Empowerment Association, Macao International Queer Film Festival, Made in Gender, Next Chapter LGBT, Nn̄g Project, North Preston Lifesaving Club, On Kino, Quarks, Queer Reads Library, Queerest, Rainbow of Hong Kong, RMIT University, Shimai Tribe, Something To Aim For, Un Foot Good Spirit , Vernant Society and other artists, change-makers and scholars. Queer and disabled individuals often find themselves born into families where they are the only ones with their particular identity or condition. These differences can lead to a divergence in self-understanding and worldview, creating emotional distance between them and their parents and siblings. The "Family Portrait" exhibition seeks to illuminate the experiences and challenges faced by queer and disabled families in Hong Kong, the United States, and France, within the context of their biological families.

The artworks in this exhibition will focus on the personal stories and family histories of queer and disabled individuals, expressed through paintings, photographs, and videos. These works serve as vital documentation of the most vulnerable memories and profound emotions that accompany the lives of queer and disabled individuals, capturing the depths and specifities of joy and pain within these marginalized families.

酷兒和受障者的原生家庭中大多沒有與自己相同身份和 情況的人，這些差異或會造成他們與親人之間對於理解 自我與世界的分歧。是次展覽將聚焦於香港、美國與法 國的酷兒和受障者家庭，探討這些邊緣群體在原生家庭 背景下的經歷和掙扎。

揭開隱藏的秘密，藝術家的作品通過繪畫、照片和影片 講述酷兒和受障者一個又一個的個人及家庭故事。從出 生到死亡，藝術家與觀眾分享酷兒和受障者親情中最脆 弱的記憶和情感，描繪這些交織於邊緣家庭的畫像中的 喜悅與痛苦。

Natalie A. Chao 趙芷妮

Born, raised and currently based in Hong Kong, Natalie is interested in bridging the gap between realism and poetry in order to tell stories through a more engaged and intentional gaze, one that can map out our memories, not draw lines between camera and subject, identity and politics. She questions whether a collective gaze is possible, and is engaging with what it means to create a living documentary. Natalie's documentary short, TO KNOW HER, premiered as an Official Selection at the 2021 SUNdance Film Festival and has been screening worldwide in theatres as part of the 2021 SUNdance Shorts Tour.

出生、成長、並現居於香港的Natalie，對於將現實主義與詩意結合以呈現更具張力的虛實視角充滿興趣，這種視角並非於鏡頭和主體、身份和 政治之間劃分界線，而是在於勾畫出我們的記憶。她思考集體視角的可能性，並探討創造一部活生生的紀錄片的意義。Natalie的紀錄短片《TO KNOW HER》在2021年日舞影展上作為官方入選作品首映，並在全球的劇院放映。

Barbara Hammer

Barbara Hammer, a feminist filmmaker and pioneer of queer cinema, created over 90 moving image works, including performances, installations, photographs, collages, and drawings. Hammer's work aimed to deconstruct and challenge oppressive narratives and structures affecting women and lesbians. Her early films playfully and relentlessly questioned societal norms and taboos. Hammer continued to produce history-based films, addressing issues significant to her identity and those of other artists and lesbians, solidifying her influence on queer cinema.

Rico Lau 劉政熙

Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021, Rico primarily uses sketching, drawing, and painting as his creative mediums. His work focuses on the representation of the human body through lines in painting and the process of generating meaning in images. Through blurred, distorted, and agitated depictions, he conveys reality to the viewer. His works have been exhibited at WURE AREA, GAFU Shau Kei Wan, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, ACO Books, and the Hong Kong City Hall.

劉政熙2021年畢業於香港中文大學藝術系。劉以速寫、素描及繪畫為主要創作媒介,作品內容關注繪畫線條對人體構造的再現,及圖像的意義 生成過程。他透過模糊、扭曲、夾帶躁動與忐忑的畫像,對人訴說真實。其作品曾於WURE AREA、嘉圖筲箕灣、香港會議展覽中心、藝鵠書店及 香港大會堂展出。

Jacolby SATterwhite

Jacolby SATterwhite, born in Colombia and based in Brooklyn, is known for his conceptual practice that tackles themes of ritual, fantasy, freedom, and world-building through immersive installations, virtual reality, and digital media. Utilizing various software, he creates intricate animations and live-action films, forming a unique cinematic universe. His work synthesizes multiple disciplines, including illustration, performance, painting, sculpture, photography, and writing, which draws on real and fantastical references guided by mythology, contemporary visual culture, and music.

Hong Kong currently lacks a comprehensive legal framework to protect the rights of same-sex couples. Historically, the rights of these couples have been gradually recognized through numerous judicial review cases, a process that can be confusing for the public to follow. To clarify these developments, Alongside has organized a seminar featuring Ms. Kitty Chong, an associate from Daly & Associates who has extensive experience with judicial review cases involving samesex couples. Alongside our Brand Ambassador Louis, she will elucidate the rights same-sex partners now have regarding end-of-life issues, after years of legal evolution.

This small group setting emphasizes practical, real-life inspired exercises to make the complex process of will drafting accessible and comprehensible. Perfect for those drafting their first will or seeking deeper understanding, highlighting the importance of professional guidance to ensure your will is robust and minimizes the risk of disputes.

Conceived by Eaton HK and On Kino, "Film Decline and Eternal Passion," is a film screening originally featuring works by various authors (including Michael Brynntrup, Kenneth Anger and Luther Price). Now, with the addition of "Sex, Death, Cinema: The Works of Michael Brynntrup and Related Archives", the first edition of the festival is presented in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

When old and new friends gather together, do we really want to, and can we really discuss sex and death? These gathering are always fleeting, only savored as a memory after a long time. As time passes and we move on with our lives, we still find ourselves confronting the themes of Michael Brynntrup's films: sex and death. The exhibition will display precious cultural relics such as manuscripts, films, videos, DVDs, promotional publications, film stills, and writings related to Michael Brynntrup's creative career over the past four decades.

Eaton HK 和 On Kino最初構思中的放映《電影衰 敗與永恆熱情》，有多位作者的作品（包括Michael Brynntrup、Kenneth Anger和Luther Price），現在， 《性、死亡、電影：Michael Brynntrup 的作品與相關 檔案》作為第一期，在香港和廣州呈現。

Michael Brynntrup

Michael Brynntrup (born 1959) is a German experimental filmmaker and media artist living in Berlin. He creates experimental poems, paintings, photography, copyart, text, diary, installations, performances since 1970s. Michael has produced over 70 experimental short films and videos since 1981, four feature films. He has exhibited internationally in exhibitions at the Museum of Modern Art New York, Berlin Film Festival, Oberhausen Film Festival and many more.

Michael Brynntrup（生於1959年）是一位居住在柏林的德國實驗電影製作人和媒 體藝術家。自1970年代以來，他在詩、繪畫、攝影、複製藝術、文字、日記、裝置藝 術和表演藝術上進行實驗性創作。自1981年以來，Michael已製作超過70部實驗 短片及4部長片。他多次在國際上展出作品，包括紐約現代藝術博物館、柏林電影節、 奧伯豪森短片電影節等。

“Set your electric sheep free range. It is 2060, what do you do with expired humanoids?”

UKI’s storyline unfolds as we follow a defunct replicant REIKO dumped on Etrashville - a vast dump for techwho tries to pull themselves back together with the help of its transgenic inhabitants. A virtual BioNet owned by GENOM Co. has occupied human bodies and re-engineered red blood cells into nano-computing self-generated orgasms. Parallel to REIKO’s trajectory is that of an infected city in which a besieged diner gathers the infected to exchange own orgasm data for fresher, intenser, mutual orgasm. The diner is also the meeting-place for hackers who traverse time and space, bringing in news of protest and manifestation while uncovering GENOM’s bioengineering scheme. As the plot thickens, REIKO’s body is coded, recoded and finally collapses to re-emerge as UKI the Virus. Setting back GENOM's plans, UKI the Virus seems on the brink of swarming through the infected city to liberate the red blood cells. Through virus Becoming, viral Love, we find a way to reclaim our viral bodies.

Shu Lea Cheang 鄭淑麗

Shu Lea Cheang is an artist and filmmaker whose work aims to re-envision genders, genres, and operating structures. Her genre bending gender hacking practices challenge the existing operating mechanisms and the boundaries imposed on society, geography, politics, and economic structures. As a net art pioneer, her BRANDON (1998 - 99) was the first web art commissioned and collected by New York’s Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. Her feature length films, respectively termed sci-fi cyberpunk and sci-fi cypherpunk, seek to define a genre of new queer sci-fi cinema. From homesteading cyberspace in the 90s to her current retreat to post-netcrash BioNet zone, Cheang takes on viral love, bio-hack in her current cycle of works. In 2019, Cheang presented Taiwan in Venice Biennale 2019 with 3x3x6.

Several parents and LGBTQ+ youth were brought together in FLUID HK's 9-month "Community Sex Education Guru" project. They went through a few months of training together, during which they shared familial wisdom, and collaboratively constructed local narratives around sexuality, gender, and sex education. They are examples of true and essential allyship for an inclusive future. In this talk, they share their insights and experiences.

Annemarie Schwarzenbach died in 1942 at the age of 34. Despite her untimely death, she continues to captivate queer people around the world. As early as 20 years old, she confessed her love for women and wrote one of Europe's first books on lesbian love. Her androgynous beauty and being openly lesbian made her a queer icon of her time in Europe. Working as a freelance journalist and anti-fascist activist, she moved to Berlin and formed contacts with celebrities such as Erika and Klaus Mann.

Schwarzenbach was born in Zurich in 1908 into a wealthy family. She had a difficult relationship with her mother, who also had romantic relationships with women. From 1933, she began to write travel reports about Africa, the Near East, the Middle East and the United States, and successively wrote novels and took a large number of photography works. She also made a firm plan to travel to China, but a serious bicycle accident led to her premature death in 1942. After the end of World War II, she was rediscovered in the 1980s. Today, her literary and photographic work has received worldwide recognition and acclaim. The exhibition walls in the Eaton Food Hall showcase Schwarzenbach's photography, especially the gay community she photographed during her travels in the Swiss mountains, France, the United States and the Middle East, as well as Schwarzenbach's female partners.

Ho Kueng Lon 何烱麟

Ho Kueng-Lon (Leslie) was born and raised in Macau. In 2017, Ho was admitted to the Łódź Film School in Poland, where he began a five-year master's degree in Film and Television Direction. After settling into campus life, he had worked as a director and screenwriter for a number of short films and documentaries are produced in Poland and Macau.

Tracy, Choi Ian Sin 徐欣羨

Macau native Tracy Choi Ian Sin studied filmmaking at Taiwan’s Shih Hsin University. In 2012 her documentary short I’m Here won the Jury Award at the Macau International Film and Video Festival and was subsequently invited to various other festivals including the Paris International Lesbian and Feminist Film Festival. In 2013, Choi received her MFA in Film Production from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Amongst her other films are A FRIend of Mine, Moonbow, the feature film A Little Naive (2013) and the documentary Farming on the Wasteland (2014).

In his other career, Dr Yu is a DEI and intercultural professional. He previously worked at Logitech as the first DEI specialist overseeing the Asia Pacific region. Now, he manages Inclusive Routes Consulting, a Vancouver-based business that uses research-informed, evidence-based approaches to support organizations at different stages of their DEI journeys.

The Drag workshop by DragJam will be an introduction to the art of drag, and share their first hand experiences of local drag performances. A performance activist group promoting the cultures of drag in HK and challenging gender and sexual norms. How does the way of queernkins inspire art and living in our time of digitality? Join Shimai Tribe with Berlinbased DJ and producer NURSE3D and SwedishChinese multidisciplinary artist xiexie3lla for a Saturday afternoon chat and makeover as they discuss their persona (re)invention, worldmaking, and how they mediate their queer identities through virtual spaces.

While we explore elements of digitality, doom and horror, transgressive aesthetics in their practice, the artists will literally morph and embody their hybrid alter egos via a full makeup process; treating their bodies as apparatus for transformation.

NURSE3D is an experimental hardcore DJ and producer, based in Berlin. They rip up the genre rule book, embracing Hardcore, Drum & Bass and Industrial Techno in intense, high-energy sets that brutally juxtapose darkness and light. Since NURSE3D’s debut live performance at Berghain as part of CTM Festival, they have become a go-to DJ across Europe, continually releasing Experimental Hardcore records on labels such as Speedcore Worldwide, and their own label TREMORS, which was featured on DAZED, FACT and HUNGER magazine.

xiexie3lla is a Swedish Chinese multidisciplinary artist working with the interplay between our digital existence and spiritual essence. Their work delves into the tensions and harmonies that emerge when ancient rituals collide with contemporary realities, reflecting deeply on our digital agency, while unravelling the complex layers of our shifting modern landscapes. XIE3LLA is a series of performances constructed around a deity manifested through chronic onlineness. These performances involve a mixture of explosive, expressive and self-meditative actions exploring trust, collaboration, intuition and storytelling.

Angela Liu

Angela Liu is a curator and writer, co-founder of Shimai Tribe, and currently working as curatorial assistant at M+ Museum. Her projects explore the nuances and intertextuality between art and networked facets of culture in the age of hyper-referentiality. To aggregate nuggets of knowledge into communal, tangible projects, she started the Institution of Niche (@niche.stitution). Angela curated the exhibition “Welcome >_< Take a Seat Wherever (cringevibing on a downward spiral)” at Tomorrow Maybe, Eaton HK. She moderated a dialogue with meme admin and artist freeze_magazine (Cem A.), and published the music-zine “Dreaming of Electric Sheeps”.

"Bad Romance: Affective Body with its Misapprehension and Rumours" explores the complexities of constructing sensibility in the context of modern societies. It navigates how love becomes standardized and influenced by societal expectations, particularly in moral and progressive contexts. The exhibition examines the idea of "ideal love" and its impact on perceptions of the body, gender, and desire, known as the "affective body." Artists creatively reinterpret these themes, offering alternative narratives.

The screening features works by seven international artists using various visual and mixed media to address modern sensibility issues. It aims to uncover authentic desires beyond modern structures, promoting discourse on "modern love" and "decolonizing love" while challenging gender stereotypes. These works explore the performative nature of the body, envisioning diverse narratives of gender and love and imagining alternative futures. They highlight overlooked bodily postures, revealing the complexity of sentiments, desires, relationships, and identities within modern society. Through these works, viewers will witness resistance against societal norms, affirming marginalized relationship forms.

《壞戀：情動身體的誤讀與蜚語》 聚焦於多重現代性下 情感建構的議題，探討在現代感性結構中，情愛如何喪失 其獨特性，並在道德、正向、進步的現代觀念中被視為社 會共識和期望。此次展覽詰問眾人眼中的「美好之愛」為 何成為普世標準，當中涉及外在情感因素對身體、性別和 愛慾感知的影響，即為「情動身體」。藝術家試圖在展覽 中以創造性方式重新詮釋這一問題，從中可以催生出哪 些另類敘事？

放映邀請了來自不同國家的七位藝術家，以影像呈現對 現代感性結構的探討。考掘游離於現代性結構外社會中 本真的慾望想像，最終渴望達至目標將「現代愛」議題具 體化賦予論述輪廓，進而推進「愛的解殖」，反思現代性 造成的性別刻板及其框架。作品均取材自以表現身體的 操演性，藉此衍生性別與情愛敍事的多元，想像未來的別 樣景象。這些影像透過操演身體，揭露出情感、愛慾、關 係、身份在多重現代性結構中自我的可能性。觀眾透過這 些作品看到藝術家如何抵抗性別與情愛定義的正當化、 規格化和標準化，賦予被社會常態貶斥的關係形式肯定 的觀點。

Chang Wen Hao is a curator based in Taipei. Taking cultural studies and curation as the core, the research areas of concern include gender studies, philosophy of technology, and neo materialism.

1994年生於基隆，從事策展與文化工作在台北與台中兩地。長期關注亞洲與多重現代性的情感問題，嘗試藉由文化 研究結合策展的行動策略，讓問題可視化並為邊緣與不可見的議題賦能，近期的計畫以「東亞酷兒技術」與「全球文 化戰爭」為兩個主要的軸向展開。

Danson Wong 黃銘樂

Danson Wong, his research focus pertains to contemporaneity-turn within Asian visual culture, postwar conceptualism, and avant-garde art. Before relocating to Taiwan, professional engagement encompassed involvement in moving image and visual media programmes at the Hong Kong Arts Centre, alongside working in the opening display of the Hong Kong M+ Museum.

Nn̄g Project

"Nn̄g" is the phonetic rendition of " 卵 " in Taiwanese, signifying the concept of “Egg," emblematic of the "Organic" status achieved by art within curatorial frameworks. Nn̄g Project was established in 2023, focusing on minority, marginalized, and possibly overlooked issues, for instance, LGBTQ, feminism, neurodiversity, postcolonial situations, inter-Asian in a global perspective, trying to open up new spaces of perception and speculation in the communication process of different disciplines.

「Nn̄g」是「蛋」的台語發音，指向藝術作品在策展實踐中形成的「有機生命」狀態。「Nn̄g Project」是一個2023年成 立的藝術策展團隊，關注特殊、少數、邊緣、可能受到忽視的議題，如LGBTQ、女性主義、神經多樣性、後殖民情境、全 球視野下的多重現代性等等，試圖在不同學科的對話過程中，拓開新的感知與思辨空間。

Jörgen

AXELVALL

Jörgen Axelvall is a Tokyo-based photographer and artist from Sweden. Previous to moving to Tokyo in 2011 Axelvall resided in NYC for 15 years. He tends towards long-term projects: exploring intimacy and solitude; soft- or select-focus evoking abstracted, dreamlike realms at once personal, yet universal. Axelvall attempts to seize the utter vulnerability and beauty to transubstantiate the subject into essence of the moment. Axelvall’s visual storytelling interacts with his experimental words. Axelvall exhibits internationally, and has won significant awards: International Winner, New Exposure by Vogue USA, 2013, Athens Photo Festival, 2019, and The 18th Japan Media Arts Festival, 2015.

Posak JODIAN 璞薩可久甸

Posak, an Amis residing in Taipei, carries the name given by her father, Jodian. With a background in ethnic linguistics and communication studies, Posak primarily utilizes visual media as her method, starting from her own ethnic identity. Through extensive field research, she focuses on shaping the traditional domains of tribes and the urban lives of indigenous people who have left their hometowns. She is also involved in various social movements and explores the possibilities of youth action in urban spaces. Attempting to use ethnic and cultural activities as a focal point, she aims to expand the boundaries of identity and belonging.

The narrative centers on transgender performer Hao Hao, who traveled between Taiwan and other countries during the last century before returning to his hometown in the late 1990s. Drawing from his performance experiences across different places, he brings back to the tribal stage his struggles with survival, identity, and body image amidst scrutiny. The video incorporates Hao Hao's daily life through song and dance, weaving together segments of life, memories, songs, performances, costumes, and scene changes. It prompts the question of whether we can uncover obscured fragments of the past, and whether Hao Hao's interpretation, identity, and performance can challenge traditional beliefs.

Serene Hui 許思樂

Currently based in the Netherlands and Hong Kong, her practice is currently invested in epistemological colonialism for the ways it affects social structures, languages, psychology and its potential susceptibility for manipulation. In her works she addresses obscurity and nuances by creating an ontological shift of displacement - meaning to transform social conventions, normative ignorance, and language ambiguity into resistance, reflection and criticism of contemporary systems.

在荷蘭和香港兩地工作，許思樂以研究為重心的多學科 方法，主要採用裝置、聲音、現場藝術、版畫和文字。她 目前專注於研究「認識論的殖民主義」，探討其對社會 結構、語言和心理學的潛在影響以及易受操縱的性質。

The project is divided into three sections, examining how societal politics shape and define feminine voices through bodily materiality. In her renowned 1994 essay "Gender of Sound," Anne Carson highlighted that feminine voices have historically been perceived as irrational and challenging to grasp, often considered harsh, unwelcome, unaccepted, and base. Philosophers such as Aristotle and Socrates viewed feminine voices as far removed from rationality, hindering rational discourse. Throughout history, feminine voices have frequently been suppressed, adjusted, and emotionally manipulated. This includes the commonplace voice training used by politicians, such as modeling their voices after Margaret Thatcher, the first female Prime Minister of Britain, for diplomatic and political endeavors.

作品分為三部曲探討社會政治如何透過身體的物質性來塑造和定義陰性聲音。1994 年，安妮卡森在她著名的文章《聲音的性別》中指出，陰性的聲音自古以來常被視為 不理性和難以理解,被認為刺耳、不受歡迎、不被接受和卑鄙。從亞里斯多德、希波克 拉底——傳統到現代社會——陰性聲音往往被壓抑、調整和情感化。在女性聲音的語 境下，這包括政客經常使用的慣性聲音訓練，例如以英國首位女首相柴契爾夫人的聲 音作為外交、政治和談判的標準女性聲音。

Chulayarnnon Siriphol

He is currently living and working in Bangkok. Both a filmmaker and an artist, he employs moving images and his body as his main medium. His works are wide and varied in genre, ranging from short film, experimental film, documentary to performance video and video installations. From adaptations of local mythology and science fiction to transformation of analog body to digital spirituality, he questions contemporary issues and political ideology through his own sense of sarcasm.

現生活於泰國曼谷。西里彭既是電影製片人又是藝術 家，以流動影像和身體作為主要媒介。他的作品類型多 樣，從短片、實驗電影、紀錄片到表演錄像和錄像裝置。

ANG48, known in full as ANGSUMALIN 48, symbolizes the fictitious ""Alliance of Nippon Girls 48"". Drawing from the archives of Asian cinema across various nations, the film delves into the colonial dynamics through the lens of the renowned Thai novel Khu Kam. Its central character draws inspiration from a myriad of literary and cinematic sources portraying the relationships between Taiwanese, Thai, Filipino, and Japanese soldiers and local women, contextualizing women within the broader political and historical landscape of Asia. Chulayarnnon takes on the role of the protagonist Angsumalin, utilizing the ANGSUMALIN 48 Women's League to forge connections and provide support for Asian women hailing from diverse backgrounds, aiming to alleviate their physical and psychological scars stemming from the tumultuous eras of World War II and the Cold War.

Fuyuhiko Takata 高田冬彥

Born in Hiroshima, Takada completed his doctoral studies in the field of oil painting at the Graduate School of Fine Arts at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2017. Evocative of myths, legends, fairy tales, and other fantasy worlds, Takata creates vibrantly rich narratives through his self-produced cinematic pieces. Deceptively simple and often profoundly humorous, he meticulously crafts each vignette, often transforming his tiny apartment into elaborate homemade film sets while sculpting his own intricate and colorful props, which are themselves works of art.

出生於廣島縣，於2017年完成東京藝術大學大學院美 術研究科博士後期過程的油畫研究領域。高田通過自 制的影視作品，喚起人們對神話、傳說、童話和其他奇 幻世界的想象，創作出生動豐富的敘事。他的作品看似 簡單，卻往往蘊含著深層的幽默感，他精心創作每一個 小故事，經常把自己的小公寓打造成精致的自制影視布 景，同時雕刻細膩而多彩的道具，這些道具本身就是藝 術品。

Jie-Huai Yang 楊傑懷

Jie-Huai Yang was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1992. He graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts with a MFA in New Media Art and is currently a visual artist. Yang's artistic practice involves producing image narratives based on site through the method of editing images within those spaces. Focusing on various misaligned relationships in daily life, and capturing moments that are both absurd and romantic from them.

Po-Shun Lu 呂柏勳

Po-Shun Lu was born in 1992 in Yunlin, Taiwan. He graduated from the Department of Graphic Communication Arts with a double major in the Department of Film at National Taiwan University of Arts. He is currently studying at the Graduate Institute of Trans-Disciplinary Arts, focusing on contemporary visual culture and practices. He is dedicated to image-related creations, often transforming his personal experiences into his work to trace his life trajectory through images, extending these reflections to the state of existence of various communities and even collective life.

The Princess and the Magic Birds

This work is about the wet dream of an adolescent boy. In a room filled with sports equipment reminiscent of club activities, two little birds chirp a lascivious tale in the boy's ear: the story of an Arabian princess in the company of men of lower status, who breaks through the oppressive decorum expected of her status and the demands of her position to behave accordingly, in order to fulfill her desires and partake boldly of the pleasures of her life. It depicts both sides of the persona of a princess, which also has a darker side to it driven by sexual urges. These little birds, chirping their tale with rough, ragged breaths, plants the story of a human being drowning in lewd desires into the boy's pure innocent heart, but in the end, the story breaks off just as the climax of the scene approaches.

這部作品講述的是一個青春期男孩的遺夢，在一個充滿了體育器材的房間裡，兩隻小 鳥在男孩耳邊嘰嘰喳喳地唱著一個淫蕩的故事：一個阿拉伯公主與地位較低的男人在 一起的故事,她突破了對地位的壓抑禮節，因其女性身份與地位要求她必須做出「適當」 的行為，但同時內在渴望實現大膽享受的性生活樂趣。

它描繪了公主角色的兩面，具 有受性衝動驅動的一面。這些小鳥用粗啞的喘息聲嘰嘰喳喳地唱著故事，把人類沉溺 於淫欲的故事植入男孩純潔無邪的心靈，但最後故事在高潮即將來臨之際戛然而止。

Midnight Playground | 午夜遊樂場

In normal circumstances, the “playground” in a park, and the act of “playing” within it, evoke feelings of joy, relaxation, and childhood memories. However, in the artwork Midnight Playground, the artists offer a reinterpretation of the daytime park experience through the lens of queer culture, unveiling a hidden world of play that emerges under the cover of night, blending secrets, desires, and even elements of violence.

The videos interweave the artist’s intimate encounters and converSATions with strangers in the park, alongside a narrative depicting a miscarriage of justice during the White Terror era at Taipei New Park (now 228 Peace Memorial Park) in the 1950s. The artists trace the origins of queer park culture back to an earlier time— since the establishment of New Park, it has served as a vital social hub for Taipei’s queer community. However, when New Park is documented in materials related to the White Terror era, desire, politics, and public space are encompassed within a unique network of relations. The work was funded by MoCA Taipei and Chi-Wen Productions.

在一般情況下，公園的「遊樂場」，或者我們在遊樂場當中「玩」的行為，是歡樂、輕鬆， 甚至是童年美好回憶的表徵。然而，在作品《午夜遊樂場》中，藝術家透過酷兒文化的 公園場景，重新詮釋了白天公園的印象，讓隱藏在黑夜裡，一種混雜著秘密、情慾和暴 力的「玩」得以展現。

This event is divided into two parts. Participants can choose to attend one or both parts of the event. The first part is a transgender movie screening, followed by a discussion session for participants to share their views on the movie. The second part is the Trans Youth Human Library, where three Trans Youth members of GSC will share their different experiences. Readers will be able to ask questions about the members instantly and get to know each other.

In collaboration with local same-sex wedding planning company NEXT CHAPTER LGBT, we are proud to present “PRIDE TO WED,” a unique celebration bringing together couples of different sexual orientations and gender identities, as they collectively register their marriages and exchange vows with wedding officiants from Hong Kong and the United States. It marks a significant milestone in the journey towards marriage equality, honoring the diverse unions of all couples involved.

"PRIDE TO WED" has sought 10 couples of all sexual orientations and gender identities from open call. The couples will be sponsored and only need to pay a nominal fee of HKD 2 for overseas legal marriage registration services. This initiative aims to uphold the belief that everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, wealth, age, should have the right to marry. The day will be witnessed by various media outlets and organizations, who will capture the momentous occasion moments for these couples through interviews and photographs.

Trans persons encounter many challenges—it can be even more difficult for trans youth, as they may have to deal with the pressure and rejection from schools, family and friends. In this panel, we will have a trans youth who has gone through this process, a parent and a social worker who works with trans youth, to share their experiences and concerns, and what others can do to better support trans youth going through their gender transition.

Gender Empowerment is a charitable self-help organization (NGO) supporting the transgender community in Hong Kong.“Integrate into society, building harmony”is their vision, so that members of the transgender community would be able to help themselves and one another. By providing the appropriate information and resources, they help trans individuals go through the different stages of their gender transition, to adapt to the changes in their appearances, bodies, daily lives and social relationships. Gender Empowerment encourages everyone, especially transgender or gender diverse individuals, to positively live with their gender identities and gender expressions, and integrate into the society. They also provide support to family members of transgender persons.

性別空間是一個支援跨性別社群的慈善自助組織。以「融入社會，共建和諧」為目的出發，為跨性別者提供支援服務， 以達到社群自助互助。透過提供適切的資訊和資源，協助跨性別者在不同的性別過渡階段 (gender transition)，適 應其外表、身體、生活和社交上的轉變，鼓勵他們積極地以其自身的性別認同和性別表達去生活，並融入社會，且達 致社群自助互助，同時支援跨性別者的家人。

To celebrate queer literary culture, Eaton HK and Queer Reads Library co-present the first-ever Queer Reads Friends Market in Hong Kong. This event brings together 10 independent artists, writers, illustrators, and publishers from Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan, including Loneliness Books, Onebookhalf Gender Space, and Queer Migrant Workers. The market will also feature panels and workshops on self-publishing and printmaking specifically designed for gender and sexual minorities.

In this rubber stamp DIY sticker and flyer making workshop, partcipants are invited to learn the techniques required to turn their favorite queer patterns, symbols, and graphics into art, incorporating elements that represent their identities and celebrate queer culture. The workshop encourages participants to proudly showcase their identities through art and contribute to the vibrant celebration of Pride Month and its ongoing significance.

Queer Reads Library (QRL) 流動閱酷

Queer Reads Library (QRL) is a mobile collection of books and independently published zines centred around queer narratives and themes. Catalysed by the removal of ten LGBTQ-themed children’s books from public shelves by the Hong Kong Public Library in JUNe 2018, QRL was created in Autumn 2018 to cultivate a space where queer people can gather and celebrate their narratives. They are interested in where their library will take them and who wants to engage with queer histories and narratives, specifically through printed matter. QRL aims to connect and collaborate with queer Asian people in Asia and the diaspora.

As part of their journey to promote queer subculture throughout China, Queerest's Drag Scenes Tour will be concluding at Eaton HK. This party showcases the most audacious voices from Shanghai's queer underground scene, offering a night of extraordinary drag art. Featuring Yihao, Gypsy, Maggie—three emerging stars in the Shanghai drag scene—the performances will embrace their unapologetically queer selves, weaving together extravagant visuals and captivating movements to create an immersive experience that transports the audience to a drag paradise. The music lineup includes Teya Logos, a transgender DJ rising from the music scene of Manila, and Dai Nasty from Queerest bringing groovy EDM and warm house music.

Yihao is a queer born in Chongqing in the new millennium and now lives in Shanghai. He sticks to his camp and humanistic style of drag, constantly expanding the boundaries between himself and the local cultural scene, and becoming more and more brave and free in his creation and performance with the queers day after day.

Gypsy

Gypsy, born in 1996, during his study of environmental engineering, made more than 100 artistic pieces driven by his unrelenting desire to create. His works inlcude paintings, installations, performances, video and fashion designs. Gypsy's art is haunting and beautiful, grounded in physicality but at the same time unreal and otherworldly.

Dai Nasty

Dai Nasty is a Beijing gal who makes their home in Shanghai's queer underground. She turns intergalactic looks and tricks, and loves being that bitch with the microphone who bants and chats whilst showing off her vocal prowess. As a DJ, any genre goes in her music book, but she favors groovy EBM and warm house sounds with queer flavours. Sponken voices over garage beats are her language of love.

Dai Nasty 是一位北京女孩，在上海的地下酷兒群體中安家。 她會變出星際間的樂子和技巧，並且喜歡成為那個拿 著麥克風的婊子，一邊說著髒話一邊聊天，同時炫耀她的聲樂實力。作為一名 DJ，她的音樂中涵蓋了任何流派，但 她偏愛時髦的 EBM 和帶有酷兒風味的溫暖 house 聲音。

Teya Logos

Teya Logos brings a harshly militant edge to her productions, an echo of her own focus on the colonised, the queer, and the struggles of women. Her productions meld grim blasts of noise with ferocious hardcore, cacophonous noise, and budots—a grassroots variation on EDM emerging from Davao City, regarded as the first »Filipino-fied« electronic music and created as a soundtrack to the street dance of the same name. She has freshed off a solid year including touring through Asia and Australia and DJing Boiler Room Manila and playing in CTM Festival in Berlin.

"Crip," a term historically used as slang for "cripple", is currently undergoing a process of reclamation by the disabled community. It has become an identity through which individuals express pride in being part of the disability community and resilience in the face of the ongoing struggle for rights, equity, and resistance against ableism and oppression.

In collaboration with c.95d8, Eaton HK proudly presents the inaugural Crip Art Residency exhibition, along with panels and workshops. This program delves into the creation of art rooted in the lived experiences of crips, aiming to dismantle the invisible barriers imposed by disability and foster a truly inclusive art ecosystem.

How does bodily perception affect behavior and decision-making? Our thoughts and decisions are influenced by our bodies and the environment. Whether colors are bright or dark, temperatures are cold or warm, textures are rough or smooth, all these sensations can surprisingly influence our actions and decisions.

Instructor 導師 Yeung Siu Fong 楊小芳

Yeung graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art). Yeung's creative works attempt to recognize the ‘body’ and see it as an object from different perspectives and observations. She explores relationships between the soul and the physique and expresses her ‘body’ via various media. Her recent series comprises paintings, ceramics, video, sound, and installation. Apart from participating in artistic creation, Yeung is also a performance artist.

畢業於澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學藝術文學士（純藝術）學位課程。其創作嘗試以不同 的角度及觀察重新認識「身體」這個物體，並透過「身體」去探討靈魂與肉體的關係， 同時嘗試以不同媒介去呈現及表達。近期作品涉獵多樣媒介，將繪畫、陶瓷、影像、聲 音及行為結合為一系列作品呈現。除參與藝術創作，楊氏亦為一名行為藝術家。

Crip used to be under the name of “disabled ( 殘疾 )” in the Chinese language. This exhibition sees a new possibility of reclaiming Crip in the context as kyut3 ( 夬 ), the 43rd hexagram of I-Ching. Whereas 夬 bears a meaning of being damaged, is the hexagram of breakthrough. 夬 , a root of multiple Chinese characters – 決玦訣抉 缺 , generates diverse understandings and infinite potentials amongst imperfections.

夬：意為分別，音為「怪」，亦為「決」音。 易經六十四卦之一。　，端看五陽一陰，實 六爻皆可變。「夬兒」取其意，卻不定其義。 別人當夬兒（Crip ）是與完整有別的「缺」， 然而在社會統一的能力主義規範下作為個 體誰無缺？而「夬」與不同部首配對，便走 到不同方向，可以是堅定不屈的「決」、半 環玉佩的「玦」、與人辭別的「訣」、眾中挑 選的「抉」等。正如人生，圓缺陰晴；而夬 兒有無限可能性.......

Chan Mei Tung is a person with different abilities and preferences. She likes to eat vegetarian food and dislikes eating meat; she is skilled at dancing; but not so adept at counting beats or memorizing choreography. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in humanities and is currently a freelance worker, teaching yoga, reading and writing, dancing, modeling life drawings, and doing performance art.

陳美彤，能力喜好各各有別的任何人。喜歡食素，不喜歡食肉；擅長舞動，不擅長數拍 子記動作。人文學本科畢業，現為自由身工作者，教瑜伽﹑讀書寫字﹑跳舞﹑做人體寫 生模特兒﹑做行為藝術。

Chiu Wai-chi (Chi) 趙惠芝

Chiu Wai-chi (Chi) was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was nine years old. She has been passionate about painting since young. Chi attained a Diploma in Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and further pursued studies in Drawing at the Slade School of Fine Art of University College London in 2015. Chi started exploring sand painting in 2010 and now works as a full-time sand artist and an art tutor.

趙惠芝自小鍾情於繪畫，畢業於香港理工大學設計學文憑課程，及於 2015年前往倫 敦斯萊德藝術學院修讀繪畫課程。她於 2010年開始接觸沙畫，現為全職沙畫師及藝 術導師。

Fong Tsz Ying 方芷盈

Fong Tsz Ying lost her hearing due to contracting German measles at birth. She started getting into painting during her secondary school years and later aspired to become a comic artist. She graduated from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, majoring in graphic design. After graduation, she continued creating comics and set up the "My Silent World" Facebook page in 2012 to share her comic works.

方芷盈因出生時患德國麻疹而失去聽覺。中學階段開始接觸繪畫，後立志成為漫畫家。

畢業於香港專業教育學院，修讀平面設計課程。她畢業後繼續創作漫畫，並在2012 年開設「我的無聲世界」Facebook主頁，分享她的漫畫作品。

Ip Pui Pui, an artist who is deeply captivated by the power emanating from text, to the point that most of her creations naturally and unconsciously manifest in textual form. Since childhood, she has developed a habit of observing people’s converSATions, reflecting on them and feeling their “soul”.

At the same time, she is a CODA (Children of Deaf Adults). She is happy to teach Hong Kong-style family sign language.

Jeremy Hawkes is a multi-disciplinary artist, writer, teacher and occasional performer with over 30 years’ experience exhibiting extensively in Australia and overseas. He is a passionate advocate and activist for people living with disability, particularly those in creative fields. He is currently a Board member of the national peak arts and disability organisation, Arts Access Australia.

Establish a fully accessible venue with the focus on nurturing artistic ability. How do you perceive the relationship between disability and art? In this talk, Janet Tam, an advocate for disability, arts, and access who has worked extensively in both Hong Kong and the UK, will share the development of disability arts in Hong Kong and draw on her experiences in both locations to look at how different models of disability arts are viewed and referred to. Is the "grass greener" for disability arts in the UK? This talk invites cultural workers and friends interested in exploring the organisational practices of disability arts.

Janet Tam 譚美卿 (she/her)

Executive Director/Co-CEO, Something To Aim For (UK) Janet has worked across disability, access and art for over 20 years. She joined Something To Aim For in 2022. Previously the Executive Director of the Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong, she particularly enjoys building platforms and infrastructures to facilitate better access and more diversity in the arts. She is a proud trustee of Birds of Paradise Theatre and a cancer survivor.

Voidpunk is a punk subculture that is centred around the idea of reclaiming dehumanization or demonization faced as a marginalized minority, whether directly or indirectly. Its focus on embracing what society says isn't human enough which leads Voidpunks to reject 《 humanity》 under the exclusive and narrow-minded definition. This of course, led Voidpunk to be inherently inclusive of everyone there who is acting in good faith, so it is the opposite of humanity in that way.

Seeking for a part of yourselves that may have been lost in the voids of human society's norms: The corrosive Mercury's extraterrestrial enticing in the corners, the female felines of the west, the echoing of Cthulhu's shadows, or Envy the Pumpkins Samurai? In the end, they are all the lost humanities from the daily. So, together, we pile up the scriptures of VPA - mm24 - 1 and document the ways of calling upon him/her/it/their/... from the void again.

VPA - mm24 - 1 project confidently offers a stimulating and engaging workshop for individuals who seek to explore and express their Void punk identities. Through self-identity exploration and avatar development, makeup and dress-up, and other creative exercises, participants will deepen their self-awareness and reveal alternative aspects of their identities and stories. This inclusive environment values individuals of any age, gender, or background and welcomes everyone to participate.

若有人兮山之阿，被薜荔兮帶女羅 — 《山鬼》 屈原 虛空龐克是一種龐克次文化，其核心概念是顛覆邊緣化 少數群體直接或間接面臨的非人化或妖魔化。它擁抱於 社會而言不夠人性的東西，這種人類排他和狹隘的定義 導致虛空龐克拒絕人性。 這當然意味住虛空龐克本質上 包容了每一個真誠行事的人，因其固與人倫背反。

In the first workshop, Holok shares what Voidpunk actually is, and through thinking exercise leads participatns to summon and re-construct their "voidsona".

Chris Chung 鍾楚翹

Chris Chung Cho Kiu, due to his boring university life, he and his friends co-founded the “House of Insomnia” ( 失 眠會舍 ) to explore possibility of bottom-up change through a series of community projects. From the "Hmm, I want to walk away from this human world" Voidpunk project, to participating in the [VPA-mm24] project, it's because he feels he doesn't fit in with humans and hopes to expand his social circle in the universe. Starting from a "non-human" perspective, he is trying to rediscover the "non-human" language that can help him overcome his speechlessness.

鍾楚翹，曾因為大學生活各種迷惘，同夥伴創立「失眠會舍」，實驗一系列社區項目，探索由下而上改變的可能性。 因為無法融入人群中，由「嗯，我想行開吓呢個人類世界」Voidpunk 企劃到參與 [VPA-mm24] 計畫，希望擴闊宇宙 間社交圈子。從「非人」的角度開始，重新找回能夠令自己脫離失語的「非人」語言。

RiK Yu 余榮基

RiK Wing Kei Yu is a passionate artist who explores the idea of "self" and how it fits into today's world through different art forms like performances, drawings, installations, and traditional heritage crafting. As part of the [VPAmm24] initiative, Yu will take on the duty of Red Mage, hallooing the lost part of the “self” from the void - in order to reconstruct the existence of “non-human” within the “self” and its relationship to the contemporary.

Un Foot Good Spirit Un 腳不敗旅團

“Un foot good spirit” is made up of a group of slightly grown-up kid. In the film “McDull, Prince de la Bun”, one of the main characters, McDull's Un foot (foot tapping) habit , had the reason of "not wanting to move but not wanting to stay put", embodying the spirit of not wanting to get out of bed if possible. “Un foot good spirit” hasn't even thought about what they can do, so they just find more people to join them to 'Un Un foot' together, with the most serious attitude, to defeat the boring world without love and care.

Un腳不敗旅團由一群長大了一點點的屁孩組成。《麥兜菠蘿油王子》裏，其中一個主角麥炳Un腳的原因是「不想 走動又不想定住」。秉持如果可以，唔會起床嘅精神。Un腳不敗旅團都未諗到可以做啲乜嘢，只好搵多啲人一齊Un

Four young men carry a sculpture of a boat through an Australian desert landscape. This act of failing masculinity is inspired by the story of the colonial explorer Charles Sturt who took whale boats on his expeditions into Central Australia, believing he would find an inland sea.

This work explores ideas of fandom and masculinity, as we see two figures in a dark room on thermal camera, one sleeping and one watching. The sleeping figure, a famous Australian footballer, is watched by the artist in an act of endurance that reflects the obsession of sports fans and vulnerable states of masculinity.

作品探討粉絲群和男子氣概的概念，我們在熱像儀上看到暗室中的兩個人物，一個在 睡覺，一個在觀看。藝術家注視著這位熟睡的澳洲著名足球運動員，反映了體育迷的 痴迷和男性氣概的脆弱狀態。

These three videos, screened together, represent the first recorded moment in (European) queer history in Australia: a sodomy trial following the wreck of the Dutch ship the Zeewijk in 1727 where two young men were sentenced to death by marooning. The works consist of a re-creation of the final journey the young men took alongside video portraits of two descendants of the men involved.

Untitled (Gasp!) comprises a series of short clips of men and boys gasping in horror films, usually as a fear response. The rapid staccato of images and audio creates a visceral, embodied response to the large projected image. Conceptually, the work reflects an interest in the history of queer horror and how male gasps represent a break from dominant expectations of masculinity.

作品包含一系列恐怖電影中，男人和男孩因恐懼而喘氣的片段。影像和音訊的快速斷 奏創造了對大型投影影像的發自內心的、具體的反應。從概念上講，這部作品反映了 對酷兒恐怖史的興趣，以及男性的喘息如何突破對男性氣質的主流期望。

Prof. Drew Pettifer 教授

Prof. Drew Pettifer is an artist and Associate Professor in Fine Art at RMIT University, Melbourne. His work examines queer history, the archive, social practice, and representation through creative practice. Using art as a vehicle to foreground critical queer histories which have been systematically under-represented or excluded from dominant archives, his recent research has focused on revealing hidden histories.

Drew Pettifer教授是一位藝術家兼皇家墨爾本理工大學藝術系副教授。他的作品審 視酷兒歷史、檔案、社會實踐及表徵。他近年的研究專注於揭示隱藏的歷史。他以藝 術作為工具，揭示被主導性檔案所忽視或排除的重要酷兒歷史。

“Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.” (John 6:12)

The exhibition is a collection of fragments from the daily life of cartoonist and illustrator Ahko in the last 10 years. The earliest sketches were drawn to communicate with his toddler son, who was found to have Autism Spectrum Disorder at an early age. The latest sketches are from the past few years, when he found it difficult to communicate with his son after his wife passed away. These sketches failed to bridge his connection to his son, but instead became a way for Ahko to express and understand his own emotions.

The sketches are all impromptu works, accompanied by audio clips capturing Ahko’s recollections upon revisiting them. Every sketch-voice pair tells a story from their deeply entwined lives as father-and-son: the complex emotions of life with ASD, the helplessness and confusion, their brotherhood, and the fear of pain in intimacy. The intensity exceeds even the most codependent romantic relationships.

Each piece of paper records a snippet from the past with vivid details. Ahko movingly tells his personal story with artistic sensitivity. The complex experience of his ASD family is at once a personal journey, as well as a resonating shared narrative for families with similar conditions.

是次展覽展出漫畫家和插畫家阿高過去10年生活的零碎片段，創作草圖來自日常 生活的需要和感悟。最早的草圖是為了與他有自閉症譜系障礙(Autism Spectrum Disorder)、當時還未學會語言交流的幼年兒子溝通。近年的草圖是他們在妻子去世後， 發現很難與兒子溝通，希望畫像能夠跨越語言，讓他與兒子再次聯繫。草圖縱使無法 成為父子之間的連結，卻成為阿高宣洩和理順自己情感的一個渠道。

草圖創作都是即興而發，充滿私密的情感表達。展覽並附有聲音記錄，捕捉阿高在重 溫草圖時的回憶。每一組草圖和配音，都講述了作為父子的他們，生活中緊密交織的 故事。阿高的內心飽含複雜的情感，既有愛又有恨,他倆像兄弟般死生與共，但又為 自己的無能而困惑；他既想靠近、又怕傷害自己和孩子。這段關係，比起一對吵架、但 又不能失去彼此的情侶，更加激烈。

每張紙都記錄著一段過往，細節生動。阿高的藝術敏感度和用心的生活，讓他能夠深 情講述自己的個人故事，有感染人的能力。作品中融入深厚的個人的經歷和感受，歷 程既是個人，也代表了許多同路人的故事。

Neurodiversity can be seen as a form of "queerness"a natural variation that exists outside of societal norms. Neurodivergent individuals, their families and carers face marginalization and discrimination in society, similar to the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community. This shared experience of being miSUNderstood, stigmatized, and denied access to resources and opportunities creates a natural alliance between the neurodivergent community and the LGBTQ+ one. Both groups seek to dismantle narrow societal norms and expand the definition of "normal.” Creative and artistic expression is a way to assert and validate their identity and experiences, and also a channel to tell the general public about the diversity of humanity.

神經多樣性可以被視為「酷兒」的一種形式 ─ 一種存在 於社會規範之外的自然變異。神經分歧的個人、其家人 和照顧者面臨邊緣化和社會中的歧視，與 LGBTQ+ 族 群面臨的挑戰類似，皆面對著被誤解、污名化、被拒絕 獲得資源的經歷。兩個社群積極尋求廢除狹隘的社會 規範，擴大「正常」的定義，藉著創意和藝術表達其身份 和經驗，並告知大眾人類的多樣性。是次座談藝術家阿 高將分享其個人經歷，介紹作品的創作歷程及概念。

Ahko 阿高

Ahko, cartoonist and illustrator, produces illustrations for books and textbooks, and also publishes comics in newspapers and online. He has written comic books on ordinary stories of ordinary people. He is also a proponent and author of picture books. His other identity is that of a father of a son with ASD. As a special father-and-son duo, Ahko stands closely by his son, both learning to grow on the neurodivergent journey.

阿高，漫畫家及插畫師。多年來從事教科書及書籍插圖製作，並於報章及網上發表漫畫故事。著有漫畫《高高在下》、 《小香港人》及《殺狗記》等，都是聚焦關注都市裡的小人物小故事。近年亦從事推廣兒童繪本，分享繪本賞析及創 作經驗。繪本作品有《搜書包》及《噢!玻璃瓶打破了!》。阿高的另外一個身份，就是一位自閉症ASD男孩的家長， 這些年陪伴著孩子，一起以「特殊父子檔」的定位，一起學習在SEN的腦力多元路上成長。

HASS Lab

Founded by visual artist Pak Sheung Chuen and cultural producer Cherry Chan, HASS Lab is a collective of artists and cross-disciplinary producers dedicated to advocating art and artist thinking as a new way of understanding and valuing society. In Hong Kong, lesbians are often more visible in public spaces than gay men. Yet, paradoxically, they are also seen as relatively invisible: severe attacks against lesbians are rare in Hong Kong, and there are no laws or policies specifically addressing lesbian issues, nor are there health services focused on lesbians. Lesbians in Hong Kong exist in this state of being both visible and invisible, throughout the city's spaces and history.

On the occasion of the publication of "Speaking a Connected Tongue: An Oral History of Older Lesbians in Hong Kong" and the release of the film "From Now On", Dr. Sonia Wong has invited the two authors of the book, Dr. Denise Tang and independent journalist Yan Ng. From Dr. Denise Tang's 2011 work "Conditional Spaces: Hong Kong Lesbian Desires and Everyday Life" to the oral histories in "Speaking a Connected Tongue", two generations of scholars and authors specializing in local lesbian studies will gather to discuss the living conditions of three generations of lesbians in Hong Kong.

在香港，女同志在公共空間的能見度甚至可以說是比男 同志更高；但另一方面，女同志一向被認為是相對隱形的： 香港鮮有針對女同志的嚴重攻擊，在法律及政策層面， 既沒有針對女同志的法例，也沒有關注女同志健康的服 務。香港的女同志就是在這個既能見又隱形的狀態一直 存在於我城的空間及歷史之中。

適逢《同聲同氣：香港年長女同志口述史》出版及電影 《從今以後》上映，黃鈺螢博士特別邀請到《同聲同氣》 兩位作者鄧芝珊教授及獨立記者伍詠欣談新書的研究 及寫作歷程。兩代本地女同志研究者聚首一堂，談三代 香港女同志在能見與隱形之間的生存狀態，以及有關的 歷史書寫。

Dr. Sonia Wong 黃鈺螢博士

Sonia WONG now teaches gender and culture-related subjects at the Gender Studies Programme of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include local history, lesbian identity, female sexuality, film, and new media. In 2013, she founded Reel Women Hong Kong, the first and only independent film festival in Hong Kong devoted to the promotion of female-created films and artworks. In 2018, she co-founded the Women’s Festival with Chantal Wong and Vera Lui to further the cause. Apart from her own organizations, Sonia is also actively advocating for gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights and migrant issues.

黃鈺螢博士現為大學講師，於香港中文大學性/別研究課程任教，專門教授與本土歷 史、女性情慾、女性主義及平權運動、媒體與文化的性/別分析等相關科目。黃氏於 2013年創辦了香港第一個致力推廣女性藝術創作的獨立電影節「女影香港」，並於 2018年與Eaton HK及Sally Coco聯合創辦了「Women’s Festival HK 女人節」， 繼續以創新方式推動性/別平等與社會革新。除此之外，黃氏亦積極參與不同社群組 織，為女性、性暴力受害者、移民工、LGBTQ+等爭取權益。

Prof. Denise Tang 鄧芝珊教授

Prof. Denise Tse-Shang TANG is Associate Professor in the Department of Cultural Studies at Lingnan University, Hong Kong. Her research specializes in gender and sexualities with specific focus onlesbian desires and transgender masculinities in an inter-Asian context. Prior to entering academia, Tang was program manager, California state-certified HIV testing counselor and treatment advocate for communities including Asian & Pacific Islander LGBTQI+, survivors of sexual violence, First Nations women and youth in San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver B.C.

鄧芝珊教授現為嶺南大學文化研究系副教授，主要著作有學術專書 《Conditional Spaces: Hong Kong Lesbian Desires and Everyday Life》（香港大學出版社， 2011）、《同聲同氣：香港年長女同志口述史》（手民出版社，2024），其他文章散見於 國際學術期刊。電影《從今以後》的聯合監製，曾於2004年至2005年擔任香港同志 影展節目總監。作為社群組織者，曾於溫哥華、西雅圖及三藩市婦女組織 、社區健康 中心及同志機構任職多年。

Yan Ng 伍詠欣

Yan NG worked as a news and feature editor in Ming Pao Weekly, covering stories of social issues for Book B. Her work received an honourable mention in "Investigative Feature Writing" from Human Rights Press Awards in 2021. As an independent journalist, she has been focusing on sexual and gender minorities topics. Her work can be found in various media outlets including Initium Media, HK Feature and Yahoo OLO. Core member of producing the book “ 大愛同誌 ” and the first Pink Dot HK. Co-author of the book "Oral Histories of Older Lesbians and Bisexual Women in Hong Kong" and “ 集合吧！香港青年踐行社企新理想 ”.

伍詠欣為前《明周》專題組編輯，採訪社會議題，撰寫Book B的封面故事，曾獲人權 新聞獎頒發「解釋性特寫優異獎」。關注性／別小眾議題，曾編寫及協助出版《大愛 同誌》，協辦香港首屆「一點粉紅」。現為獨立記者，報導散見於《端傳媒》、《誌 HK Feature》、《好習慣》等平台，合著有《同聲同年：香港年長女同志口述史》及《集合吧！ 香港青年踐行社企新理想》。

While AIDS awareness campaigns are the cornerstones of LGBTQ+ development in many societies, Hong Kong’s LGBTQ+ development is quite different from that in Western countries, with AIDS continuing to occupy unique and conflicting positions - as the now-forgotten starting point of awareness and organizing, as continuous taboo and stigma both inside and outside of the community, as a focal point of public health campaigns, as the main source of funding of LGBT related services, but above all, silence. It is the silence of all voices but the official, medicalized public health narrative; it is the absence of personal and community stories, memories, and history of how it impacted people back then, and how it continues to affect us today.

What is our history with AIDS, and why is it important to talk about it now? Let’s get together to start the converSATion about how AIDS was and has been experienced, remembered, talked about, and how our present is being shaped by its narratives and silence.

是次座談會圍繞香港愛滋病（所缺乏的）歷史及其在塑 造本港LGBTQ+運動、服務和社群的影響。儘管在許多 國家，尤其在美國，愛滋病意識運動是LGBTQ+權利運 動的基礎，但香港的LGBTQ+運動卻走上了一條截然 不同的軌跡。愛滋病在這裡有著獨特且矛盾的位置—— 作為社群內外持續的禁忌和污名；作為公眾關注的焦點； 作為LGBT相關服務的主要資金來源；但最重要的，是 作為一種沉默的存在。這是一種除了官方、醫學科學和 公共衛生的聲音以外，徹底的緘默。這是缺乏其如何影 響前人及我們個人和社群的故事、記憶，及歷史。

我們與愛滋病的歷史是什麼？討論這一議題的重要性 何在？讓我們一起展開這場對話，探討愛滋病過去及現 在，以及在不同的故事和沉默下我們的當下被如何塑 造。

Connie Chan 陳文慧

Having been working in Hong Kong and international right-based NGOs for over 20 years, Connie is experienced in campaigning, advocacy, and activism, with solid know-how on strategic planning and capacity building, and committed herself in walking with LGBT+ and marginalized communities in advocating for justice and human rights. Connie Chan is currently working with a local green group.

陳文慧在香港及國際人權非政府組織工作超過20年，在競選、倡議和行動方面經驗豐富，具有紮實的策略規劃和 能力建設知識，致力於與LGBT+和邊緣群體同行倡導正義和人權。Connie 目前正與本地綠色組織合作。

Prof. Yiu-tung Suen 孫耀東教授

Prof. Suen Yiu Tung is Associate Professor of Gender Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where he is an Associate Professor of Public Health and Primary Care (by courtesy).

His research concerns the impact of sexual orientation and gender identity related laws and policies (and the lack thereof) on the lives of LGBT+ people themselves and the wider society. Besides publishing widely across many fields in academia, his research is known for being highly impactful. He has been a consultant and written reports for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), and advised the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for their research. Locally, he led the largest-scale research in Hong Kong Equal Opportunities Commission’s history of commissioned research. He is an appointed member of the Hong Kong Advisory Council on AIDS of the Department of Health of the HKSAR Government. He is Adviser and Past Vice-Chairperson of AIDS Concern Hong Kong. He frequently addresses a wide range of audiences including policy makers, business leaders, lawyers, healthcare professionals, and service providers.

孫耀東教授是香港中文大學性別研究副教授，並擔任公共衛生與基層醫療副教授。他的研究涉及性取向和性別認同 相關法律和政策（及其缺乏）對 LGBT+ 人群本身和更廣泛社會生活的影響。除學術發表外，他的研究極具影響力， 他曾擔任聯合國開發計畫署（UNDP）和國際勞工組織（ILO）的顧問並撰寫報告，並為亞洲開發銀行（ADB）的研究 提供建議。在本地，他領導了香港平等機會委員會委託研究史上最大規模的研究。彼獲委任為香港特別行政區政府 衛生署香港愛滋病諮詢委員會成員。他是關注愛滋病香港組織的顧問兼前副主席。他經常向廣泛的受眾發表演講， 包括政策制定者、商界領袖、律師、醫療保健專業人員和服務提供者。

Jerome Yau 邱銘諾

Jerome Yau is Chief Executive of AIDS Concern and Co-founder of Hong Kong Marriage Equality. He has years of experience in the voluntary, non-profit and education sectors, focusing on communication, strategic engagement, policy research and public affairs. Jerome is passionate about advancing social justice and promoting LGBT+ health and inclusion. He is a strong advocate for mobilizing for change through positive narratives. Jerome has a strong background of working with different stakeholders, including policymakers, community activists, diversity, equity and inclusion practitioners, and healthcare providers. He is committed to enhancing people's well-being through evidence-based practices.

The screening will present a compilation of shorts by Hong Kong acclaimed deaf film director Anthony Cheung, and followed by a conversation about deaf filmmaking in Hong Kong.

Anthony Cheung 張倬豪

Anthony Cheung is a Hong Kong deaf filmmaker. Cheung has been a regular participant in the Hong Kong's film festivals and his films have been shown at Deaf film festivals in Britain, USA, mainland China, Taiwan etc. In 2019 he succeeded in getting an Arts Development Council (ADC) grant to produce his latest film "Let the Chips Fall" which we are showing in the 10th Hong Kong International Deaf Film Festival. He believes that Deaf film is not just an intermediate media, but also carries emotions, stories, culture and imagination of the Deaf.

張倬豪，香港聾人電影製片人。

張氏是香港電影節的常客，其電影曾在英國、美國、中國大陸、台灣等地的聾人電影 節上放映。其電影《Let the Chips Fall》於2019年獲香港藝術發展局資助，並於第十屆香港國際聾人電影節放映。 他認為聾人電影不僅是一種媒介，還承載著聾人的情感、故事、文化和想像。

Brainfood was co-founded by Mr. Aaron Wong and Ms. Cat H.-M. Fung in summer of 2018. Sign language, as a visual language, serves as one of the brain foods which stimulates how we navigate our daily lives with eyes and vision. We offer sign language courses and provide sign language interpreting services. Collaborating with different local Deaf artists and professionals, Brainfood also serves as a hub to promote Deaf awareness and sign language as a human right.

腦舍是一間於2018年夏季由聾人和手語譯者一同創辦的手語教室，成立的宗旨為以手語作為腦袋的食糧，用手語 激發我們大腦的潛能。日常除了提供由聾人導師授課的香港手語課程和提供手語傳譯服務外，同時為本地手語譯者 提供培訓、支援及工作機會。我們也與本地聾人和譯者緊密合作，向大眾推廣聾人文化，倡議手語為基本的人權。

This panel will shed light on the socio-legal advocacy and artistic practices, on 'legal capacity', 'Community Treatment Order' and 'compulsory admission' from the perspective of the Convention on the Rights of Person with Disabilities (CRPD), and raising discussion through personal experiences, case studies and law reform studies. Sophie will explore the issue of dignity of people with disabilities impacted by the policies and treatments imposed by the medical system and legal system, and how we can restore their lost dignity by affirming their humanities and reinforcing their agency through artistic and creative practices.

討論將從《殘疾人權利公約》（CRPD）的角度闡述「法 律能力」、「社區治療令」和「強制接納」，說明社會法 律倡導工作和藝術實踐何以介入其中，並提出通過個人 經歷、案例研究和法律改革研究進行討論。Sophie 將 探討受醫療和法律系統施加的政策和治療影響的殘疾 人的尊嚴問題，以及我們如何透過藝術和創意實踐肯 定他們的人文性，並加強他們的能動性來恢復他們失 去的尊嚴。

Sophie Cheung 張馨儀

Sophie Cheung is an artist, educator and advocate on the rights of all individuals in society to fulfil their full potential, particularly the marginalzied and disabled. In 2015, Cheung published Disabilities CV: The Stories of the Persons with Psycho-social Disability in Hong Kong, which examines the multi-faceted experience of disability in an attempt to effect a paradigm shift towards social inclusion. She is a contributor to the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).

張馨儀是一位藝術家、教育家及倡導者，提倡邊緣化群體和殘疾人充分發揮潛力的權利。2015年，張出版了《殘 疾人簡歷：香港心理社會殘疾人的故事》，探討了殘疾人的多方面經歷，試圖實現社會包容的範式轉變。 她亦有參 與《聯合國身心障礙者權利公約》（CRPD）修編工作。 她的藝術實踐關注心靈的探索以及兒童心理健康等問題。
