A Fixed Design uses one of our standard design layouts. Just supply your own images, captions and advert, which will be placed into our template.
A Flexi Design is a more customised product that allows you to supply your own calendar design, limited only by the paper size or print area available for your chosen product. A flexi design allows you to apply your identity across the whole calendar, with your images, fonts and colours to really showcase your brand. We can design this to your specifications, or you can supply us with print-ready PDF files.
While we've tried to keep things simple by offering certain sizes within our Flexi Designs, the sky really is the limit. If you prefer a different binding or paper weight, wish to add a cover or extra page for a personalised message, or want to change the size completely, we can work with you to create your perfect calendar!

Struggling with the pictures?
We are happy to help! We have access to a huge library of images and can put together options to fit your unique request. From tractors to kittens, local scenery to more artsy imagery, we will find what works for you.
Taking your own photos is a great option too. If you would like some help, our team can assist you to select the best images from your own collection to showcase your business.
Looking for some expert tips?
When taking a photo think about whether it needs to be wider or taller to match the image area — most of our products have a wider image area, but not all.
If the photo looks a bit fuzzy on your screen, it will look worse in print. The end result is determined by the quality of the supplied images. Setting your camera to the largest photo size will help with this.
If you are using a photographer, ask them to send the image at 300dpi at the full size specified on the spec sheets which are available for download on our website. This will maximise your image quality.
