About Dr. B.L. Maheshwari

Dr. BL Maheshwari, founder of COD was a man of many talents – prodigious intellect, strength of character, integrity and idealism. ‘B.L.’ as he is affectionately known, chose Organization Development, Leadership and Change as his lifework. COD is the symbol of his lifelong dedication to the cause of training, consulting and research.

Dr. Maheshwari is a prolific author, having written nine books and published over 100 articles and numerous book reviews. He served as a consultant to various government and business organizations in India, and heldpositionsonseveralboardsofcompaniesandresearchorganizations.

Dr. Maheshwari's achievements have been recognized in prestigious publications such as Marquis Who's who in the World, Reference Asia, Biography International, Indo-American Who's Who, and Indo European Who'sWho.

Dr. B.L. Maheshwari's vast knowledge, expertise, and accomplishments makehimaninvaluablefigureinthefieldofOrganizationDevelopment.His legacycontinuestoinspireandguidetheworkoftheinstitutehefounded.
