Fall programs - 2025 Helpful information Accommodations: If you or your family have questions about inclusion or would like to request a program accommodation, please email Programs@Easton.MA.US. We will do our best to modify aspects of our programs to provide accessible activities.

Waivers: Waivers are required for all town programming. For youth programs, guardians will need to sign forms on the participants' behalf.

Drop-in Programs: No need to register, just arrive at the time the event is taking place and enjoy!

Maximum/Minimum Participants: Due to program structure, some of our activities will require upper and lower participation limits. Programs that do not meet lower limits may be canceled, refunded, and rescheduled.

Refunds: Refund policies may vary by programs.

Programs cancelled or with unanticipated changes in schedule will receive a full refund. Requests outside of 2 weeks will receive a full refund Requests within 2 weeks of a program will not receive a refund.

Punch cards (Fitness and Art) and swim memberships are non-refundable.

All other refund requests are at the discretion of the Community Programs office We will not refund credit card convenience fees. All refunds will be done via check unless otherwise stated.

Programs Requiring Punchcards: Punchcards can be purchased online, with the QR Code below, or at Frothingham Hall during regular business hours. Passes can be picked up prior to your first class at the front desk at Frothingham Hall. Programs with pre-registration are not eligible for punch card use. See pricing below!

School’s Out: December Break Program!

December Break Program What to expect: The Town of Easton will be putting on a December Break Program this winter.

This program is designed to offer a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all children while school is out. In addition to the fun, this program provides parents with a reliable child care options during EPS Winter Break.

When: December 29th, 30th, 31st, and January 2nd from 9am - 3pm.

Early Care: 8am - 9am Where: Blanche Ames Elementary, 50 Spooner St. North Easton, MA Who: Grades from K- 5th. Max of 30 kids per day.

How much?: EARLY BIRD RATE: $200/wk (opens 10/1, ends 11/1) Regular rate: $225/wk, or, $65/day (number of slots pending Early Bird signups) Early care: $25/week Registration: We also ask that families make our office aware of any pertinent information for their child related to allergies, medications, or other details our team should be aware of.

Counselor in Training Program What to expect: This program offers middle schoolers an opportunity to build their resume, and try out a leadership experience while working with children.

These participants will help our team run activities, work with campers, and learn life skills! For 6th, 7th & 8th graders.

Registration: Open in October Program signups are for each week. We will set our initial maximum for each week at 10 CIT’s. As we hire additional staff, we will increase our registration limits accordingly.

Weekly rate: $110 Daily rate: $20 Early care: $25/week

Fall programs - 2025 Adult Sports Programs: Pickleball Lessons..........................+18yrs old.........................$95 Varying levels of instruction covering the rules and basics of Pickleball. 4 week program run monthly. Private/Group lessons are also available upon request. Email Programs@Easton.ma.us for details. All lessons will take place @ Unionville Courts at various times. Registration starts in September for our October session Min/Max 3 and 5 per group. Waitlists are available for each session.

Pickleball -Doubles Ladder Leagues.......+18yrs old............$65 Ladies only - Social activity, Wednesdays 4:30-Sunset. 9/3-10/8 Beginner - Adv.-Beginner - Social activity, Mondays 5:30-Sunset. 9/8-10/13 <3.5 DUPR League - Competitive, Thursdays 4:30-Sunset. 9/11-10/16 All leagues are held at Unionville Courts unless otherwise stated at registration.

Partners are not needed for signup as players will rotate. For DUPR leagues, facilitators will routinely verify participants reported skill level to ensure fairness.

Fall programs - 2025 Adult Sports Programs: Co-ed Pickup Soccer........................+15yrs old......................$45 Easton's Coed Pickup Soccer registration is open to all men and women 15 years and older. These games will be social and competitive in nature.

Participants will play against other individuals of all skill levels. Players should bring a dark and white shirt. 9/14-11/23, 9am-10:30am on Sundays @ Keach field. Registration is open and new participants are welcome. Min/Max of 20 and 40 participants.

Adult Co-ed Volleyball .................+18yrs old......................$145 Competitive league with other Easton residents and patched volleyball officials. Participants can enter full teams or register as individuals and be placed on teams. Registration opens in August. 9/11 tryouts. 9/18 start 12/18, from 7:30-9:30 in the Nixon Gym

Fall programs - 2025 Adult Sports Programs: Women’s Pickup Basketball.............+ 18yrs old...................$40 Friendly pickup league with other Easton residents. Games will follow either 4v4 or 5v5 models depending on daily attendance. Play will be broken up into 2 separate sessions before and after holidays. Opens in Sept. 10/7-11/25 7-9pm Middle School Gym.

Men’s Pickup Basketball.....................+18yrs old..................$50 Friendly pickup league with other Easton residents. Games will follow 5v5 models. Play will be broken up into 2 separate sessions before and after holidays Registration opens in Sept. Program runs from 10/1-11/26 7-9pm Middle School Gym

Fall programs - 2025 Youth Sports Programs: Youth Whiffle Ball........3-4, 5-6, 7-8yrs, & 9-10 yrs old..... $65 Eveyrone hits, fields, and runs the bases! Playesr can hit off of a tee or have a Coach Pitch. Opens in Aug. Saturdays, Sept 20- Oct 25 . Games at 1pm (36yr olds) and 2:15pm ( 7-10yr olds) at Keach Park, Softball fields 1 & 2.

Cross Country..........................Grades 6-8...........................$155 A middle school cross country program for boys and girls. Registration opens in August. Practices are on Mondays and Thursdays from 9/4-10/30 4:00-5:00pm. Multiple meets will be scheduled.

After School Running Club...............Grades 3-5...................$50 This program includes various dynamic and static warm ups, running, and running games. Our club creates a fun environment to develop an enthusiasm for running and fitness. Registration is open. Thursdays from 9/11-10/16 3-345. Kids will be walked by facilitators from RO to warm up.

Inclyousion Sports.......................2-4 & 5-7yrs......................$225 A fun 8-week sports program for children of all abilities to learn Track & Field and Flag Football! Classes are non-competitive and are perfect for beginners or for children who are looking for small class sizes taught by well-trained coaches. Sundays from 9/7 - 11/2 (no program 10/12) 9:00am & 10:00am-24yrs, 11:00am session 5-7yrs. Registration opens August.

Youth Floor Hockey.....................4-6 & 7-9yrs.......................$90 Fun and team-oriented Floor Hockey league. Weekly games and all equipment provided. 6wks in length at Easton Middle School, from September 30th to November 26th. Registration from 9/3 - 9/26.

Fall Programs - 2025 Fitness programs - Flexibility & Mobility Chair Yoga .......................+18yrs old..........Drop-in+Punch card A seated yoga session that's friendly for all ages and abilities. This is a great introduction to building skills and knowledge for life long yoga practice!

Mondays 10:30am-11:30am, Wednesdays 10-10:45am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene. Beginner level, no experience needed. Mats provided. No registration needed!

Yin Yoga ...........................+18yrs old.........Drop-in+Punch card This type of yoga class is geared towards all skill levels. You will work with the areas closest to the bones to provide more flexibility in the knees, hips and shoulders. Learn all the poses and techniques in this class!

Wednesdays 11am-12pm@ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene Beginner level, no experience needed. All equipment provided. No registration needed!

Fall programs - 2025 Fitness Programs - Movement & Energy Georgi’s Bootcamp ............+18yrs old..............................$55 This boot camp will kick-start your fitness routine and challenge you in new ways. All levels welcome but don't expect leisure! Light weights & resistance bands will be provided for this cardio, strength and resistance training, however, you can bring your own hand weights too. This runs for six consecutive Tuesdays, from 6:00pm - 7:00pm @ Frothingham Hall.

Registration is open for the rest of the year! Min/Max of 10 & 25.

Zumba Gold ...................+18yrs old......Drop-in+Punch card A rhythm and movement-based class designed to get your heart pumping!

Tuesdays 12:30pm-1:20pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Marlene Intermediate level. All equipment provided. No registration needed!

Movin & Groovin' Fitness..+18yrs old.Drop-in+Punch card Join us for a movement-based cardio program that incorporates weights, dynamic movements, strength, and flexibility! A new way to get fit at Frothingham! Tuesdays 2pm - 2:50pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Georgi Beginners welcome. All equipment provided. No registration needed!

Tai Chi .............................+18yrs old...........Drop-in+Punch card Take part in this gentle Tai Chi session to start your week. This class is a great way to build balance and learn the dynamic poses of Tai Chi. Mondays 9am-10am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Vince. Beginner level, no experience needed. No registration needed!

Fall programs - 2025 Fitness Programs - Strength Strength for Seniors....+18yrs old......Drop-in+Punch card This fitness class provides a unique blend of cardio and strength exercises for older adults. This is great for all skill and strength levels. The program takes place on Wednesdays at 9am - 9:45am w/ Marlene at Frothingham Hall. Beginner level. No registration needed.

Balance & Strength .......+18yrs old.....Drop-in+Punch card Join us in workouts that target key muscle groups that help with functional strength, balance, and flexibility.

Fridays 9-9:50am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene Beginner level. All equipment provided. No registration needed.

Forever Young & Fit........+18yrs old....Drop-in+Punch card A fun and dynamic workout class that helps preserve strength and mobility.

Great for seniors looking to step up their fitness journey. Wednesdays 12:15pm-1:15pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Deb B. Intermediate level involving dynamic movements. No registration needed.

Fall programs - 2025 Mindfulness & Social Programs Dementia Support Group...+18yrs old........Drop in +FREE! This group is for anyone caring for a loved one who has been diagnosed with a form of dementia. It will give caregivers a space to talk with others walking through similar situations. Takes place on the first and third Friday at 12:00pm @ Frothingham Hall

Grief Group......................+18yrs old...............Drop in + FREE A community support group for those who have lost a loved one. Hosted by an experienced grief counselor. This activity takes Place on the 2nd Thursday and 4th Friday at 11am-Noon @ Frothingham Hall.

Healthy Eating Group........+18yrs old................ .......Drop in Join this support group for residents on their own journey to healthy eating.

This is a great social activity for members of all ages. Enjoy group discussion, recipe sharing, and themed luncheons! Fridays 10am-11am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Joan No registration needed! Monthly fee to be discussed with the instructor to support group luncheons! This group takes a break in July and August, and picks up again in September.

Coffee Hour......................+18yrs old............Drop in & FREE! Join our department for quite coffee and conversation with residents, House of Possibilities, and Easton ARC! Coffee and Hot Cocoa is on the house! First and third Friday of each month, 11am-12:30am @ Frothingham Hall. No registration needed.

Cards & Games................+18yrs old.............Drop in & FREE! Weekly sessions of friendly cards and games! No experience or items needed. Tuesdays 9:30am-11am @ Frothingham Hall . All games provided! Cards, board games, and more!

Swedish Weaving..............+18yrs old........Drop in & FREE! Join this group and learn different styles of stitching, weaving, and hard crafts. Thursdays 12:30pm-2:30pm @ Frothingham Hall. *Must provide own craft items.

Learn a series of steps to a variety of music from country, oldies, to more modern pop! Our world renowned instructor will teach you everything you need to know about line dancing! Senior Art Program......+18yrs old.......Drop-in + punch card Learn and express yourself through the lifetime activity of painting at Frothingham Hall. Ongoing self-guided and group projects. Fall programs - 2025 Single-Day Events & Workshops Lets Paint..................................5-12yrs......................................$35 Join us for this exciting paint party! Kids will foster their creativity with this guided paint program! All paint, brushes, canvas is included in the registration. A great new drop-off program for friends and siblings! Best for ages 5-12yrs . Scheduled for 9/24, 10/22, 11/12, and 12/10, 6:30pm-7:30pm @ Frothingham Hall Min/Max: 10/20.

Family Fishing Clinic................All ages!....................................$10 Have you ever wanted to learn how to fish? We’ll have equipment on hand for use. This is not a kid only program, but an all-inclusive fishing clinic for anyone of any age that wants to learn how to fish. The program will be held at New Pond 597 Foundry St S Easton on Thursday September 11th from 57pm. Min/max of 15/40 registrations. There is no residency restriction for this program. Program cost $10.
