Fall programs - 2024 Helpful information Accommodations: If you or your family have questions about inclusion or would like to request a program accommodation, please email Programs@Easton.MA.US. We will do our best to modify aspects of our programs to provide accessible activities.

Waivers: Waivers are required for all town programming. For youth programs, guardians will need to sign forms on the participants' behalf.

Drop-in programs: No need to register, just arrive at the time the event is taking place and enjoy!

Maximum/minimum participants: Due to program structure, some of our activities will require upper and lower participation limits. Programs that do not meet lower limits may be canceled, refunded, and rescheduled.

Refunds: Programs cancelled or with unanticipated changes in schedule will receive a full refund.

Requests outside of 2 weeks will receive a full refund Requests within 2 weeks of a program will not receive a refund.

Punch cards (Fitness and Art) and swim memberships are non-refundable.

All other refund requests are at the discretion of the Community Programs office We will not refund credit card convenience fees. All refunds will be done via check unless otherwise stated.

Programs requiring Punchcards: Punchcards can be purchased online, with the QR Code below, or at Frothingham Hall during regular business hours. Passes can be picked up prior to your first class at the front desk at Frothingham Hall. Programs with pre-registration are not eligible for punch card use. See pricing below!

Fall programs - 2024 Adult Sports Programs: Pickleball Lessons.............................+18yrs old..............................$85 Varying levels of instruction covering the rules and basics of Pickleball. 3wk program run monthly, September through October. Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Private/Group lessons are also available upon request. All lessons will take place @ Unionville Pickleball courts at various times. Registration starts 8/23. Registration is for the program in the following month. Min of 3 per group, max of 4 per group. Waitlists are available for each session.

Morning Pickleball Program............+18yrs old........................$25 PRORATED - This program will offer an inclusive play environment for all skill levels. Play will be USA Pickleball rules. Order of doubles play will be coordinated using whiteboard signups. Partners are not required at signup. Individuals can pair themselves, or be paired on-site. Participants are required to come with their own paddles. Mondays through Fridays-courts 1-5, 9/1-11/16 weather permitting. @ Unionville Pickleball Courts. Rolling registration opening 9/1

Women’s Field Hockey League.......+18yrs old........................$45 Easton's Adult Women’s Field Hockey registration. These games will be social and competitive in nature. No practices, just play. Participants will play against other individuals of all skill levels. There will be no goalies. Play will take place on Thursdays, starting 8/29 at 6pm, @ OA turf. Registration opens 8/14, with a Min/Max of 25 and 50 participants.

Fall programs - 2024 Adult Sports Programs: Adult Co-ed Pickup Soccer.........+18yrs old............................$45 Join us for pickup soccer games this fall! No past experience is required. Team will be broken up on-site. Site coordinator facilitates reasonable rotations to ensure playing time for all participants. Sundays @ Keach Field, 49 Chestnut St, N. Easton.

Every Sunday morning from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM. September 15 - November 10 Min of 20, max of 40 players.

Men's +30 Basketball....................+18yrs old...........................$85 Competitive indoor league with other Easton residents. This league will consist of tryouts, a preseason draft, and standard league play with patched basketball officials. Standings, stats, and awards will be kept and included in this league.

Fall programs - 2024 Adult Sports Programs: Adult Co-ed Volleyball....................+18yrs old......................$100 Competitive league with other Easton residents with league style play and patched volleyball officials. Participants can enter full teams or register as individuals and be placed on teams. Play will be broken up into 2 separate sessions before and after holidays. Program dates and times will be announced at a later date, so follow us on Instagram & Facebook for more info!

Women's Pickup Basketball............+18yrs old........................$25 Friendly pickup league with other Easton residents. Games will follow either 3v3 or 5v5 models depending on daily attendance. Play will be broken up into 2 separate sessions before and after holidays. Games will be played @ Easton Middle School, 98 Columbus Ave, N. Easton. Program starts Tuesday October 1st and runs every Tuesday till November 19th. 7:00-9:00pm

Men's Pickup Basketball.................+21yrs old.........................$35 Friendly pickup league with other Easton residents. Games will follow 5v5 models..

Fall programs - 2024 Youth Sports Programs: Floor Hockey.............4-6yrs old & 7-9yr old leagues.............$90 Fun and team-oriented Floor Hockey league. Weekly games and all equipment provided. 6wks in length, from October 7th to November 21st.

Registration from 9/3 - 9/24. Price is per session, winter registration will open after the holidays. Location will be announced at a later date.

InclYOUsion Sports for Kids...............2-7yrs old..................$200 InclYOUsion Sports provides inclusive sports enrichment programs to children in Massachusetts, using innovative behavioral methods to teach sports, fitness and social skills. The Program will run one sport per month (baseball and soccer) Sunday's s 9/8/24–11/3/24 (skip day 10/8) 2-4 years old - 9am-9:50am @ Ali's Park 2-5 years old - 10am-10:50am @ Ali's Park Maximum of 8 children per age group per session Costs for one 8 week program: Registration opens 8/14, and closes 9/6.

Running Club ..............................3rd-5th graders....................$45 This program introduces participants to the joys of outdoor activities and running.

Each day will include various dynamic and static warm ups, running, running games and stretching. Our Running Club creates a fun environment where athletes develop an enthusiasm for running and fitness. Thursdays, 9/12-10/17, 3pm3:45pm at Blanche Ames multi-sport field. Registration is open and runs through 9/5.

Fall programs - 2024 Youth Sports Programs: Kids Learn to Dance Workshop................5-9yrs.....................$15 A friendly and social environment where kids can have an educational and expressive learn-to dance session. Kids will learn basic steps and dance moves, and progress to understanding how to follow the beat using fun and engaging activities.

Saturday, October 5th at 11:00am until 1:00pm at Frothingham Hall - 15 Barrows Street. Registration now open until October 3rd Min/Max of 10/25.

Coed Cross Country.....................Grades 6-8........................$155 A middle school cross country program for boys and girls. Athletes will practice on predetermined run-safe routes at OA, the Town Forest, and at Frothingham Park.

We are working on having two away meets with Buses provided and one home meet at The Sheep Pasture. Teams will practice Tuesdays and Thursdays starting September 5th, from 3:30-4:30pm Cost of program is $155. Registration is now open, and capped at 55 participants.

Fall Programs - 2024 Fitness programs - Flexibility & Mobility Drum Fit For Kids!.................3-5yrs old..................................$35 Join us for this 4 week movement and rhythm based fitness class for children.

Kids will get their energy out during this easy and fun exercise class while making music and memories. Running October 12th until November 2nd from 11:3012:30 at Frothingham Hall. Registration is now open until Ocotber 10th Min/Max 5/10.

Chair Yoga .......................+18yrs old..........Drop-in+Punch card A seated yoga session that's friendly for all ages and abilities. This is a great introduction to building skills and knowledge for life long yoga practice!

Mondays 10:30am-11:30am, Wednesdays 10-10:45am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene. Beginner level, no experience needed. Mats provided. No registration needed!

Yin Yoga ...........................+18yrs old.........Drop-in+Punch card This type of yoga class is geared towards all skill levels. You will work with the areas closest to the bones to provide more flexibility in the knees, hips and shoulders. Learn all the poses and techniques in this class!

Wednesdays 11am-12pm@ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene Beginner level, no experience needed. All equipment provided. No registration needed!

Fall Programs - 2024 Fitness programs - Movement & Energy Georgi’s Bootcamp .................+18yrs old.................................$45 This boot camp will kick-start your fitness routine and challenge you in new ways.

All levels welcome but don't expect leisure! Light weights & resistance bands will be provided for this cardio, strength and resistance training, however, you can bring your own hand weights too. This runs for six consecutive Tuesdays, from 6:00pm - 7:00pm @ Frothingham Hall. Registration opens 8/6. Min/Max of 10 & 25.

Zumba Gold .......................+18yrs old..........Drop-in+Punch card A rhythm and movement-based class designed to get your heart pumping!

Tuesdays 12:30pm-1:20pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Marlene Intermediate level. All equipment provided. No registration needed!

Movin & Groovin' Fitness......+18yrs old.....Drop-in+Punch card Join us for a movement-based cardio program that incorporates weights, dynamic movements, strength, and flexibility! A new way to get fit at Frothingham!

Tuesdays 2pm - 2:50pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Georgi Beginners welcome. All equipment provided. No registration needed!

Fall Programs - 2024 Fitness programs - Movement & Energy Fitness Body Sculpting......+18yrs old........Drop-in+Punch card This class is working together as a whole group with direct instruction while you perform the different body sculpting exercises! Join Juliet in starting your fitness journey today! Thursdays, 9:00am - 9:50am @ Frothingham Hall.

Beginner to intermediate level. All equipment is provided. No registration needed!

Cardio Dance .................. +18yrs old...........Drop-in+Punch card No dance experience needed! This class starts out with some cardio dance with easy, low impact moves to a variety of music genres. This will be paired with strength-based upper and lower body movements.

Thursdays at Frothingham Hall from 10:00am—10:45am with Juliet

Tai Chi ................................+18yrs old...........Drop-in+Punch card Take part in this gentle Tai Chi session to start your week. This class is a great way to build balance and learn the dynamic poses of Tai Chi. Mondays 9am-10am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Vince Beginner level, no experience needed. No registration needed!

Balance & Strength ..........+18yrs old..........Drop-in+Punch card Join us in workouts that target key muscle groups that help with functional strength, balance, and flexibility.

Forever Young & Fit..........+18yrs old..........Drop-in+Punch card A fun and dynamic workout class that helps preserve strength and mobility. Great for seniors looking to step up their fitness journey. Wednesdays 12:30pm-1:30pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Deb B. Intermediate level involving dynamic movements.

Fall programs - 2024 Mindfulness & Social Programs Stock Market & Mock Investing Program....All ages and Free!

This program introduces kids of all ages to the idea of saving and investing through a simulation of the stock market and bond market. This can be a great way for parents and kids to have early conversations about the value of money and retirement.. After the program begins, students get to trade and manage their own virtual $100,000 investment portfolio. Sign up is required, after registering we will share login info. This program is FREE!

Dementia Care Support Group...+18yrs old...Drop in +FREE! This group is for anyone caring for a loved one who has been diagnosed with a form of dementia. It will caregivers a space to talk with others walking through similar situations. Takes Place on the first and third Friday at 12:00pm @ Frothingham Hall

Grief Group.........................+18yrs old.................Drop in + FREE A community support group for those who have lost a loved one. Hosted by an experienced grief counselor. This activitity takes Place on the 2nd Thursday and 4th Friday at 11am-Noon @ Frothingham Hall.

Healthy Eating Group..........+18yrs old............. .......Drop in Starts back up September 6th! Join this support group for residents on their own journey to healthy eating. This is a great social activity for members of all ages. Enjoy group discussion, recipe sharing, and themed luncheons! Fridays 10am-11am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Joan No registration needed! Monthly fee to be discussed with the instructor

Join us for a social bocce program where friends from Easton's House of Possibilities and Brockton ARC come together for fun and friendly competition.

Held every Tuesday at 10:15am at Frothingham Hall. This free program fosters social connections and promotes physical activity in a welcoming environment for all participants! No minimum or maximum participation.

Fall programs - 2024 Single-day events & Workshops Family Fishing Clinic......................Families.................................$5 We’ve partnered with MassWildlife’s Angler Education Program to teach the basics of fishing, from casting out, to baiting up, and the best part - you’ll be able to fish.

We’ll have equipment on hand for use, as well as terminal tackle, and live bait. This program will run at New Pond 597 Foundry St on Thursday September 12 from 57pm. There is a cap min/max of 15/40 registrations. There is no residency restriction for this program.

Kids Night Out ..............................K-5th.....................................$20 Give yourself a date night or just a few hours to yourselves. Your kids will have a fun night of games, arts & crafts, a pizza dinner and a movie alongside some of their favorite counselors from our Summer Program! Sign up today!

This program will run on Friday September 27 5:00-8:00pm at Frothingham Hall: 15 Barrows St. Min/Max 10/30.

Pumpkin Decorating Program!............Families!.......$5/Pumpkin Join us for this seasonal crafting program! This is perfect for families looking to add custom/festive/seasonal decorations for the fall. This program will run on October 19th from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Frothingham Hall. Registration opens on September 9th. Min/Max 5/40.

Fall programs - 2024 Single-day events & Workshops OCES Program Series.......................+50yrs..............................FREE Healthy Eating: Using the USDA Choose My Plate, learn how to navigate the nutrition food label, menu planning and clever ways to eat healthy on a tight budget at the dollar store while setting realistic goals. September 11th from 2:00-3:00pm Memory Training (4 week series): Learn what memory is, how it works, how to reduce tip of the tongue moments and how to reduce your memory burden. Improve your learning style and better memory habits. November 6th - December 4th (skipping 11/20) from 1:00-3:00pm BH2U (Bringing Health To You): This program offers five relevant topics. This fun, innovative program empowers you to take key steps to improve your well-being, add another chapter to your life and strengthen ties to your community and OCES. December 3rd from 9:00-11:30am.

Baby Sitting course.......................12-16yrs old..........................$50 Join First Line CPR & Safety Training for a certification course teaching you the basics of Baby Sitting. This training will be on .12/7 at Frothingham hall. Signups can be completed through the American Red Cross website as of 11/1. First Line Safety will issue all certificates
