As the weather turns, we hope that you and your families get out in our community and take part in our wonderful programs. Each program is added to our schedule with the intent of leaving a positive impact on our residents and contributing to our already vibrant community.

All programs listed in this flier will occur between 1/1/23 and 4/9/23 Some programs will be recurring, and featured in future brochures based on demand. While hard copies of this brochure are available, digital copies may change to reflect the addition of programs to our calendar.

Winter programs - 2023 Helpful information Drop-in programs: No need to register, just arrive promptly at the time the event is taking place and enjoy!

Programs requiring registration: All signups for programs will take place on the town's registration page or by calling Frothingham Hall at 508-230-0690.

Maximum/minimum participants: Due to program structure, some of our programs will require upper and lower participation limits. Programs that do not meet lower limits may be canceled, refunded, and potentially rescheduled.

Full program details: These can be found on our registration site.

Schedules, program outlines, and fees will be included. Further, welcome letters will be sent to participants noting answers to FAQ's and affirming program details.

Programs requiring Punchcards: Punchcards will be issued at Frothingham Hall during regular business hours and are intended to be used for recurring programs. Programs with pre-registration are not eligible for punchcard use. All cards come with access to 10 classes and can be bought for yourself or others.

1 card: 10 classes, $20.00 2 cards: 20 classes, $30.00 3 cards: 30 classes, $40.00 Waivers: Waivers are required for all town programming. For youth programs, guardians will need to sign forms on participants behalf.

If you're passionate about enriching your community, gaining experience, or want to offer an activity that isn't presently on our schedule, we're looking for you!

Winter programs - 2023 Sports Programs: Floor Hockey..............................4-6yrs old...................$80.00 Fun and team-oriented Floor Hockey league. Weekly games and all equipment provided. 6wks in length.

Wednesdays & Thursdays 4:30-7pm @ Frothingham Hall Registration 12/5/22 - 1/9/23. Start date 1/18/23. Max-32 Min-24.

Floor Hockey.............................7-9yrs old...................$80.00 Fun and team-oriented Floor Hockey league. Weekly games and all equipment provided. 6wks in length.

Women's Pickup Basketball...+18yrs old.....................$85.00 Competitive pickup league with other Easton residents.

Tuesdays 7-9pm @ Easton Middle School Rolling registration through May 2023.

Women's Winter Field Hockey...+18yrs old.................$15.00 Competitive pickup league with other Easton residents. Weather permitting.

Thursdays, 6pm @ Oliver Ames Turf Complex Rolling registration. Start date 12/1/22.

2 sessions, Saturdays in January, February @ Frothingham Hall Slots open 8-8:50am, 9-9:50am, 10-10:50am, 11-11:50am Session 1: Registration 12/12/22 - 12/24/22 - Start date - 1/7/23 Session 2: Registration 1/2/23 - 1/21/23. - Start date - 2/4/23 Max-4 per group Min-3 per group.

Coach and Play Pickleball.......+18yrs old...............$75.00 Basics of Pickleball with live coaching during friendly play. 3wks in length.

Mondays 10:30-11:30am, Wednesday's 10-10:45am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene Beginner level, no experience needed. Mat provided.

Drums Alive.............+18yrs old.......Pre-register+Punch card A high energy movement-oriented, percussion-based fitness program.

Mondays 2-2:50pm, Thursday 10-10:45am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Kelley B Max - 10 per class

Floor Yoga ..................+18yrs old..........Drop-in+Punch card Traditional yoga class geared towards all skill levels.

Wednesdays 11am-noon @ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene Beginner level, no experience needed. All materials provided.

Forever Young and Fit.....+18yrs old...Drop-in+Punch card A fun and dynamic workout class that helps preserve strength and mobility.

Wednesdays 1-1:50pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Deb B Intermediate level involving dynamic movements. All equipment provided.

Core-Strength Class......+18yrs old......Drop-in+Punch card A movement program designed to strengthen your core and enhance overall body strength. Thursdays 1-1:50pm @ Frothingham Hall w/ Deb B Beginner level. All equipment provided.

Balance & Strength .......+18yrs old.....Drop-in+Punch card Join us in workouts which target key muscle groups that help with functional strength and balance.

Fridays 9-9:50am @ Frothingham Hall w/ Dorene Beginner level. All equipment provided.
