Welcome to Park Sport 2019

brought to you by Eastleigh Borough Council. This year’s programme will run from Monday 29 July to Friday 23 August 2019. To mark 15 years of Park Sport, there will be two one day Park Sport festivals, offering multiple activities under one roof at Places Leisure Eastleigh and Hamble Sports Complex.

Thanks to generous support from Hillcrest Structural Ltd, BP Oil UK Ltd and to Eastleigh Borough Council’s Local Area Committees, Parish and Town Councils, we are able to provide all Park Sport activities for a £1 non-refundable booking fee per session.

Sessions will be delivered by Poseidon Amateur Boxing Club and provide a non-contact introduction to the sport.

Come and join these exciting and energetic dance sessions and learn the latest moves to a variety of music.

Sessions are for boys and girls of all abilities aged 8-16 years old.

Enjoy an introduction to fishing at Lakeside Country Park. Each session is led by qualified instructors from ‘For Life Experiences’. All equipment and bait are provided.

Golf Sessions are delivered by Golf Professionals at East Horton Golf Club, and will include technique advice on the driving range and mini games on the course.

New to Park Sport, try Squash with qualified England Squash coaches from Fair Oak Squash Club. Open to 8-16 year olds.

Sailing at Hamble Sailing Club is a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. No previous experience is required and all equipment is provided.

Free Swimming The following leisure centres are offering FREE swimming for children aged 16 and under from Monday 29 July to Friday 23 August 2019.

Please note this is not a coached session and children must be competent swimmers.
