There will be wine stations as well as a QR Code on each table giving access to the Wine/Drinks Menu Drinks will be served direct to your Table

Gentlemen: Dinner Jackets with a bow tie
Ladies: Evening gowns or cocktail dresses.

Dress Code
Gentlemen are requested to wear Dinner Jackets with a BLACK bow tie (not coloured or patterned)
The Festival Jewel can be worn as per normal It is suggested that Ladies wear long evening gowns or cocktail dresses. A cloakroom is situated in the Foyer at road level.
Parking
There are usual parking restrictions on nearby roads. See local signs for further information. An underground Car Park opposite the entrance to the Leas Cliff Hall, is accessible via Sandgate Road
Reception
The reception, will commence at 17:00 where a complimentary drink will be served VIP Guests should head to the Channel Suite. All other guests to the Grand Hall Foyer Bar.
Assistance
Provincial Grand Stewards will be on duty to offer assistance as required, including directions for mobility access
Dining
All are requested to be seated in the Grand Hall by 18:45 Grace will be given 18:50 Dinner is served 18:55 Speeches for 21:00 Entertainment 22:00 Carriages for Midnight It is requested that during the Speeches guests remain seated. There will be a 15-minute comfort break between the end of Dining and the Speeches

There will be Table Plans situated in both the Channel Suite and the Grand Hall Foyer Bar
Bars
There are Bars in both the Channel Suite and in the Foyer in the Grand Hall

There will be a wine stations There will also be a QR Code on each table giving access to the Wine/Drinks Menu and will be served direct to your Table
Entertainment
The PWB Band will play Easy Listening/Dance music to complete the evening
First Aid
Leas Cliff Hall staff are trained in First Aid
