Where exactly is Easter Shian?

How do you recommend we get around?

Hiring a car would be best but we will be arranging transport to and from Easter Shian each day for those attending the gathering.

Where is our nearest laundry?

The Aberfeldy Steamie offers a laundry service and is based on the main square in Aberfeldy

Pitlochry.

Weather/packing- any essentials?

Please pack sturdy walking shoes/boots or trainers, the terrain is rural!

A waterproof jacket and plenty of layers for the changeable weather is recommended. We will have some midgie repellent on hand but it might also be worth buying a midge net! Easter Shian is usually fairly protected by the wind (which they don’t like) but if you are heading west, it’s a must! They can be vicious!

SIGHTSEEING SHOULD WE BOOK A TOUR OUT TO THE HIGHLANDS OR IS THE CONFERENCE IN THE HIGHLANDS AND WE'LL SEE THEM WHEN WE GET THERE? If you need specific recommendations please email me directly rachel@rlc-global.com You will see a fair amount of the lower Highlands which is where we are based but if you have time, we highly recommend trying to fit in one or more of the West Coast islands.
