

TRIED, TRUE & NEW: COPING SKILLS GROUP

Tried, True, & New: Coping Skills Group offers a supportive space for adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, or difficulty with emotional regulation. Together we’ll experiment with both familiar and new coping skills, share experiences, and discover useful resources.
Group participants may expect to:
Learn healthy coping skills (some familiar and some new!)
Explore coping through creative & artistic expression
Learn about body-based practices & movement for stress management
Develop social skills to advocate for our needs
Practice the techniques we learn about in a supportive space
Discover community and educational resources
Participants are encouraged to stay open, curious, and engaged as they build a personalized toolkit for healthier coping and lasting growth.
When and where does Tried, True, & New Coping Skills Group meet?

Tried, True, & New: Coping Skills Group will meet in-person at the Easterseals MORC Southfield - 9 Mile location (22170 W. Nine Miled Rd. Southfield, MI 48033) on Tuesdays from 5:00 - 6:30 PM.
