

The focus of the Stress Management Group is to discuss how stress correlates with physical health. Participants will learn and develop coping skills and other strategies to manage stress. They will also learn to bring awareness to the mind, body, and environment to notice how stress impacts physical health.
This group encourages new ways to improve health outcomes through managing stress and utilizing mindfulness techniques. They will also gain education on how to improve physical health conditions. The goal of the group is to apply these learned skills to improve integrated health outcomes

How the Group Works:
Upon referral to the Stress Management Group, initial contact will be made directly with the individual.
After initial contact, any communication regarding the group itself will be communicated via email. Zoom links will be sent via email the day of group.
