Seeking Safety is an evidence-based practice that can be helpful for anyone regarding coping skills, addiction, trauma, and more! You do not have to have PTSD or a substance use diagnosis to join this group! This group is also an open group format, meaning you can join at any time!

This group meets in person on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30PM at the EastersealsMORC CenterLinelocation (6900 E. Ten Mile Rd. Center Line, MI 48015)!

Safety: Safety is the priority! Help maintain safety in relationships, thinking, behavior, and emotions. IntegratedTreatment: Address co-occurring addiction and trauma.
