DESCRIPTIONS OF SERVICES
NEEDS ASSESSMENT Consultant will work with your team in developing a systematic approach in performing a gap analysis, identifying areas of importance and priority, identifying root causes to problems and/or opportunities available and identifying possible solutions and opportunities for growth.
PERSONALIZED TOOLKIT Consultant will work with your team in developing a personalized toolkit from the results of the needs assessment. Some information the toolkit may include (but not limited too): 1. Screening tools to assess current needs of students 2. Resources available-local, county, state 3. SEL supports and recommendations
MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTATION Mental health consultation is a one-on-one or group 15–30-minute, confidential session with a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Consultation may include discussing concerns related to classroom management, struggling students/parents and one's own mental health/self-care needs.
Some topics for staff: 1. Classroom management techniques 2. SEL Strategies 3. Trauma-informed approaches 4. Ideas to promote resilience 5. Linking to resources 6. Identifying your own burn-out 7. Strategies to implement work/life balance 8. Self-care strategies.
ON-DEMAND CRISIS INTERVENTION Consultant will be available to provide consultation to staff before, during or after a crisis. Consultant will NOT be able to provide crisis intervention to the student. A consultant may offer support to the family during a crisis if the family consents.
MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING Mental Health professional will provide a mental health screening within 72 hours of a request. This is not a threat assessment, but a screening to determine if mental health services are needed. Recommendations for the parent will be provided.
LEADERSHIP CONSULTATION Consultant will be available to provide consultation as needed to your leadership team in relationship to items identified in your needs assessment.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Your team may choose 1 professional development from our Professional Development Menu (with purchase of the premium package). Consultant can assist with selecting a professional development based on your needs assessment. Options to purchase more professional development are available.
EVIDENCE-BASED GROUPS Your team may choose 3 evidence-based groups from our Evidence Based Groups Menu (with purchase of premium package). Consultant can assist with choosing groups that were identified in your needs assessment.
SPECIAL PROJECTS Consultant may be available to assist with special projects that occur during the school year. Some examples of special projects may include reviewing policies pertaining to mental health/suicide risk, participation within wellness team(s) or providing data for grants or internal needs.

APPLIED SUICIDE INTERVENTION STRATEGIES (ASIST) In this program, participants will learn how to assist those at risk for suicidal thinking, behavior and attempts.

UNDERSTANDING TRAUMA This training provides an overview of trauma and the impact it has on each of us (secondary traumatic stress) and how intergenerational trauma impacts us as caregivers.

YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID (YMHFA) In this program, participants will be introduced to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents; building an understanding of the importance of intervention and teaches participants how to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.

EVIDENCE-BASED GROUPS FOR STUDENTS (TIER 2)
CHILDREN IN CHANGE An educational and support group for children ages 8-14 who are experiencing a family change. Family change can be identified as divorce, separation, death, substance use, remarriage, immigration, frequent moves, homelessness, natural disasters, mental illness, foster home placement and illness.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION TRAUMA IN SCHOOLS (CBITS) An evidence-based group and individual intervention designed to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and behavioral problems. CBITS will also help to improve functioning, grades, attendance, peer and parent support and coping skills. Includes 10 group sessions, 2 parent session, 1 teacher session and 1 psychoeducational session, as well as materials. Length of Time: 1-hour, 1x per week for 12 weeks Method of Delivery: Face to face in school Maximum Group Size: 10 individuals Baseline Cost: $3,250.00
COPING CAT A cognitive behavioral treatment for anxiety in children and adolescents ages 7-13. Children and adolescents will learn how to recognize anxious feelings and physical reactions to anxiety; learn how to clarify thoughts and feelings in anxious situations; develop a coping plan and evaluate their progress; learn how to reinforce positive responses.

PRIME FOR LIFE An evidence-based, motivational prevention, intervention and pretreatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices, i.e., vaping. This group could be provided to identified students ages 13-20 who are making high-risk choices.

SBIRT (TEEN INTERVENE) Teen Intervene is designed as a comprehensive screening, brief intervention and referral to treatment (SBIRT) model of care. Teenagers who have experienced mild to moderate problems associated with alcohol or drug use work one-onone with an addiction treatment counselor to identify and, ultimately, change their choices and behaviors.

STRENGTHENING FAMILIES An evidence-based family skills training program for high-risk and general population families. Parents and youth attend weekly skills classes together, learning parenting skills and youth life and refusal skills.

DBT STEPS-A IN SCHOOLS An adaptation for students in middle and high school of the skills training components of dialectical behavioral therapy. DBT STEPS-A will help students learn to manage emotions, improve relationships and enhance their decisionmaking skills. This curriculum fits nicely with the goals of inclusion of social and emotional learning for all students.

CONSULTATION SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION Consultation services will be provided on an individual bases in 15-minute blocks of time. Consultation will include providing strategies for classroom management, SEL strategies, trauma-informed approaches, self-care strategies, personal growth strategies, burn-out identification with strategies to combat, work/life balance, ideas to promote resilience and linking to resources. These sessions are confidential.

GROUP CONSULTATION Consultation services will be provided in a group setting as requested. Consultation services can be used to support groups of teachers, counselors, administrators, or other staff, pertaining to topics identified as a need.
