Thoughts and Self-Love

This session focuses on body caring with thoughts and self-love. Topics include the brain, emotions, finding your "umbrella", asking for help, and tips for self-love. These sessions aim to help you build healthy routines and increase your overall well-being.

Where will these sessions be held?

Each session will be offered in-person and Zoom.

The in-person sessions will be held at the Easterseals MORC 9 Mile location (22170 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033) The group will meet in the main lobby at 12:30 p.m. and then walk over to 22150-Conference Room A.

When will these sessions take place?

Wednesday, April 24

Wednesday, October 30

Every session runs from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

One surprise wellness gift will be raffled off after each session. You must attend the entire session to qualify

Session topics are subject to change. Please reach out to confirm the session topic you will be attending. If you attend 5 sessions this year, we will raffle off one of the books for you to keep to help you on your wellness journey!
