IT’S GOOD FOR YOU: SLEEP HYGIENE

Wednesday, August 28th from 12:30 PM-1:30 PM

The group will meet in the main lobby at the Easterseals MORC 9 Mile location (22170 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033) then walk over to 22150Conference Room A.

Mind and body caring with sleep hygiene because It's Good For You! This session is aimed at helping you build healthy routines and increasing your overall well-being through proper sleep hygiene.

What can I expect by attending an “It’s Good for You: Sleep Hygiene” group?

Attendees of this group will learn:

Tips on falling asleep, “4 Things Rule.”

Tips on staying asleep, and Sleep and our body clock.

One surprise wellness gift will be raffled off after the session - you must stay for the entire session to qualify If you attend 5 or more “It’s Good for You” sessions this year, you will be entered for a chance to win one of the books, “It’s Good for You” by Randee P Shapiro, MS, PA-C to help you stay on track of your wellness journey!

Each session will be offered in-person and zoom option. Space is limited so please register in advance! Transportation requests can be directed to your case manager or nurse if you are planning for in-person attendance.
