Mind and body caring with exercise because It's Good For You! These sessions are aimed at helping build healthy routines and increasing overall well-being through exercise. Each participant will learn the importance of exercise, examples of exercise, 3 pillars of exercise, exercise tips, “5 Minute Rule”, exercise goals, and home exercises
Where will these sessions be held?
Each session will be offered in-person and Zoom

The in-person sessions will be held at the Easterseals MORC 9 Mile location (22170 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). The group will meet in the main lobby at 12:30 p.m. and then walk over to 22150-Conference Room A.

September 25th session is TBD pending instructor availability.
Every session runs from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
