

This interactive session will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively manage your blood pressure. Join us as we explore essential strategies for preventing and controlling high blood pressure. Remember, monitoring is key, and knowledge is your greatest strength! *A surprise gift may be raffled at the end of each class – while supplies last!*
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Importance of blood pressure, managing blood pressure, common concerns/barriers, how to properly measure your blood pressure, survivor story, and when to call your doctor or 911.

Easterseals MORC, 22170 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033. All sessions are available inperson and online.

Participants should meet in the reception lobby of the main building at 10:55 AM. A staff member will come to guide you to the Detroit conference room in building 22150.
If you would like to attend a session either in person or online, please speak with your case manager or nurse to sign up. Space is limited, so it is important to register in advance! You must sign up at least 3 business days before the class date. If that time has passed, please reach out to us to check if there is an open spot available. Please note that classes may be canceled due to low enrollment or moved online if the weather conditions are poor.
