We are a proud Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that is committed to ensuring prompt access to coordinated, comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals of all ages, and their families, who need it.

Payment Types Accepted
Easterseals MORC accepts Medicaid and most major insurances, including Medicaid HMOs. Easterseals MORC may provide behavioral health services at a discounted price based upon ability to pay. Discounts are offered based on family size and annual income. No one will be denied necessary services based on a lack of ability to pay.

Mental Health Services
At Easterseals MORC, we can be a supportive partner in helping you address the challenges of living with a mental health condition. We have a highly qualified team of autism and children’s behavioral health experts focused on providing holistic services that achieve the best possible outcomes. Our autism services utilize evidencebased practices that have been proven to be effective in developing the skills of children with autism spectrum disorders and similar disabilities.

Developmental Disabilities
For individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, Easterseals MORC is an integral partner in coordinating the supports needed to live your life the way you want.

The services and supports Easterseals MORC provides to individuals with developmental disabilities are designed to maximize potential and allow those receiving services to live as independently as possible in the community setting of choice.
How We Can Help!
Easterseals MORC support coordinators will assist in creating a plan of supports for all areas of life. This includes where you want to live, support at work, community living skills, and helping to find recreational pursuits that allow for full engagement in the community.

Substance Use Services
During this time of increasing substance use disorder and mental health needs, Easterseals MORC is pleased to offer a comprehensive array of outpatient behavioral health services for adults, children, and their families.
How We Can Help!
Our substance use services are focused on supporting long term recovery by providing adults and adolescents with the tools, the knowledge, and the courage to work on living one day at a time clean and sober.
Our highly qualified staff includes certified advanced alcohol and drug counselors. We offer flexible, convenient scheduling, including in-person appointments and telehealth. Eligibility varies depending on age, program, service type or location.

• Integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders
• Intensive outpatient services such as family support services, access to psychiatric evaluation with medication management, and social support services.

Easterseals MORC offers support for the well-being and independence of older adults through community education, behavioral health services, nursing facility transition, in-home supports, and connection to community resources.

Supporting Independent Living Easterseals MORC is committed to providing the best in-home services so that the people we serve can live safely and comfortably at home. Whether your condition is a minor setback, an illness, injury, or the need for “just a little bit of help,” we offer compassionate care that can make a big difference in your quality of life.
MI Choice Waiver Program:
This is a community-based, in-home services program designed to help seniors and those with disabilities to stay in their own home or transition to an eligible community setting. Comprehensive and intensive in-home services are available for those eligible.
Community Transition Program: This program is available to Medicaid beneficiaries residing in a nursing facility who would like to return to their own home, move in with family members, or find an apartment, assisted living or other community-based living option. Services are offered to assist in securing housing and facilitating a successful discharge to the community.

Military & Veteran Services
Easterseals MORC is proud to advocate for, connect with, and provide support services to military service members, veterans, and their families through pre-deployment, deployment, and reunion reintegration.
How We Can Help!
Our military and veteran’s services utilize evidence-based practices to address issues such as depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mild Traumatic Brain Injury, suicide ideation, and substance use/abuse. Clinicians also provide techniques to address trauma, manage and/or reduce anxiety, and teach effective coping skills to support military service members in successfully reintegrating into community life following a deployment.
• Individual, family and group therapy
• Treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
• Gender specific and deployment cycle support groups
• Staging groups for substance use/abuse Services vary by location. Most major insurances are accepted, including TRICARE.
Easterseals MORC is pleased to partner with local schools to support students with their behavioral health needs. We are co-located in more than 30 schools and provide consultation services to many other districts.
How We Can Help!
Our school-based therapists partner with families and school personnel to create behavioral health plans to meet the needs of the student being served. We receive referrals from teachers, school-based counselors, principals, parents, and providers. Students may also self-refer.

School-Based Services
Miracle League of Michigan
Easterseals MORC’s Miracle League of Michigan program is a lifechanging, adaptive recreational experience for children and adults with disabilities.
The Miracle League provides individuals with disabilities a true major league experience. During each Miracle League game, every player is given an opportunity to hit the ball and score a run. Miracle League team members are assigned “buddies” who assist them in playing the game.
Our Miracle League baseball program has two fields for individuals to play non-competitive or competitive baseball on a team. The Miracle League of Michigan field is located at the City Center in Southfield, MI and the Miracle League of North Oakland is located at Friendship Park in Lake Orion, MI. Our custom-designed surface accommodates wheelchairs and assistive devices to ensure safety of our athletes.

AgrAbility
How We Can Help!
Michigan AgrAbility provides services to farmers with disabilities, illnesses, or aging conditions so they can continue the occupation and lifestyle they love. We research and develop useful farming tools, equipment, and methods that enable farmers to work longer and feel better.
• On-site evaluation to understand the situation at the farm
• Plan a strategy to overcome the barriers to farm work
• Research and develop solutions for overcoming those barriers
• Funding source guidance to purchase the technology needed to work
• Installation and training of how to use adaptive equipment
