COLLABORATIVE SOLUTIONS
Collaborative Soultions (CS) provides behavioral health services to individuals with a serious behavioral disability or co-occurring behavioral disability and substance use disorder who are at various stages within the criminal justice continuum.

WHAT SERVICES DOES COLLABORATIVE SOLUTIONS PROVIDE?
Easterseals MORC offers treatment that is tailored to meet each person's specific needs Services available include the following:
Psychiatric evaluation and medications
Assessment and referral
Case management
24/7 crisis intervention
Individual and/or group therapy
Psychoeducational groups
Peer supports and mentoring
Vocational assistance
Services are provided by a team of licensed and/or registered health professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers. They simultaneously address both mental health and substance abuse issues to achieve psychiatric stability, improve quality of life, and complete legal obligations.
An assigned staff member coordinates each person's services and monitors treatment success, as well as providing assistance to apply for other community support, including:
Housing assistance
Food and clothing
Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Social Security Disability
Free psychiatric medications
Medical care
Public transportation
