GROUP DETAILS: This group is for women ages 55+ currently receiving services and supports at Easterseals MORC. Meetings are held weekly starting Thursday, June 4th from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, and virtually via Zoom.
GROUP MEETINGS INCLUDE: Introduction of new members Chair yoga or guided meditation Gratitude sharing Group support (supporting each other with life, medical, or social challenges) Peer led discussions Games like trivia and Family Feud
