ADOLESCENT INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
Our IOP program helps adolescents who may be experiencing challenging emotional and behavioral problems and their families such as: Anxiety Mood disorders Depression Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Self-harm Other mental health issues significantly impacting well-being Programming includes: Psychiatric services. A combination of individual, group, and family therapy. Family support and skills groups to strengthen family relationships. Coordination of care as appropriate with schools, health care and other key community organizations.
MEET THE TEAM
The program is offered Tuesday – Thursday, 3:30 – 6:30 PM, with additional services available on other days. Our Grand Rapids location (4065 East Hills Court SE, Grand Rapids, MI) offers a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. We accept most commercial insurance plans.
