abilityJOBS is the first job board in the nation for people with disabilities. Started in 1995, abilityJOBS allows companies to foster an inclusive workplace by posting positions to the database of job seekers with disabilities. They have successfully connected thousands of employees. There are over 6,000 registered employers on abilityJOBS and over 127,000 registered job seekers.

ABILITY Job Fair is a virtual and accessible reoccurring career fair. The platform offers in meeting text to chat, video, ASL, closed captioning and more allowing for all abilities to attend. The fair happens bi-monthly and features a variety of national and local businesses that offer both immediate interviews and general networking opportunities to all attendees.

abilityE is a disability entertainment talent resource. It allows for actors, musicians, speakers, and comedians with disabilities to promote themselves with resumes, headshots and more for employers looking to hire talent. Only approved casting members are able to locate talent profiles. This portal is free to use for job seekers and is open to unionized, non-unionized, represented, and unrepresented talent.

In addition to ABILITY Job Fair and abilityE, nonprofit ABILITY Corps offers volunteer opportunities in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, building homes for individuals with disabilities and low income. This initiative is a historic first as the volunteers are also individuals with disabilities. This opportunity showcases how people with disabilities are often overlooked as valuable resources for employment and volunteer activities.
