Head On Photo Festival

This year, you can visit us at key venues across Sydney, returning to audiencefavourite outdoor exhibitions at Bondi Beach Promenade and the historic Paddington Reservoir Gardens. Festival highlights include the world premiere of the Head On Portrait Awards 2023 at Bondi Pavilion Gallery. A number of key photojournalism exhibitions at The Muse, TAFE NSW, Ultimo. Conveniently located in the heart of Central Sydney, The Muse will showcase five exhibitions capturing the struggles of the people enduring the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and other intimate visual stories on important social issues.

Christmas Concert

It would not be Christmas in Waverley without our very own Sunshine Singers filling the Surf Club with song as they lead us through a selection of widely-loved carols. With plenty of Christmas favourites, from Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer, to We Wish You a Merry Christmas and Silent Night, come and share in the joy while busting out a carol with a room full of people high on festive season cheer.

Joined by choir leader extraordinaire Cassy Darvall and maestro Michael Bartolomei on piano, the Surf Club will swing, saunter and waltz through the Christmas classics.

Bondi Icebergs Pool

The 50m saltwater pool is a popular spot for sunbathers and for walkers on the Bondi to Coogee walk.
