Engineering Services
Our team has a proven track record at the NIH, including recent projects in occupied biomedical research laboratories, animal care, and healthcare facilities. With long-standing NIH relationships and credentials, we are highly familiar with the NIH Design Requirements Manual, Joint Commission requirements, the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care, and specialized design considerations for infectious and immunecompromised spaces within Clinical Research Center (CRC) hospital environments.

Consulting Engineering Services: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, including architectural features using AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM), while incorporating Facilities Guidelines Institute (FGI) standards for healthcare/hospital projects.

NIH CRC Project Experience: Designed and commissioned multimillion-dollar CRC projects, including hospital-wide potable water modifications and patient room humidification systems.
