Life on campus ECU Bookstore

The ECU Campus Bookstore provides classroom textbooks, computers, materials and other academic resources along with fan gear, gifts and general supplies. The bookstore is inside the Memorial Student Union and is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You can order your textbooks online through the ECU Campus Bookstore and check prices and requirements online.

Plan to order 1-2 weeks in advance. Orders must be shipped to a physical address, no P.O. boxes. Only order books for the upcoming semester. Textbooks are subject to change each term. When purchasing course materials, you will have the choice of new, used, or rental, and also in digital or print formats. Some courses may also require an access code for online activities that may either be bundled together or purchased separately.

Linscheid Library

The library is a place where everyone feels equally empowered to reach their dreams and provides many services including: dedicated liaison librarians; access to 32+ networked computers; ability to print, scan and fax; access to over 200 research databases; research help via the Reference Desk, appointments, chat, email, and phone; and cozy spaces to relax in as well as group and individual study rooms. Students can check out laptops, books, DVDs, journal articles or other resources both in-house and online with 24/7 availability, and many classes are held in our Digital Humanities Lab (DHL) and Active Learning Center (ALC) instruction spaces, e.g., UNIV classes. The library also sells hot chocolate and coffee.
