The Bristol Parade - At a glance

America’s oldest, continuous Fourth of July Celebration culminates with two historic events, both taking place on Friday, July 4.

• Patriotic Exercises: 8:30 a.m. on the steps of the Colt School in downtown Bristol

• Parade:10:30 a.m. at the corner of Hope and Chestnut streets; the parade moves south along Route 114 (Hope Street) until it reaches High Street, and turns back north again, before terminating at the Bristol Town Common. The route is about 2.5 miles.
